Claims (17)
- Former (10) einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit wenigstens einer Gapformereinheit (12), die einen zugeordneten Stoffauflauf (14) und zwei umlaufende endlose Siebe (16, 18) umfaßt, die unter Bildung eines Stoffeinlaufspaltes (20) zusammenlaufen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest eine Gapformereinheit (12) vorgesehen ist, die wenigstens zwei, vorzugsweise wenigstens drei Walzen (22, 24, 26) umfaßt, die jeweils zumindest teilweise gemeinsam von den beiden Sieben (16, 18) umschlungen sind. - Former nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Siebe (16, 18) allgemein S-förmig oder allgemein entsprechend einer Schlangenlinie oder allgemein entlang einer aus mehreren aneinandergereihten Kurven bestehenden Linie über die Walzen (22, 24, 26) geführt sind. - Former nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine der Walzen (22, 24, 26) eine offene Außenumfangsfläche besitzt. - Former nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine der Walzen (22, 24, 26) eine geschlossene Oberfläche besitzt. - Former nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine der Walzen (22, 24, 26) mit Vakuum betrieben ist. - Former nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine der Walzen (22, 24, 26) als Formierwalze vorgesehen ist. - Former nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine der Walzen (24, 26, 28) als Preßwalze vorgesehen ist. - Former nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine stehende, liegende, schräge und/oder sitzende Anordnung der Walzen (22, 24, 26) vorgesehen ist. - Former nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen den Walzen (22, 24, 26) stationäre Formier- und/oder Entwässerungselemente (36, 46) angeordnet sind. - Former nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als stationäre Formier- und/oder Entwässerungselemente (36, 46) Stützleisten, Saugelemente, ein Schuhelement und/oder dergleichen vorgesehen sind. - Former nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass den stationären Formier- und/oder Entwässerungselementen (34, 46) Formierleisten (48) gegenüberliegen. - Former nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens zwei Walzen (24, 26) von einem zusätzlichen Endlosband (30) umschlungen sind. - Former nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das zusätzliche Endlosband (30) eine offene Außenumfangsfläche besitzt. - Former nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das zusätzliche Endlosband (30) eine geschlossene Außenumfangsfläche besitzt. - Former nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Außenumfangsfläche des zusätzlichen Endlosbandes (30) aus weichem Material besteht und mit Öffnungen versehen ist. - Former nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das zusätzliche Endlosband (30) mit Vakuum beaufschlagt ist. - Former nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine von den beiden Sieben (16, 18) umschlungene Walze (24) zusätzlich von einem äußeren Anpreßband (44) umschlungen ist.
