- la figure 1 est une vue partielle et en perspective d'un dispositif de conditionnement dont le capuchon et l'embase de la frette sur le récipient sont à section carrée ;
- la figure 2 est une vue analogue à la figure 1, mais représentant un capuchon à section circulaire ;
- la figure 3 est une vue partielle en coupe axiale d'un dispositif de conditionnement selon l'invention, selon les flèches III-III de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe transversale de la figure 3, selon les lignes IV-IV, la tête de distribution et le goulot ayant été omis pour un souci de clarté ;
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe transversale de la figure 3, selon les lignes V-V; et
- la figure 6 est une vue analogue à la figure 4, mais suivant une variante de réalisation de l'invention.
Claims (8)
- Dispositif de conditionnement pour un produit fluide, liquide ou pâteux, comportant un récipient (1, 101) destiné à contenir ledit produit, le goulot (4) du récipient étant muni d'une tête (5, 6) de distribution du produit, et un capuchon (3, 103) destiné à coiffer au moins partiellement ladite tête, le dispositif comportant un système de positionnement relatif d'au moins un premier élément ornemental extérieur (3a, 103a) porté par le capuchon par rapport à au moins un deuxième élément ornemental extérieur (2a, 101a) porté par le récipient dans une position relative prédéterminée, ledit système de positionnement relatif étant un système magnétique de positionnement relatif automatique à la fermeture et comportant un premier moyen magnétique (16, 116) à aimantation permanente porté par le capuchon (3, 103) et un deuxième moyen magnétique (11) à aimantation permanente porté par le récipient (1, 101) dans un emplacement tel que les premier et second moyens magnétiques sont en vis à vis en position de fermeture du récipient, le premier moyen magnétique présentant au moins deux pôles magnétiques opposés (S, N) sur sa face tournée vers le second moyen magnétique, dont la face en regard présente des pôles magnétiques complémentaires (N, S), l'emplacement des pôles de chaque moyen magnétique étant déterminé par rapport à l'emplacement des éléments ornementaux extérieurs, de façon à obtenir automatiquement le positionnement relatif prédéterminé desdits éléments ornementaux extérieurs à la fermeture du récipient, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient (1, 101) comporte une pièce (2, 102) entourant son goulot (4), ladite pièce présentant un logement annulaire (10) apte à contenir le second moyen magnétique (11) précité, et le capuchon (3, 103) comporte également un logement annulaire (15) apte à contenir à sa base le premier moyen magnétique (16, 116) précité, de façon qu'à la fermeture, le premier moyen magnétique est circonscrit à la tête de distribution (5, 6) et se superpose au second moyen magnétique, avec un entrefer réduit.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le capuchon (3, 103) et le récipient (1, 101) comportent des moyens complémentaires (13, 8) servant au guidage du capuchon sur le goulot (4) du récipient lors de la fermeture et permettant une rotation axiale du capuchon par rapport au récipient sous l'effet des forces magnétiques d'attraction et/ou de répulsion, quelle que soit la forme externe du capuchon ou du récipient.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le capuchon (3, 103) présente une surface interne cylindrique circulaire (13) qui vient s'emboíter à glissement, lors de la fermeture, sur une portion cylindrique circulaire (8) de la pièce (2) entourant la tête de distribution (5, 6) du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que chaque moyen magnétique est constitué d'un aimant permanent annulaire multipolaire (11, 16), chaque aimant étant fixé dans son logement respectif (10, 15), par exemple par collage ou coincement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que chaque moyen magnétique est constitué d'une pluralité de petits aimants permanents (116), par exemple en forme de pion, surmoulés d'une garniture en plastique (117) de forme générale annulaire, chaque garniture annulaire étant fixée dans son logement respectif (10, 15), par exemple par collage ou coincement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'un au moins des premier et/ou second éléments ornementaux extérieurs (101a, 103a) est constitué par une inscription, un repère ou un signe porté par le capuchon (103) ou le récipient (101).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que lorsque le capuchon (3) et/ou le récipient (1) ne présente(nt) pas une surface extérieure de révolution, l'un au moins des premier et second éléments ornementaux extérieurs (2a, 3a) est constitué par la forme même de cette surface.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que lorsque le capuchon (3) et une pièce (2) entourant le goulot (4) du récipient, ont une même section polygonale, les premier et second éléments ornementaux extérieurs sont constitués par les arêtes (2a, 3a) desdits polygones, de façon que le système magnétique de positionnement relatif précité aligne automatiquement les arêtes du capuchon avec celles de ladite pièce.
