Abstract

技术领域
本发明总地涉及一种用于保持部件或元件的外壳,并具体涉及一种具有用于将外壳固定到面板上的自组装结构的外壳。
背景技术
车辆的电气系统的熔断器以及继电器通常被包含在附连于车辆的外壳内。已知的外壳设计需要使用金属螺栓和螺帽来将外壳固定到车辆。组装工具(例如电的或者气动的扳手)通常用于将螺母拧紧到螺柱。这些已知的外壳设计的一个缺陷在于使用组装工具将外壳固定到车辆的相关成本。附加的缺陷包括使用金属螺母及螺柱相关的重量和零件成本。
发明内容
根据一个实施例,提供了一种构造成被固定到面板前侧的外壳。面板限定了与前侧相对的后侧以及贯穿面板的开口。开口限定了第一边缘以及与第一边缘相对的第二边缘。外壳包括底部,底部构造成限定钩子,钩子与后侧及第一边缘协作以将外壳固定到前侧。外壳进一步包括保持器,保持器可滑动地连接到底部并可操作到脱开位置以及配合位置。保持器构造成限定阻挡部,当保持器位于配合位置时,阻挡部与第二边缘协作保持钩子与第一边缘相邻。

具体实施方式
图1示出了构造成被固定到面板14的前侧12的外壳10的非限制示例。外壳10包括底部16,该底部16构造成支持外壳10的内容物(未示出)。外壳10也可包括盖18,该盖18附连于底部16并保护外壳10的内容物。例如而非限制地,外壳10的内容物可以是电气部件(例如车辆的电气系统的熔断器以及继电器),面板14可以是车辆的金属薄板面板。底部16限定了钩子20(图2),钩子20与面板14的后侧22及面板14的开口26的第一边缘24(图3)协作,以将外壳10固定到面板14的前侧12。如图4所示,钩子20被插入面板14的开口26以使钩子20与面板14配合。如图2所示示例,底部16还限定钩子20A,钩子20A在设计及功能上与钩子20相似,并且辅助结构28A以及28B也钩到面板14。钩子20A与辅助结构28A以及28B辅助钩子20支撑外壳10的重量。底部16以及盖18可由塑料制成。
外壳10还包括可滑动地连接到底部16的保持器30(图3)。在所示示例中,在盖18未附连到底部16时,保持器30可操作到脱开位置32(图5)以及配合位置34(图6)。当保持器30从脱开位置32移动到配合位置34时,底部16被固定到面板14。保持器30限定阻挡部36,当保持器30处于配合位置34时,阻挡部36与开口26的第二边缘38协作保持钩子20相邻于第一边缘24。当保持器30处于配合位置34时,由于钩子20被保持与第一边缘24相邻,底部16被固定到面板14。保持器30可由塑料制成。
外壳10的底部16也可以被构造成限定凸起部40(图5),该凸起部40接触面板14的前侧12并且与底部16的配重协作,从而将钩子20的垂直面42对准面板14的后侧22。这确保了钩子20的垂直面42在保持器30被移动到配合位置34之前与面板14的后侧22对准并配合。
外壳10的底部16可进一步被构造成限定夹持部44(图5),该夹持部44与保持器30内的第一槽46配合,以将保持器30锁定在脱开位置32,并且与保持器30内的第二槽48(图6)配合,以将保持器锁定到配合位置34。这种锁定结构确保保持器30在底部16被固定到面板14之前或之后保持在所需的位置(即脱开位置32或配合位置34)。保持器30、夹持部44以及开口26可如此的构造,从而保持器30可从脱开位置32被手动(即不需要组装工具)移动到配合位置34。
底部16的夹持部44可限定凹口50(图6及7),所述凹口50构造成允许进入以将夹持部44从第二槽48脱开。凹口50允许保持器30通过拆卸工具(例如具有可配合到凹口50内的标准头的螺丝起子)从夹持部44被解锁。当夹持部44从第二槽48脱开后,保持器30可被移动到将底部16从面板14解锁的脱开位置32。当需要维护时或者如果需要维护,这允许将底部16从面板14移除。
外壳10的保持器30可进一步被构造成限定翼部52(图8),在运输以及搬运期间或者在底部16已被固定到面板14之后,翼部52与底部16的露出面54协作保持保持器30免于其从底部16脱出。
外壳10的盖18可被构造成限定止挡件56(图3),如果保持器30从配合位置34意外移动,止挡件56与保持器30协作以将外壳10保持固定到面板14。止挡件56与保持器30的阻挡部36的后表面58协作以保持阻挡部36的上表面60配合到第二边缘38。这保持钩子20接触第一边缘24。
由此,提供了一种具有自组装结构的外壳10。当与已知的需要金属螺母与螺柱以及使用组装工具来固定外壳的已知的外壳设计相比时,外壳10节省了成本和重量。另外,与使用松开螺栓与螺母来固定外壳的外壳设计相比,外壳10消除了对进入面板14的后侧22以固定外壳10的需要。

Claims (4)

1.一种外壳,所述外壳构造成被固定到面板的前侧,其中所述面板限定与所述前侧相对的后侧以及贯穿所述面板的开口,其中所述开口限定第一边缘以及与所述第一边缘相对的第二边缘,所述外壳包括:
底部,所述底部构造成限定钩子,所述钩子与所述后侧及所述第一边缘协作以将所述外壳固定到所述前侧;以及
保持器,所述保持器附连到所述底部并可操作到脱开位置以及配合位置,其中所述保持器限定阻挡部和成对的翼部,当所述保持器处于配合位置时,所述阻挡部与所述第二边缘协作以保持所述钩子与所述第一边缘相邻,所述翼部从所述保持器的相对侧横向延伸出,并且与所述底部的露出面协作保持所述保持器免于从所述底部脱出,所述底部进一步构造成限定夹持部,所述夹持部与所述保持器中的第一槽配合以将所述保持器锁定在脱开位置,并与所述保持器的第二槽配合以将所述保持器锁定在配合位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述夹持部限定凹口,所述凹口构造成允许进入从而将所述夹持部从所述第二槽脱开。
3.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述外壳进一步包括附连于所述底部的盖,其中所述盖限定止挡件,所述止挡件与所述阻挡部的后表面协作以保持所述阻挡部的上表面与所述第二边缘配合。
4.如权利要求1中所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述底部进一步被构造成限定凸起部,所述凸起部与所述前侧接触并与所述底部的配重共协作以将所述钩子的垂直面对准所述后侧。
