Abstract
Description
Das Ausrichten von Platten an Bügeln, welche in der Wand verankert sind, ist dadurch auf einfachste Weise möglich, und zwar unabhängig von der Genauigkeit, mit der die Bügel in der darunter liegenden Mauer versetzt sind.
Eine am Bügel im Verbindungsbereich der beiden Schenkel ausgebildete und nach unten den unteren Schenkel überragende Lasche verkleinert den Abstand des Bügels zur darunterliegenden Krone der Wand und verhindert, dass bei übermässiger Belastung der montierten Abschalplatten die Bügel über deren Elastizitätsgrenze hinaus verbogen werden können.

Claims (10)
- Bügel (11) zum Befestigen und Ausrichten von Deckenrand-Abschalplatten (9), mit einem mit den Abschalplatten (9) zu verbinden bestimmten ersten Schenkel (13) und einem an der Deckenschalung (5) oder in der Wand (1) zu befestigen bestimmten zweiten Schenkel (15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schenkel (13 und 15) durch einen bogenförmig verlaufenden Abschnitt (14) nahtlos miteinander verbunden sind und dass der bogenförmig verlaufende Abschnitt (14) und die beiden daran anschliessenden Schenkel (13,15) durch einen Biegevorgang oder Biege/Stanzvorgang aus Metall erzeugt sind.
- Bügel (11) zum Befestigen und Ausrichten von Deckenrand-Abschalplatten (9), mit einem mit den Abschalplatten (9) zu verbinden bestimmten ersten Schenkel (13) und einem an der Deckenschalung (5) oder in der Wand (1) zu befestigen bestimmten zweiten Schenkel (15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am ersten Schenkel (13) Mittel (23,29,33,41) zum horizontalen Befestigen und Ausrichten der Abschalplatten (9) ausgebildet sind.
- Bügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bogenförmig verlaufende Abschnitt (14) S-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Bügel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der S-förmige Abschnitt (14) aus zwei ungleich langen Bogenabschnitten mit gegenläufiger Krümmung (r1/r2) gebildet wird.
- Bügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am ersten Schenkel (13) Mittel (23,29,33,41) zum horizontalen Ausrichten der Abschalplatten (9) ausgebildet sind.
- Bügel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum horizontalen Ausrichten der Abschalplatten (9) aus am ersten Schenkel (13) angebrachten Nocken (23) bestehen oder dass die Mittel zum horizontalen Ausrichten der Abschalplatten (9) aus einem oder mehreren aus dem ersten Schenkel (13) herausbiegbaren Lappen (29) oder aus vertikal einstellbar und/oder anbringbaren Trägern oder Haltemitteln bestehen.
- Bügel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum horizontalen Ausrichten der Abschalplatten (9) aus einer Mehrzahl im ersten Schenkel (13) angebrachten Bohrungen (33) zum Hindurchstecken von Nägeln oder Stiften bestehen.
- Bügel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum horizontalen Ausrichten der Abschalplatten (9) aus jeweils einer an einem an der Abschalplatte (9) gehaltenen Verbinder (27) drehbar gelagerten Schraube (37) bestehen.
- Bügel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum spielfreien Verrasten der Abschalplatte (9) mit dem ersten Schenkel (13) ein Keil (35) oder ein anderes Klemmittel zwischen dem ersten Schenkel (13) und dem Verbinder (27) eintreibbar ist.
- Bügel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum horizontalen Ausrichten der Abschalplatten (9) am ersten Schenkel (13) ein Rückhaltemittel (41) drehbar gelagert und in einer Nut (25) an der Abschalplatte (9) verrastbar ist.
