Claims (8)
- Pulverkraftbetriebenes Setzgerät mit einem ein Kartuschenlager (3) aufweisenden ersten Teil, einem dem ersten Teil gegenüberliegenden zweiten Teil, das die axiale Projektionsfläche des Kartuschenlagers (3) mit einer Gegenfläche (14) teilweise abdeckt, einem dem ersten Teil zugewandten kreisringförmigen Ausschnitt (7), der der Aufnahme und der Führung eines ringförmigen Dichtungselementes (9) dient, das sich ausserhalb des Kartuschenlagers (3) an dem ersten Teil abstützt und wenigstens einem Verbindungskanal (13) der sich ausgehend vom Kartuschenlager (3) bis zu einer entgegen der Setzrichtung weisenden Angriffsfläche (16) des Dichtungselementes (9) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungselement (g) gegenüber dem zweiten Teil parallel zur Setzrichtung versetzbar ist.
- Setzgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungselement (9) einen Dichtungsabschnitt (10) und an einem setzrichtungsseitigen Endbereich des Dichtungsabschnittes (10) eine flanschartige Erweiterung (11) aufweist, deren Aussenkontur (D1) grösser ist als die grösste lichte Weite (W2) des kreisringförmigen Ausschnittes (7).
- Setzgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (A) zwischen der flanschartigen Erweiterung (11) und der entgegen der Setzrichtung weisenden Angriffsfläche (16) des Dichtungselementes (9) kleiner ist als die sich parallel zur Setzrichtung erstreckende Tiefe (T) des kreisringförmigen Ausschnittes (7).
- Setzgerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen der flanschartigen Erweiterung (11) und einer gegenüber der Gegenfläche (14) entgegen der Setzrichtung zurückversetzten Anschlagfläche(17) ein Entlüftungskanal (15) erstreckt.
- Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsabschnitt (10) des Dichtelementes (9) mit einem Dichtungsbereich (8) des kreisringförmigen Ausschnittes (7) zusammenwirkt.
- Setzgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsbereich (8) von wenigstens einer Lamellendichtung gebildet ist, die in einer seitlichen Ausnehmung des kreisringförmigen Ausschnittes (7) angeordnet ist.
- Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenfläche (14) des zweiten Teiles die grösste lichte Weite (W1) des Kartuschenlagers (3) in radialer Richtung überragt.
- Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Teil von einem Führungszylinder (1) und das zweite Teil von einem Stossboden (2) des Setzgerätes gebildet ist.
