Claims (17)
- Radialgebläse (1), bestehend aus einem Gebläsegehäuse (2) und einer darin angeordneten, einen Elektromotor (12) und ein um eine Rotationsachse (14) rotierendes Lüfterrad (16) aufweisenden Lüfterbaugruppe (4), wobei das Gebläsegehäuse (2) mindestens eine axiale Lufteintrittsöffnung (6, 8) und eine radiale bzw. tangentiale Luftausblasöffnung (10) aufweist und in zwei lösbar verbundene Gehäuseteile (2a, 2b) unterteilt ist sowie im Bereich der Lufteintrittsöffnung (6) ein über speichenartige Tragelemente (18, 18a) gehaltenes Trägerteil (20) für die Lüfterbaugruppe (4) aufweist, und wobei wenigstens eines der Tragelemente (18a) als Leitungekanal (22) zur Aufnahme von elektrischen Motor-Anschlußleitungen (24) ausgebildet ist und der Leitungskanal (22) an dem zugehörigen Gehäuseteil (2a) in ein damit außenseitig verbundenes Anschlußgehäuse (26) übergeht.
- Radialgebläse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gebläsegehäuse (2) in einer zur Rotationsachse (14) senkrechten, insbesondere etwa mittigen und dadurch die Ausblasöffnung (10) etwa symmetrisch teilenden Teilungsebene in die zwei Gehäuseteile (2a, 2b) unterteilt ist. - Radialgebläse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußgehäuse (26) entsprechend der Teilungsebene des Gebläsegehäuses (2) in zwei Anschlußgehäuseteile (26a, 26b) unterteilt ist. - Radialgebläse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußgehäuse (26) in axialer Richtung gesehen der Abmessung des Gebläsegehäuses (2) etwa entspricht. - Radialgebläse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußgehäuse (26) in einem an die Ausblasöffnung (10) angrenzenden Bereich einer radialen, insbesondere spiralförmig gekrümmten Gehäusewandung (28) angeordnet ist. - Radialgebläse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußgehäuse (26) materialeinheitlich mit dem Gebläsegehäuse (2) geformt ist, und zwar vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff. - Radialgebläse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das den Leitungskanal (22) bildende Tragelement (18a) mit seinem radial äußeren Ende im Bereich einer in das Anschlußgehäuse (26) mündenden Wandungsöffnung (30) der Gehäusewandung (28) endet. - Radialgebläse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das den Leitungskanal (22) bildende Tragelement (18a) dazu einen im Wesentlichen U-förmigen, axial zum Gehäuse-Inneren offenen Querschnitt aufweist. - Radialgebläse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
gekennzeichnet durch Mittel zum Fixieren der Anschlußleitungen (24) innerhalb des Leitungskanals (22) und/oder durch Mittel (32) zum zumindest abschnittsweisen Verschließen der offenen Seite des Leitungskanals. - Radialgebläse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußgehäuse (26) in einer insbesondere in axialer Richtung weisenden Wandung eine Montageöffnung (36) zur halternden Aufnahme eines mit den zum Elektromotor (12) führenden Anschlußleitungen (24) verbundenen, elektrischen Verbinderelementes (34), insbesondere Steckverbinderelementes, aufweist. - Radialgebläse nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbinderelement (34) in der Montageöffnung (36) lösbar über Rastmittel gehalten ist. - Radialgebläse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
gekennzeichnet durch eine doppelseitig saugende Ausführung, wobei das Gebläsegehäuse (2) zwei gegenüberliegende axiale Lufteintrittsöffnungen (6, 8) aufweist. - Radialgebläse nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lüfterbaugruppe (4) nur auf einer Axialseite an dem Trägerteil (20) gehalten ist. - Radialgebläse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäuseteile (2a, 2b) und gegebenenfalls die Anschlußgehäuseteile (26a, 26b) über Rastmittel (38) verbunden sind. - Radialgebläse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerteil (20) mehrere axiale Öffnungen (40) aufweist und dazu insbesondere aus einem zentrischen, vorzugsweise kreisförmigen Mittelteil (42), einem das Mittelteil (42) konzentrisch mit radialem Abstand umschließenden, mit den speichenartigen Tragelementen (18, 18a) verbundenen Ringteil (44) sowie aus mehreren das Mittelteil (42) mit dem Ringteil (44) verbindenden, speichenartigen Streben (46) besteht. - Radialgebläse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerteil (20) mit einem axial nach innen zur Lüfterbaugruppe (4) weisenden Ringsteg (48) einen Außenrand eines Motorflansches des Elektromotors (12) umfasst, wobei der Elektromotor (12) bzw. der Motorflansch mit dem Trägerteil (20) insbesondere verschraubt ist. - Radialgebläse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Anschlußgehäuse (26) zusätzliche Bauteile, beispielsweise mindestens ein Kondensator- und/oder Sicherungselement, untergebracht bzw. unterbringbar sind.
