Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rucksack mit einem Rückenelement und mit einer Umhüllung, die an das Rückenelement zur Bildung des Rucksacks angenäht ist.
Rucksäcke sind in vielerlei Arten hinreichend bekannt. Sie bestehen im wesentlichen aus einer Umhüllung aus Leder oder einem Segeltuch, die einen von oben befüllbaren Beutel bildet. Damit der Rucksack im Bereich des Rückens stabilisiert ist, sind herkömmlicherweise stabile, flexible Träger in das Rückenelement eines Rucksacks eingebaut. Das Rückenelement kann auch mit elastischem Schaumstoff ausgepolstert sein. Weiterhin sind Trägersysteme mit einem L-förmigen Tragegerüst bekannt, an das der flexible Rucksack geklemmt wird.
Zum Tragen des Rucksacks ist mindestens ein Trageriemen an den oberen und unteren Teil des Rückenelementes festgenäht. Zusätzlich kann ein Halteriemen im oberen Bereich des Rückenelementes vorgesehen sein, um den Rucksack mit einer Hand festzuhalten und zu tragen. Die Befestigungspunkte für den mindestens einen Trageriemen und den Haltegurt sind verstärkt ausgeführt.
Das Problem herkömmlicher Rucksäcke ist die geringe Standfestigkeit und die im Vergleich zu Schulranzen und Koffern große Flexibilität, so dass Unterlagen, die in dem Rucksack aufbewahrt werden, leicht zerknittern können. Rucksäcke sind damit nur bedingt als Schulranzen verwendbar. Im Gegensatz zu Rucksäcken haben Schulranzen stabile Vorder- und Seitenwände, Rucksäcke hingegen eine flexible an das Rückenelement angenähte Umhüllung.
Zur Lösung dieser Problematik ist bei dem gattungsgemäßen Rucksack gemäß Anspruch 1 ein stabiles Bodenelement vorgesehen, das einstückig ist und eine Standfläche für den Rucksack bildet. Weiterhin ist die Umhüllung mit dem Umfangsrand des Bodenelementes verbunden und das Rückenelement ist an das Bodenelement angelenkt.
Dadurch, dass sowohl ein stabiles Rückenelement und ein Bodenelement vorgesehen ist, die jeweils aneinander angelenkt sind, und dass die Umhüllung sowohl an das Rückenelement, als auch an den Umfangsrand des Bodenelementes angenäht ist, wird ein Rucksack bereitgestellt, der aufrecht auf dem Bodenelement steht, wobei das Rückenelement nur in dem durch das Annähen der Umhüllung an das Rückenelement und das Bodenelement festgelegten Winkel von dem Bodenelement wegklappen kann. Hierdurch wird eine von Taschen und Schulranzen bekannte, stabile Form gewährleistet und zugleich die von Rucksäcken bekannte Flexibilität der Umhüllung beibehalten.
Es ist ein Verbindungsband mit einer ersten Längskante mit dem unteren Rand des Rückenelementes und mit der anderen Längskante mit dem hinteren Umfangsrand des Bodenelementes befestigt. Dadurch wird eine flexible Befestigung des Rückenelements an das Bodenelement gewährleistet, so dass das Bodenelement in einem definierten Maß an das Rückenelement angeklappt werden kann.
Weiterhin ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Umfangsränder des Bodenelementes nach oben gewölbt sind und das Bodenelement eine Schale bildet. Hierdurch wird die Stabilität des Rucksacks erhöht.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn das Verbindungsband so an dem hinteren Umfangsrand des Bodenelementes befestigt ist, dass die Längskante des Verbindungsbandes in Richtung der Kante des Umfangsrandes des Bodenelementes weist. Das Verbindungsband sollte im Querschnitt U-förmig verlaufen und mit seiner anderen Längskante an die Außenwand des unteren Randes des Rückenelementes befestigt sein. Durch die Umhüllung wird dann zum einen ein Wegklappen des Rückenelementes von dem Bodenelement verhindert. Das U-förmige Verbindungsband verhindert auf der anderen Seite ein Einklappen des Bodenelementes zum Rückenelement, so dass das Bodenelement und das Rückenelement nahezu rechtwinklig zueinander stehen. Durch das Verbindungsband und die Befestigung an dem kragenförmigen Umfangsrand des Bodenelementes ist das Bodenelement flexibel an dem Rückenelement angelenkt, so dass das Material des Boden- und Rückenelementes bei Kippbelastung des Rucksacks nicht überlastet wird.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Die Figur 1 läßt einen Rucksack 1 mit einem stabilen Rückenelement 2 und einem Trageriemen 3 an dem Rückenelement 2 erkennen. Der Trageriemen 3 ist im oberen Bereich 4 und unteren Bereich 5 des Rückenelementes 2 in bekannter Weise befestigt.
