Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Entwässerung eines Stoff-Wasser-Gemisches, insbesondere als Teil einer Papiermaschine, mit einer ersten Walze (1), insbesondere Formierwalze, und einer zweiten als offene Walze ausgebildeten Walze (2), insbesondere Brustwalze, deren Mantelflächen einander in einem Abstand (d) gegenüberliegen, einem ersten Sieb (3), welches um die erste Walze (1) herumgeführt ist, und einem zweiten Sieb (4), welches um die zweite Walze (2) und anschließend um die erste Walze (1) herumgeführt ist, so daß zwischen den Sieben (3, 4) ein Formierspalt (5) ausgebildet ist, und einer Vorrichtung zur Zuführung eines Stoff-Wasser-Gemischstrahles (6) zu dem Formierspalt (5).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umschlingung der ersten Walze (1) mit den beiden Sieben (3, 4) zwischen ca. 15° und ca. 130°, insbesondere ca. 20° bis ca. 110° beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Stoff-Wasser-Gemischstrahl (6) als Freistrahl dem Formierspalt (5) zugeführt wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Dicke (b) des Stoffstrahles (6) zwischen ca. 20 mm und ca. 70 mm, insbesondere zwischen ca. 25 mm und ca. 50 mm beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auftrefflinie (7) des Stoffstrahles (6) auf der zweiten Walze (2) vor der Ablauflinie (8) des zweiten Siebes (4) von der zweiten Walze (2) liegt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die mittlere Stoffdichte im Stoffauflauf ca. 0,15 % bis 2,2 %, insbesondere ca. 0,2 % bis ca. 1,8 % beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß der Abstand (d) der ersten Walze (1) von der zweiten Walze (2) das ca. 0,6-fache bis ca. 2-fache der Dicke (b) des Stoffstrahles (6) beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im siebumschlungenen Bereich der erste Walze (1) und/oder der zweiten Walze (2) Saugzonen vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im nicht siebumschlungenen Bereich der ersten Walze (1) und/oder der zweiten Walze (2) Blaszonen vorgesehen sind.
