Definitions
- the invention relates to an elevator door leaf according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- connection of the two walls is done by spot welding appropriate expressions made so that by the Connection as little contact as possible between the two opposite walls is made.
- the rigid connection of the front wall to the rear wall ensures on the one hand for lasting stability, with one Heating the door leaf, for example in the event of a fire however, the door leaf due to different thermal expansions mainly due to temperature differences between the front and Bent back wall.
- the object of the invention is therefore a door leaf to propose that all stability requirements for a Elevator door with regard to mechanical stress, smooth running and sound transmission while avoiding the above disadvantage enough.
- a door leaf according to the invention is distinguished characterized in that connecting means between the front and Rear wall are provided, which are exposed to heat solve, in addition at least one heat-resistant Connection is provided.
- the heat-resistant connection ensures that the Elevator door leaf does not fall apart in the event of fire and therefore remains manageable as a whole, while the under Heat releasable connection between front and In the event of fire, a relative movement between the allows both walls. This avoids that the door or the door leaf under the influence of heat bends like this with a rigid connection over the total area of the door leaf due to different Thermal expansion would be the case.
- An elevator door constructed with door leaves according to the invention Accordingly, it does not jam as much as in Doors according to the prior art is the case, so that a allows easier handling and the permissible Gap widths should not be exceeded in the event of a fire.
- the heat-resistant connection is preferably in one not visible when the elevator door is installed Edge area of the door leaf arranged.
- Edge area of the door leaf arranged.
- connection that can be released under the influence of heat surface gluing.
- the flat adhesive offers advantages in terms of manufacturing technology, on the other this allows properties to be realized that were previously only by distributed over the surface of the door leaf Spot welds without large points of contact between the front and the back wall could be achieved. This includes a high one Overall stiffness of the door leaf, which is now over the Corresponding flat connection, but earlier by a corresponding number of welding spots was achieved.
- the gluing continues through the use a corresponding material between the two walls of the Door leaf good sound and vibration damping flat connection without the front and rear wall touch immediately.
- the heat-resistant connection to a certain extent be trained resiliently. This also enables the heat-resistant connection a relative movement to the Compensation for different thermal expansions.
- compliance is possible because the required high rigidity of the door leaf essentially due to the additional attached under the influence of heat Detachable connection, for example the two-dimensional gluing can be guaranteed.
- heat-resistant connection Connecting means for example rivets, screws, Snap connections, weld spots or the like into consideration.
- the door leaf according to the invention is advantageously only two-shell structure. This is the manufacturing and warehousing both with regard to the variety of parts Considerable also with regard to the assembly of the door leaf simplified.
- An upper receptacle on the door leaf is also advantageous provided by means of which the door leaf is attached to a suspension trolley attach is.
- a stroller By means of such a stroller, move the door leaf in a lateral direction, see above that, for example, a telescopic elevator door several side or side door leaves can be built.
- the heat-resistant connection between the Front and rear wall in the area of the upper mount intended is the heat-resistant connection between the Front and rear wall in the area of the upper mount intended.
- This heat resistant connection can For example, combined with the attachment to the trolley become.
- the attachment to the trolley With one and the same Screwing the attachment to the suspension trolley and the Connection between front and rear wall can be made.
- the arrangement of this heat-resistant connection in the top recording also causes that when loosening the not heat-resistant connection in the event of fire, both the front and the rear wall is also attached to the hanging trolley stay.
- the upper receptacle of the door leaf is advantageously formed by molding in the front and / or rear wall. This reduces the effort involved in the manufacture of the door leaf reduced and in particular the above-mentioned two-shell Construction favored.
- the front and the rear wall in the area of the upper receptacle in the hanging trolley tense or jammed.
- this Tension or jamming in the sledge carriage heat-resistant connection between the front and rear wall realized.
- this tension in the The lateral stability of the door leaf in the built-in trolley Condition increased.
