Claims (8)
- Hydraulische Steuerung für eine hydraulisch betätigbare Kupplungsbremskombination (13, 15) für die Antriebswelle (12) einer mechanischen Presse mit einer eine Hydropumpe (25) und einen Hydrospeicher (26) aufweisenden Druckmittelquelle zur Versorgung eines hydraulischen Betätigers (18) mit Druckmittel, mit einer Sicherheitsventilanordnung (44), die einen Zulaufanschluß (43) aufweist, über den ein Strömungspfad von der Druckmittelquelle (25, 26) zum hydraulischen Betätiger (18) führt,
und mit einem verstellbaren Druckventil (33), in Abhängigkeit von dessen Einstellung der hydraulische Betätiger (18) mit unterschiedlichen Arbeitsdrücken beaufschlagbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckventil ein 3-Wege Druckregelventil (33) mit einem mit der Druckmittelquelle (25, 26) verbindbaren Druckanschluß (32), einem Tankanschluß (40) und einem mit dem Zulaufanschluß (43) der Sicherheitsventileinrichtung (44) verbundenen Regelanschluß (42) ist. - Hydraulische Steuerung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Ruhestellung der Sicherheitsventilanordnung (44), in der der hydraulische Betätiger (18) über die Sicherheitsventilanordnung (44) von Druck entlastet und der Zulaufanschluß (43) abgesperrt ist, die Verbindung zwischen dem Druckanschluß (32) und dem Regelanschluß (42) des Druckregelventils (33) voll aufgesteuert ist.
- Hydraulische Steuerung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung vom Druckanschluß (32) zum Regelanschluß (42) des Druckregelventils (33) durch Vorgabe eines Drucksollwertes, der den maximalen Systemdruck übersteigt, aufgesteuert wird.
- Hydraulische Steuerung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Steuerraum an einer Meßfläche (71) des Druckregelventils (33) fluidisch mit einer von der Sicherheitsventilanordnung (44) zum hydraulischen Betätiger (18) führenden Leitung (46) verbunden ist.
- Hydraulische Steuerung nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckregelventil (33) durch einen elektrischen Stellantrieb, insbesondere durch einen Proportionalmagneten (51) verstellbar ist.
- Hydraulische Steuerung nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckregelventil (33) vorgesteuert ist.
- Hydraulische Steuerung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Druckregelventil (33) mehrere auf unterschiedliche hohe Drücke eingestellte Pilotventile (60, 61) zugeordnet sind und daß in Abhängigkeit von der Stellung von Wegeventilmitteln (62) jeweils ein anderes Pilotventil (60, 61) als den Druck in einem Steuerraum (63) des Druckregelventils (33) begrenzend wirksam ist.
- Hydraulische Steuerung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Stellung von Wegeventilmitteln (62) ein Steuerraum (63) des Druckregelventils (33) gegen einen Abfluß von Steueröl abgesperrt ist und daß in einer weiteren Stellung der Wegeventilmittel (62) der Steuerdruck in dem Steuerraum (63) durch ein Pilotventil (60, 61) begrenzt ist.