Die Figur 1 läßt weiterhin erkennen, daß in etwa rechtwinklig zu dem Rückenelement 2 ein Bodenelement 6 vorgesehen ist, das kragenförmige Umfangsränder 7 hat und schalenförmig ausgebildet ist. Zur Bildung des Rucksacks ist eine Umhüllung 8 an das Rückenelement und den Umfangsrand 7 des Bodenelementes 6 angenäht. Die Umhüllung 8 kann z. B. aus einem Segeltuch oder aus Leder sein. Durch das Annähen der Umhüllung 8 an das Rückenelement 2 und das Bodenelement 6 wird, wie aus der Figur 1 leicht ersichtlich ist ein Wegklappen des Rückenelementes 2 von dem Bodenelement 6 verhindert.
Aus der Figur 1 ist weiterhin ersichtlich, daß das Rückenelement 2 und das Bodenelement 6 mit einem U-förmigen Verbindungsband 9 aneinander angelenkt sind. Hierzu ist das Verbindungsband 9 an den hinteren Umfangsrand 7 des Bodenelementes 6 so angenäht, daß seine Längskante in Richtung der Kante des Umfangsrandes 7 des Bodenelementes 6 weist. Die andere Längskante des Verbindungsbandes 9 ist an die Außenwand der unteren Kante des Rückenelementes 2 angenäht. Durch diese spezielle U-förmige Anordnung des Verbindungsbandes (9) wird, wie aus der Figur 1 ersichtlich ist, verhindert, daß das Bodenelement über einen definierten Winkel hinaus in Richtung des Rückenelementes 2 eingeklappt werden kann. Der Rucksack 1 behält somit seine stabile Form.
In der Figur 2 ist die Vorderseite des erfindungsgemäßen Rucksacks 1 skizziert. Es ist erkennbar, daß ein Riemen 10 in Längsrichtung über die gesamte Vorderfront des Rucksacks 1 verläuft. Die Längskanten des Riemens 10 sind beidseitig mit einem Kontrastgurtband 11 eingefaßt und in der unteren Hälfte des Rucksacks 1 mit der Längskante an die Vorderfront angenäht. Im oberen Bereich des Rucksacks 1 sind die Längskanten des Riemens 10 teilweise nicht mit der Vorderfront vernäht, so daß ein Tragegriff gebildet wird. Aus der Figur 2 ist erkennbar, daß der Riemen 10 oberhalb des Tragegriffs 12 mit einer kreuzförmigen Naht 13 an die Vorderfront des Rucksacks 1 genäht ist. Eine gleichartige kreuzförmige Naht 13 ist auch im unteren, nicht sichtbaren Teil des Tragegriffs 12 vorgesehen.
Die Figur 2 läßt weiterhin erkennen, daß der Riemen 10 mit einem elastischen Material, wie z. B. Schaumstoff, gepolstert und mit Quernähten 14 abgesteppt ist. Hierdurch wird die Schlagfestigkeit und Stabilität des Rucksacks 1 erhöht.

Claims (5)

  1. Rucksack (1) mit einem stabilen Rückenelement (2) und mit einer Umhüllung (8), die an das Rückenelement (2) zur Bildung des Rucksacks (1) angenäht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    ein stabiles Bodenelement (6) vorgesehen ist, das einstückig ist und eine Standfläche für den Rucksack (1) bildet,
    die Umhüllung (8) mit dem Umfangsrand (7) des Bodenelementes (6) verbunden ist und
    das Rückenelement (2) an das Bodenelement (6) angelenkt ist, und
    ein Verbindungsband (9) mit einer ersten Längskante an der unteren Kante des Rückenelementes (2) und mit der anderen Längskante an dem hinteren Umfangsrand (7) des Bodenelementes (6) befestigt ist.
  2. Rucksack (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangsränder (7) des Bodenelementes (6) nach oben gewölbt sind und das Bodenelement (6) eine Schale bildet.
  3. Rucksack (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Verbindungsband (9) so an dem hinteren Umfangsrand (7) des Bodenelementes (6) befestigt ist, daß eine Längskante in Richtung der Kante des Umfangsrandes (7) des Bodenelementes (6) weist,
    das Verbindungsband (9) im Querschnitt U-förmig verläuft, und
    das Verbindungsband (9) mit seiner anderen Längskante an der Außenwand des unteren Umfangsrandes (7) des Rückenelementes (2) befestigt ist.
  4. Rucksack (1) nach einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bodenelement (6) und/oder das Rückenelement (2) beispielsweise aus Ethylvenylacetat geschäumt und/oder mit einer Textilmatte überzogen ist.
  5. Rucksack (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch Rückenpolster an dem Rückenelement (2).
