Claims (10)
- Brennkraftmaschine, insbesondere mit Kraftstoff- Direkteinspritzung, mit einem Zylinderkopf (2), einer Sauganlage (3) and einer Einspritzdüse die einen Düsenkörper (11) aufweist, dessen zylindrische erste und zweite Endstücke (12, 13) mit ersten und zweiten Bohrungen (14, 15) zusammenwirken, die im Zylinderkopf (2) und in der Sauganlage (3) ausgebildet sind, sowie mit einer Halterung für die Einspritzdüse (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Düsenkörper (11) der Einspritzdüse (9) eine Spanneinrichtung in Form einer Spannhülse (21) angreift, die das erste Endstück (12) mit definierter, in axialer Richtung (A) der Einspritzdüse (9) wirkender Vorspannung in der ersten Bohrung (14) des Zylinderkopfs (2) der Brennkraftmaschine (1) in Lage hält, wobei die Spannhülse (21) den Düsenkörper (11) der Einspritzdüse (11) zumindest bereichsweise umgibt und sich an einem Anschlag (22) des Düsenkörpers (11) und an einer Stützebene (23) der Sauganlage (3) abstützt.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannhülse (21) aus Metall besteht.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannhülse (21) bereichsweise mit einem balgenartigen Federabschnitt (24) versehen ist.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Endstuck (13) unter Vermittlung einer Zwischenhülse (17) mit der zweiten Bohrung (15) der Sauganlage (3) zusammenarbeitet und dass die Spannhülse (21) im Bereich der Zwischenhülse (17) mit einer Einformung (25) versehen ist, die in eine nutartige Ausnehmung (26) der Zwischenhülse (17) eingreift, dergestalt, dass die Einformung (25) und die Ausnehmung (26) form- und kraftschlüssig zusammenarbeiten.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannhülse (21) mit einer Verlängerung (27) einen Wandabschnitt (28) der Sauganlage (3) übergreift, wobei die Verlängerung (27) unter Federspannung an dem Wandabschnitt (28) anliegt.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlängerung (27) mit einer Einformung (29) versehen ist, die in eine Ausformung (30) des Wandabschnitts (28) eingreift, dergestalt, dass die Einformung (29) und die Ausformung (30) formschlüssig zusammenwirken.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass benachbart zu der Zwischenhülse (17) in der Sauganlage (3) ein Kraftstoffversorgungskanal (31) vorgesehen ist, der aus einem Stück mit der Sauganlage (3) hergestellt ist.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftstoffversorgungskanal (31) in etwa ovale Form aufweist, wobei Längsseiten (32, 33) des Kraftstoffversorgungskanals (31) in etwa in Längsrichtung eines Kanals (7) der Sauganlage (3) ausgerichtet sind.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einem Endstück (34) der Zwischenhülse (17) und der zweiten Bohrung (15) der Sauganlage (3) eine erste Dichtung (37) und zwischen einer Bohrung (38) in der Zwischenhülse (17) und dem zweiten Endstück (13) der Einspritzdüse (9) eine zweite Dichtung (39) vorgesehen ist.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spanneinrichtung (21) an einem radialen Anschlag (22) des Düsenkörpers (11) angreift.
