Bei dem in Figur 5 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Lager der Schneidwellen 9, 10 im Gegensatz zu dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Figuren 1 bis 4 nicht durch entsprechende Halteringe auf der Außenseite der Stirnteile 5, 6 befestigt. Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Lager durch eine Klemmung zwischen den beiden Stirnteilelementen 7a, 8a eines jeden Stirnteils gehalten, wobei lediglich ein Stirnteil 6a gezeigt ist. Zu diesem Zweck weist die durch die aneinandergrenzenden Stirnteilelemente 7a, 8a gebildete Lageraufnahme 17 eine umlaufende Nut 18 (in Figur 5 gestrichelt dargestellt), in die ein umfänglich von einem Lager abragender Steg eingreift. Der Steg der Lager weist eine leichte Fase auf, um die Klemmwirkung des Steges innerhalb der umlaufenden Nut 18 zu begünstigen.

Claims (7)
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine mit zumindest einer in einem ausgesteiften Schneidwerksrahmen (2) gelagerten, eine Vielzahl von Schneidscheiben (5) tragenden, motorisch angetriebenen Schneidwelle (9), deren Schneidscheiben (S) zum Zerkleinern eines Gutes mit einem weiteren Werkzeug (10) zusammenwirken, wobei der Schneidwerksrahmen (2) im wesentlichen aus zwei gegenüberliegenden, sich parallel zur Schneidwelle (9) erstreckenden Seitenteilen (3, 4) und zwei, die Seitenteile (3, 4) miteinander verbindenden Stirnteilen (5, 6, 6a) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Stirnteile (5, 6, 6a) geteilt ausgebildet sind und aus einem oberen Stirnteilelement (8, 8a) und einem unteren Stirnteilelement (7, 7', 7a) bestehen,die Lager (L) der zumindest einen Schneidwelle (9) durch die Stirnteile (5, 6, 6a) gehalten sind, wobei jeweils ein Lager (L) durch die beiden Stirnteilelemente (7, 7', 8; 7a, 8a) eines Stirnteils (5, 6, 6a) eingefaßt ist, unddas obere Stirnteilelement (8, 8a) jeder Stirnseite (5, 6, 6a) an den Stirnseiten (ST) der angrenzenden Seitenteile (3, 4) durch stirnseitig bezüglich der angrenzenden Seitenteile (3, 4) angreifende Befestigungsmittel (Bs) lösbar befestigt ist, so daß zum Herausnehmen der zumindest einen Schneidwelle (9) aus dem Schneidwerksrahmen (2) die oberen Stirnteilelemente (8, 8a) ohne eine Dejustage des Schneidwerksrahmens (2) von dem Schneidwerksrahmen (2) demontierbar sind.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnteilelemente als Jochplatten (7, 7', 8, 7a, 8a) ausgebildet sind.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Stirnteilelement (8, 8a) mit den angrenzenden Seitenteilen (3, 4) verschraubt, ggf. zusätzlich verstiftet ist.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Stirnteilelement (7, 7', 7a) mit dem angrenzenden Seitenteilen (3, 4) stirnseitig verschraubt ist.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Stirnteilelement (8) zusätzlich mit dem unteren Stirnteilelement (7, 7') verschraubt ist.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lager (L) der zumindest einen Schneidwelle (9) zwischen den beiden Stirnteilelementen (7a, 8a) durch eine Klemmung fixiert sind.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Stirnsteilelementen (7, 7', 8) innenseitig angeordnete Verschleißschutzplatten (11, 12) , etwa zweigeteilte, bestehend aus einer Grundplatte (13) und einer vor dieser angeordneten Hartstahlauflageplatte (14), befestigt sind.
