  11. Apparatus according to claim 9, characterised in that the control block (9) is connected to an additional locking element (11) by means of an adjusting lever (10).
  12. Apparatus according to claim 11, characterised in that the additional locking element (11) has a detent (13) on the first lifting carriage (12, 15) and a headed bolt (14) on the second lifting carriage (12, 15).
  13. Apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 12, characterised in that the recess (7b) has an inclined run-out face (32) arranged between the two recesses (7a, b).
