- du fait de la masselotte 7a, et puisque le balancier 18 ne forme plus une butée sur la paroi 7f, la branche d'entraínement 7e de la pièce coudée 7 pivote autour de l'axe A vers la face interne 2a du couvercle 2, la branche de verrouillage 7d restant accrochée, par le crochet 7c, à la pièce pivotante 8 ;
- la partie extrême de la branche d'entraínement 7e percute la partie extrême de la branche de verrouillage 7d, libérant ainsi le crochet 7c de la pièce pivotante 8. L'effet de choc, destiné à être additionné à l'effet de gravité pour un déverrouillage plus aisé du dispositif, est accentué par la présence d'une saillie 19 à l'extrémité de la branche d'entraínement 7e, destinée à percuter une saillie 20 présente sur le crochet 7c ;
- la pièce pivotante 8 ainsi libérée pivote, ainsi que le crochet escamotable 9, déverrouillant ainsi le couvercle (figure 10).
Claims (19)
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage pour un bac (1) collecteur de déchets, le dit bac (1) comportant une cuve (4) et un couvercle (2) associé à la cuve (4), pouvant être déplacé entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture, le dispositif étant destiné à être monté sur la face interne (2a) du couvercle (2), et pouvant être soit en position de verrouillage - de sorte à permettre au couvercle (2) du bac (1) d'être verrouillé sur la partie extrême (3) de la cuve (4) lorsque le bac (1) est en position de remplissage soit en position de déverrouillage - de sorte à permettre au couvercle (2) du bac (1) d'être déverrouillé lorsque le bac (1) est en position de vidage, le dispositif comprenant :une pièce pivotante (8), elle-même comprenant :un levier (8d) destiné à être fixé de façon articulée sur la face interne (2a) du couvercle (2) et à faire saillie à l'intérieur du bac (1) lorsque le couvercle (2) est en position de fermeture ;un bras (8b) disposé en prolongement de l'articulation du levier (8d) et destiné à être étendu sous la face interne (2a) du couvercle (2) lorsque celui-ci est en position de fermeture ;une partie intermédiaire (8c) sur laquelle sont fixés le levier (8d) et le bras (8b) et au travers de laquelle passe l'axe de rotation (B) de ladite pièce pivotante (8) ;un crochet escamotable (9) associé au levier (8d), ledit crochet escamotable (9) étant destiné à être engagé dans un orifice (13) ou un évidement situé au niveau de la partie extrême (3) de la cuve (4) ;une pièce coudée (7), articulée suivant un axe de rotation (A) parallèle à l'axe de rotation (B) de la pièce pivotante (8), et comprenant :une branche de verrouillage (7d) ;un crochet (7c) situé à la partie extrême libre de la branche de verrouillage (7d), et apte à venir en prise avec une partie extrême (8e) du bras (8b) opposée à la partie intermédiaire (8c) de la pièce pivotante (8) ;une branche d'entraínement (7e) ;une butée (15) apte à bloquer la branche d'entraínement (7e) de la pièce coudée (7) lorsque le dispositif est en position de verrouillage ;des moyens agencés pour provoquer, lorsque le dispositif est basculé suivant un certain angle à partir de sa position de verrouillage, le pivotement de la pièce coudée (7), par effet de gravité (G), et le pivotement du bras (8b) et du levier (8d), par effet de gravité (G'), vers la position de déverrouillage.
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque le bac (1) est en position de remplissage, le centre de gravité (G) de la pièce coudée (7) est situé de telle manière qu'il maintient la branche d'entraínement (7e) de la pièce coudée (7) en appui sur la butée (15) et le crochet (7c) de ladite pièce coudée (7) en prise avec la partie extrême (8e) du bras (8b) de la pièce pivotante (8), le centre de gravité (G') de l'ensemble comprenant la pièce pivotante (8) et le crochet (9) étant situé de façon à maintenir le crochet escamotable (9) du levier (8d) en position d'engagement dans l'orifice (13) ou l'évidement de la partie extrême (3) de la cuve (4) et la partie extrême (8e) du bras (8b) en prise avec le crochet (7c) de la pièce coudée (7) ; le basculement du bac (1) d'un certain angle par rapport à la verticale lors de son vidage engendrant un déplacement desdits centres de gravité (G, G'), provoquant un pivotement de la pièce coudée (7), dégageant le crochet (7c) de la pièce coudée (7) de la partie extrême (8e) du bras (8b) de la pièce pivotante (8), entraínant le pivotement du bras (8b) et du levier (8d), et, enfin, conduisant au dégagement du crochet escamotable (9) de l'orifice (13) ou de l'évidement de la cuve (4) et donc à l'ouverture du couvercle (2) du bac (1).
