Definitions
- the invention relates to a dishwasher with a Washing container according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a dishwasher is known from DE 40 37 367 A1 known.
- the Rinse program is completed by a drying phase, in which is dried the cleaned items.
- a water inlet tank arranged in the Fresh water from a domestic water supply via a water inlet is filled. This fresh water will be for next Rinses stored for this the filling of the washing container to deliver.
- the humid Spül umaner Kunststoff by means of a blower from the washing in directed to the water inlet tank where it passes over the surface blown the stored amount of water and then back is returned to the washing.
- a dishwasher solved according to the preamble of claim 1, characterized in that the reservoir a line section of the water supply line which is fed by a water supply system and flows into a free flow path.
- a dishwasher the provision of a free flow path is required, to avoid that during a water intake the device water drawn back into the water mains network when there is a sudden negative pressure in this line network occurs.
- the inlet valve and the higher one Level lying free flow path is in accordance with the Invention of the filled storage container, wherein the contents of the Reservoir can only drain when open inlet valve Water is supplied from the mains, the the contents of the reservoir of the free flow path and then feeds to the washing container.
- the emptying of the reservoir takes place at each water inlet.
- the rinsing tank air into a heat exchanging contact brought so that the warm humid air of the washing on the cooled cold container contents. This will cause a condensation the moisture favors.
- the advantage of the invention is that for the emptying of the reservoir no special control required is.
- no downstream of the reservoir Valve device needed which is the reservoir closes when the amount of water is to be stored therein and which must be opened when the container contents drain should. The replacement of the liquid in the container takes place at each Water supply without additional control mechanisms instead.
- the reservoir is from a water supply tank comprising at least one chamber for receiving having a further amount of water.
- This increases the volume of water that can extract heat from the humid air, so that the condensation effect can be enhanced.
- the chamber for the further amount of water is a vessel for storing a Regenerierwassermenge which programmatically and / or depending on demand, a brine container of the dishwasher can be fed.
- the water inlet device in a compact arrangement and thus is particularly inexpensive to produce, is the free flow path also conveniently from the water inlet tank includes.
- the pending in the reservoir water is in every wash program renewed several times, at each water inlet, so that it was exchanged for the last time at the beginning of a rinse cycle becomes.
- This rinse is usually immediately before carried out the drying phase.
- the stored in the reservoir So water can be due to the heat radiation of the Rinse container with warm rinsing liquid only during the heat up the rinse cycle for a relatively short period of time, so that only a small increase in temperature in the reservoir to be recorded.
- the warming of the stored Water can also be kept very low, if the reservoir and / or the at least one chamber for the additional amount of water compared to the washing container is thermally insulated.
- a domestic dishwasher has in an outer housing 1 a rinse tank 2 for receiving good to be rinsed within dish racks 41, 42.
- a front door 3 allows access to the rinsing tank 2.
- a leak water collecting tray 4 engages under all water-bearing components inside the outer casing 1. It is a float switch 5 associated with the occurrence of liquid in the leak water sump 4 triggers triggers while doing, for example a water inlet valve 6 in a to a water tap to be connected water supply line 7 in the Closed state controls, not shown, to a discharge nozzle 8 a drain pan 9 to be connected drain pump set in motion and also activate warning devices can.
- a free Flow path 10 In the water supply line 7 is a free Flow path 10 and designed as an overflow Regenerierdosierwasser essenceer 15, of which the water supply line. 7 further into a water softening serving ion exchange container 11 and from there via a line piece 12 in a pipe socket 13 leads.
- a water softening serving ion exchange container 11 In the ion exchange container 11 another one of a salt container, not shown coming brine line 14 for supplying regenerating brine.
- This Salt container is dependent on the program from the Regenerierwasserdosier matterser 15 via a valve control device, not shown with a water-dependent amount of water fed.
- the pipe socket 13 is part of a Regenerierwasserdosier essenceer 15 and the free flow path receiving shallow water inlet vessel 16, which has a substantial Part of the height of the washing container 2 extends and in the area a side wall thereof is arranged.