- At least one longitudinal profile bend in the front and / or the rear wall provided.
- Such Longitudinal profile bending for example with a right angle or trapezoidal cross-sectional profile by embossing in one or both of the door leaf walls mentioned must be installed, increases the rigidity of the door leaf considerably and can also serve as a spacer.
- the longitudinal profile bending is preferably carried out continuously attached the entire length of the door leaf so that corresponding bending moments, for example, by mechanical load in the middle area of the door leaf act, continuously without weak points in the edge area be derived.
- At least one is advantageously in the edge region Cross-section bending provided that the longitudinal profile bending overlaps at least partially. This results in a Support of the longitudinal profile bend on the cross profile at Occurrence of bending stresses in the door leaf and accordingly a further improvement in bending stability.
- the longitudinal profile bending and the transverse profile bending can just like the recordings above in one Work process in the front and / or the rear wall be impressed. Especially in connection with the only double-shell construction thus results in an enormously favorable Manufacturing effort, since only the two for education the front or rear wall used sheet metal in an embossing tool and then together need to be connected.
- the not heat-resistant connection e.g. B. the bonding, made along the longitudinal profile bends.
- This Longitudinal profile bends not only increase, as stated above, advantageously the rigidity of the invention Door leaf, but at the same time they bridge the distance between the front and rear walls, so that on this Make a connection also in the middle area of the door leaf is possible without complex measures.
- In the gap remains between the longitudinal profile bends Preserve air space that has heat and sound insulation.
- Edge area for example in the area of a Cross section bending as mentioned above another cross trending gluing to be made for stability to further improve the door leaf.
- the gluing can be carried out continuously over the entire Longitudinal profile bending are made, because in contrast to previously common spot welding when gluing a material can be used by means of which the desired Properties such as the desired mode of vibration or Sound absorption and the required Thermal insulation also with a comparatively large area Connection to be realized, and this is exactly large-scale training a corresponding rigidity enables.
- Such an adhesive can advantageously with the help an elastic adhesive strip can be realized.
- Such an adhesive strip can be relatively much material Apply in the area of the connection point and then compress without the comparatively tough material the pressing is displaced.
- This embodiment can be a particularly vibration and sound absorbing Realize embodiment, with an overall extreme low tension between the front and rear wall is guaranteed.
- the comparatively large wall thickness of a such elastic adhesive strip allows appropriate Relative movements between the two door leaf walls in glued condition and thereby ensures a Tension compensation, but still a very high rigidity is guaranteed.
- spacers are used with preferably small contact area between the front and Rear wall provided, for example in turn can be impressed. Allow such spacers for example using liquid glue then pressing the front and rear walls without the liquid adhesive is displaced during pressing.
- the Spacers ensure small immediate ones Points of contact between the front and rear walls, these but can be pointed or at least smaller Contact surface are formed that still none significant vibration or sound transmission between the both door leaf walls takes place.
- connection between the front and rear wall of the door leaf accomplished in that the intervening Cavities are foamed.
- the foaming of the cavities is also extremely high Sound and vibration damping guaranteed.
- an adhesive for a connection between the front and rear wall come a wide variety of commercially available plastic adhesives into question, future adhesives according to the invention also in Are to be considered.
- an adhesive Acrylates one or more component epoxy resins, one or multi-component polyurethanes, cyanoacrylate adhesive, one or multi-component silicone adhesive and / or so-called single-component anaerobic adhesives can be used.
- the door leaves for elevator doors are usually next to the upper, ceiling-side receptacle with a floor-side Provide guidance by means of which they in the buildings or the Elevator cabins are attached and guided.
- Another great advantage in the design of an inventive Elevator door leaf results from the fact that the bottom side Guide part and the ceiling-side mount the same be formed.
- rivets can be provided. Also these junctions are preferably compliant trained so that a certain delay between the two Elevator walls is possible. This is the case with the Use of rivets in a comparatively small number of Case that the two door leaf walls are not worth mentioning stiffen against each other, but only against each other staple.
