Claims (5)
- Platinenmontierte elektronische Einrichtung, insbesondere eine Gasanzündeeinrichtung für Gasherde, umfassend:eine Platine (2) zum Tragen von Elektronikkomponenten und Tragen mindestens einer Leiterbahn (7a, 7b) zur gegenseitigen Verbindung der Elektronikkomponenten zum Ausbilden einer elektrischen Schaltung (3);und mindestens einen Anschluß (4a, 4b) zum elektrischen Verbinden der Schaltung (3) und eines jeweiligen isolierten elektrischen Drahtes (5a, 5b), umfassend einen Innenleiter (8a, 8b) mit einer isolierenden Hülle (9a, 9b), auf dem Innenleiter (8a, 8b) aufgebracht und/oder aufgetragen; wobei der mindestens eine Anschluß ein Metallmesser (10a, 10b) umfaßt, das so ausgebildet ist, um Mittel (11a, 11b) zu definieren, zum mechanischen Festhalten und elektrischen Verbinden des elektrischen Drahtes (5a, 5b), und die auf einen Endabschnitt des Innenleiters (8a, 8b) wirken;dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Metallmesser (10a, 10b) in einem Stück mit der Bahn (7a, 7b) der Schaltung (3) ausgebildet ist, zu einem L aus der Ebene der Platine (2) herausgebogen ist und integral von der Platine (2) getragen wird.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (10a, 10b) einen jeweiligen Schlitz (11a, 11b) umfaßt mit Schneidkanten (13' 13", 14', 14") zum Durchschneiden der isolierenden Hülle (9a, 9b), wobei der Schlitz (11a, 11b) einen jeweiligen halbkreisförmigen Sitz (12a, 12b) mit einem Durchmesser umfaßt, der im wesentlichen gleich dem des Innenleiters (8a, 8b) des elektrischen Drahtes (5a, 5b) ist und jedenfalls kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der isolierenden Hülle (9a, 9b); wobei der Schlitz (11a, 11b) ein Ende des elektrischen Drahtes (5a, 5b) aufnimmt, um die isolierende Hülle (9a, 9b) zu einer derartigen Tiefe zu durchschneiden, daß ein Kontakt zwischen dem Messer (10a, 10b) und dem Innenleiter (8a, 8b) des elektrischen Drahtes (5a, 5b) hergestellt wird, während gleichzeitig eine Verbindung gebildet wird, um den elektrischen Draht (5a, 5b) mechanisch innerhalb des Sitzes (12a, 12b) festzuhalten.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz (11a, 11b) im wesentlichen in Form einer V-förmigen Nut vorliegt, um das Einsetzen des Endes des elektrischen Drahtes (5a, 5b) innerhalb des Sitzes (12a, 12b) zu unterstützen, der am Scheitelpunkt des die Nut definierenden V ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltung eine Reihe von Bahnen (7a, 7b) umfaßt, jeweils durch einen auf die Platine (2) aufgetragenen Metallstreifen definiert.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platine (2) aus synthetischem Kunstharz ausgeformt ist, wobei die Streifen gleichzeitig mit der Platine (2) ausgeformt werden.