- This water supply container 16 is designed as a collecting container 17 and provided with a steam surge chamber 18.
- Of the Pipe socket 13 is extending through an axis and divides the inner cross section diametrically dividing partition 19, whereby two channels 20,21 are formed which are axially vertically from above into a leading to the drain pan 9 line piece 22 merge.
- the one channel 20 as a connecting line in the steam blasting chamber 18 and the collecting container 17 and the other channel 21 as part of the ion exchanger tank 11 zoom guided line section 12 is formed.
- the Channel 20 opens from below through the bottom 22 of the collection container 17 in the steam surge chamber 18, the top of a Cover wall 23 is completed, which is in the area of the bottom with at least one pressure equalization breakthrough 24 and in the upper Area provided with a further pressure equalization breakthrough 25 is.
- the collecting container 17 also has an overflow wall an overflow edge 26, which the collecting container 17 opposite a drain opening 27 delimits.
- the drain opening 27 opens free from, so that in case of failure on the water supply line 7 further inflowing water through the channel 20 in the Collecting container 17 enters and over the overflow edge 26 and through the drain opening 27 freely into the leak water collecting trough 4 flows.
- the leak water switch 5 then controls the drain pump in the operating state, the water inlet valve 6 in the Closed state and triggers a warning signal. That through the overflow edge 26 certain filling level is higher than a static one Filling level 28, which is the liquid level when switched off, connected to a circulation pipe 29 on the water side Circulation pump in proper operating condition in one Rinse reached.
- a parallel thereto offset baffle 32 arranged in the Foot area has an overflow opening 33 opposite the bottom 22.
- an air duct 39th coupled On the water supply tank 16 is outside an air duct 39th coupled, which also in flat and wide design is.
- This air duct 39 is adjacent to the water supply tank 16 directly in the region of the vessel 38, such that a large-area interface 40 is present.
- This air duct 39 is during the drying phase of the wash program in the Rinsing container located air out.
- she will be at the Ceiling wall 43 by means of a suction pipe 44 and a blower 45 sucked and a ceiling air duct 39 'in the on the water inlet container adjacent air duct 39 is blown.
- At the interface 40 condenses the warm Spül matterserluft accumulating liquid and is reflected in the water inlet tank 16 facing inner wall 46 of the air duct 39 down.
- This inlet connection 47 can be closed by means of a closing device, e.g. a flap, during the water-conducting rinse phases be executed closed, in the present embodiment
- a closing device e.g. a flap
- such a closure is not intended, since a penetration of rinsing fluid during these rinsing phases due to a detergent-proof execution of the air duct 39 is harmless.
- the drying phase is the pumped out complete flushing liquid from the device, so that too the air duct 39 is emptied.
- a small air gap 48 Between the washing compartment 2 and the air duct 39 is located a small air gap 48, to provide thermal insulation in the vessel 38 pending liquid against the heated in the rinsing phases Rinse 2 to achieve.
- This thermal insulation can by a heat-insulating agent, e.g. through a cotton fleece, still increase.
- a further increase of the condensation effect can be achieved be when the air duct 39 is widened so that he additionally in the area of the regeneration water dosing tank 15 extends.
- the air duct 39 is widened so that he additionally in the area of the regeneration water dosing tank 15 extends.
- the ion exchanger tank 11 In the arranged there chambers 15a to 15d There is also water, but this is not for everyone Rinse phase exchanged, but only at a time, too in which the ion exchanger tank 11 must be regenerated.
- This liquid is therefore usually already at the beginning the wash program available and is therefore already by the elevated temperature of the washing container 2 also slightly heated.
- this area of the Wassezulaufiviers 16 also serve as a condensation surface.
- the most favorable embodiment of the dishwasher according to the invention provides an air duct 39 which, for example, in a meandering shape - first on Regenerierwasserdosier matterser 15th and then passed by the vessel 38.
