Abstract

Es wird ein Sicherungssystem für Schiffe, insbesondere für Fährschiffe, mit mindestens einem aufblasbaren Sack (14) zur Ausbildung einer von einer Schiffswand (12) zur gegenüberliegenden Schiffswand (12) vorgesehenen Schotte beschrieben, wobei an der jeweiligen Schiffswand (12) mindestens eine Abdichteinrichtung (16) mit einem Wandbefestigungs-Flächenelement (18) und mit einem Schottbefestigungs-Flächenelement (20) vorgesehen ist, die miteinander scharniergelenkig verbunden und die in der inaktiven Lagerposition U-förmig zusammengefaltet und in der abdichtenden Aktivposition derartig auseinandergeschwenkt sind, daß das Schottbefestigungs-Flächenelement (20) an dem im aufgeblasenen Schott-Zustand befindlichen Sack (14) anliegt. Der zur jeweiligen Schiffswand (12) im aufgeblasenen Schott-Zustand benachbarte Randabschnitt des Sackes (14) und das Schottbefestigungs-Flächenelement (20) weisen jeweils Klettflächenelemente (26, 28) auf, die im aufgeblasenen Schott-Zustand des Sackes (14) und in der Aktivposition der Abdichteinrichtung (16) miteinander festhaftend und abdichtend verbunden sind.
