Claims (14)
- Fitnessgerät mit einem auf einem Trägerelement (1) bewegbar gelagerten Schlitten (2) für zumindest einen Menschen mit wenigstens einem Betätigungselement (7.1, 7.2) und Kraftspeicherelementen (19.1, 19.2),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Einwirkung des auf dem Schlitten (2) angeordneten Betätigungselementes (7.1, 7.2) auf wenigstens ein Kraftspeicherelement (19.1, 19.2) der Schlitten (2) in eine durch das Kraftspeicherelement (19.1, 19.2) hervorgerufene Eigenschwingung um seine Ruhelage beschleunigbar ist. - Fitnessgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kraftspeicherelement (19.1, 19.2) einteilig oder mehrteilig ausgebildet ist, welchem zur Übertragung von Kräften ein Kraftübertragungselement (20), ggf. wieder lösbar zugeordnet ist.
- Fitnessgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kraftubertragungselement (20) mit dem Schlitten (2) und/oder mit dem Betätigungselement (7) verbunden ist.
- Fitnessgerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (7.1, 7.2) in und/oder entgegen einer Fahrtrichtung (X) bewegbar ausgebildet ist, wobei es mittelbar oder unmittelbar mit dem Schlitten (2) und/oder dem Kraftspeicherelement (19.1, 19.2), insbesondere Kraftübertragungselement (20) in Verbindung steht.
- Fitnessgerät nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerelement (1) aus mindestens einem, insbesondere aus zwei parallel zueinander verlaufenden Führungsschienen (13.1, 13.2) gebildet ist, welche linear oder kurvenartig verlaufend und über Streben (14) zu einem Untergrund (15) ggf. unterschiedlich in der Höhe beabstandet sind.
- Fitnessgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Trägerelement (1), insbesondere jeder Führungsschiene (13) endseits Umlenkelemente (21.1, 21.2) für das Kraftspeicherelement (19) vorgesehen sind.
- Fitnessgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zumindest eine Kraftspeicherelement (19.1, 19.2) an dem Umlenkelement (21.1, 21.2) umgelenkt, durch die Führungsschiene (13) durchgeführt und endseits festgelegt ist.
- Fitnessgerät nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Schlitten (2) endseits jeweils Umlenkeinrichtungen (12.1, 12.2), zugeordnet sind, welche jeweils eine Verbindung zwischen Betätigungselement (7) und Kraftübertragungselement (20) mittelbar oder unmittelbar ggf. über ein flexibles Zugelement (11), insbesondere Draht oder Leine herstellt.
- Fitnessgerät nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Schlitten (2) zumindest ein Sitzelement (4) oder zumindest eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung (6) für Füsse eines Menschen fest und/oder verschiebbar zugeordnet sind.
- Fitnessgerät nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schlitten (2) und/oder Kraftübertragungselement (20) in einer Ruhelage in etwa mittig auf dem Trägerelement (1) angeordnet sind und durch Auslenken des Betätigungselementes (7.1, 7.2) der Schlitten (2) in oder entgegen einer Fahrtrichtung (X) beschleunigbar ist.
- Fitnessgerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer ausgelenkten Endlage das eine Kraftspeicherelement (19.1 oder 19.2) entspannt und das andere Kraftspeicherelement (19.2 oder 19.1) gespannt ist.
- Fitnessgerät nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kraftspeicherelement (19.1, 19.2) aus einer Mehrzahl von elastischen Gummielementen gebildet ist.
- Fitnessgerät nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (2) auf dem Trägerelement (1) zwischen zwei Endlagen, um eine Ruhelage in Schwingung versetzbar ist.
- Fitnessgerät nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerelement (1) in einer waagrechten bis senkrechten Lage zu dem Untergrund (15) angeordnet ist.