- the front is preferably made of a material with the desired look, for example from a stainless steel sheet manufactured. Depending on your wishes, you can also use a corresponding one Covering or a corresponding coating applied be while on the back, in a telescopic door is not visible, one accordingly cheaper steel can be used.
- the door leaf 1 according to Figures 1 and 2 consists of a Front wall 2 and a rear wall 3, which is only in the right upper and in the lower left corner area of the door leaf 1 is shown.
- the rear wall 3 comprises three longitudinal profile bends 4a, b, c, of which in Figure 1 only the two longitudinal profile bends 4a, b and in Figure 2 the longitudinal profile bends 4b, c partially are recognizable.
- the front wall 2 comprises at its upper edge a transverse profile bend 5a and on its underside Cross section bend 5b, which are each of the same design and overlap the longitudinal profile bends 4a, b, c.
- Both the front wall 2 and the rear wall 3 are behind at the top or bottom with a bevel 6a, b or Extension 7a, b provided, together an upper Form receptacle 8 or a lower guide 9 of the door leaf 1.
- suspension trolleys are screw holes 10 in the receptacle 8 provided by means of which the receptacle 8 in one Can be screwed and clamped.
- the front wall 2 and the rear wall 3 heat-resistant bonded together.
- Rolling elements are corresponding recesses 11 in the Bend 6a, b or extension 7a, b formed guide 9 intended.
- the bevels 6a, b and extensions 7a, b are above and each trained below. Furthermore, the Longitudinal profile bends 4a, b, c as well as the entire structure of the door leaf 1 rotationally symmetrical with respect to a rotation Formed 180 ° so that an inventive door leaf around Can be used rotated by 180 °, that is, such a door leaf is both left and right in one Telescopic door can be used without any further structural measures.
- Figure 3 is particularly recognizable that the Longitudinal profile bends 4a, b, c over the entire length or Height H of the elevator door continuously into the rear wall 3 are embossed, resulting in a high bending stiffness results.
- edge by bending the front wall 2 driving profiles 13, 14 are formed by means of which adjacent door leaves 1 can be hooked into each other.
- On a train on one Such door leaf of a telescopic elevator door is thus the hinged door leaf arranged adjacent to this pulled along.
- a junction 15 for a heat resistant Connection e.g. B. a screw in one not closer shown sling carriage is with dash-dotted line shown. It is straightforward in this illustration recognizable that by connecting the front wall 2 with the Rear wall 3 at this point also the two door leaf walls a release of the other connection points together in the Hanging trolleys remain suspended and accordingly press, that means to be moved laterally.
- the adhesive point 16 or the adhesive strip 17 extend essentially over the entire width of the crosspiece 12 of the Longitudinal profile bend 4a as well as over its entire length. This results in a large-area gluing with appropriate stiffening of the door leaf 1. At the same time is one sufficient amount of elastic and thus vibration or anti-shock and heat insulating material with the Adhesive strips 17 between the front wall 2 and the rear wall 3 bring in. This results in a very low one Sound transmission between the front wall 2 and the Rear wall 3 and good thermal insulation of the Door leaf in the transverse direction.
- the front wall 2 touches the Rear wall 3 here only in the edge of the receptacle 8 or the guide 9 immediately.
- the glue point 16 can by melting the Adhesive strip 17 can be released in the event of a fire. This will a bimetal-like bending of the elevator door leaf 1 under great heat, so that the out Door leaves 1 according to the invention also formed elevator door after high heat exposure by moving against each other the elevator door leaves 1 can be opened.
- the entire door leaf 1 is only made of two embossed parts formed, which form the front wall 2 and the rear wall 3.
- the Manufacture of the door leaf 1 is very little Effort possible.
- the shape of the front wall 2 and the Rear wall 3, d. H. the corresponding folds or Bends as well as the associated punchings can be done in one single operation.