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le crochet escamotable (9) du levier (8d) est articulé selon un axe (C) sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de rotation (B) de la pièce pivotante (8) permettant, lors de la fermeture du couvercle (2) sur la partie extrême (3) de la cuve (4), un glissement du crochet escamotable (9) le long de la paroi interne (4a) du bac (1) jusqu'à insertion du dit crochet escamotable (9) dans l'orifice (13) ou l'évidement situé au niveau de la partie extrême (3) de la cuve (4).
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le pivotement du bras (8b) autour de l'axe de rotation (B) de la pièce pivotante (8) est limité en direction opposée à la face interne (2a) du couvercle (2) du bac (1) par une butée (16).
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le pivotement de la pièce coudée (7) est limité en direction opposée à la face interne (2a) du couvercle (2) du bac (1) par une butée (15).
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie extrême (8e) du bras (8b), opposée à la partie intermédiaire (8c) de la pièce pivotante (8), comporte une masselotte (8a).
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la partie extrême libre de la branche d'entraínement (7e) de la pièce coudée (7) comporte une masselotte (7a).
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la pièce coudée (7) a la forme d'un V dont les deux branches (7d, 7e) forment un angle de l'ordre de 35 à 55 degrés, notamment voisin de 45 degrés.
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la pièce coudée (7) a la forme d'un V dont les deux branches (7d, 7e) forment un angle compris entre 90 et 180 degrés.
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un balancier (18) mobile en rotation autour d'un axe (D) lié au couvercle (2) du bac (1) et sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de rotation (B) de la pièce coudée (7), le dit balancier (18) étant mobile entre une position de verrouillage dans laquelle le balancier (18) forme une butée s'opposant au pivotement de la pièce coudée (7) vers la face interne (2a) du couvercle (2), et une position de déverrouillage dans laquelle le balancier (18) ne s'oppose pas au dit pivotement de la pièce coudée (7), la rotation du balancier (18) entre les dites positions de verrouillage et de déverrouillage étant obtenue lors du basculement du bac (1) suivant un certain angle, par effet de gravité.
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le balancier (18) présente la forme d'un secteur circulaire, l'axe de rotation (D) du balancier (18) étant situé vers la pointe (18a) du dit secteur circulaire, et le bord extrême libre (18b) du balancier (18) étant, lorsque le balancier (18) est en position de verrouillage, en contact avec la branche d'entraínement (7e) de la pièce coudée (7).
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que les deux branches (7d, 7e) de la pièce coudée (7) sont mobiles en rotation l'une par rapport à l'autre, autour de l'axe de rotation (A) de la pièce coudée (7), et en ce que la branche d'entraínement (7e) de la pièce coudée (7) comprend, vers sa partie extrême libre, une masselotte (7a), de sorte que, lors du basculement du bac (1) suivant un certain angle, la branche de verrouillage (7d) de la pièce coudée (7) étant encore en prise avec le bras (8b), la branche d'entraínement (7e) de la pièce coudée (7) puisse pivoter autour de son axe (A), par effet de gravité, puis percuter le crochet (7c) de façon à le déverrouiller du bras (8b).
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la branche d'entraínement (7e) de la pièce coudée (7) comprend, vers sa partie extrême libre, une saillie (19) destinée, lors du basculement du bac (1) suivant un certain angle, à percuter le crochet (7c) de façon à le déverrouiller du bras (8b).
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un système de déblocage (17) fixé sur le couvercle (2) du bac (1) et destiné à être actionné par un organe de commande, le dit système de déblocage (17) permettant de déverrouiller le couvercle (2) du bac (1) lorsque le bac (1) est en position de remplissage.
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le crochet escamotable (9) comporte une rampe (23), et en ce que le système de déblocage (17) comporte un doigt (22) destiné à coopérer avec la dite rampe (23), le doigt (22) pouvant être déplacé, au moyen de l'organe de commande, entre :une position inactive dans laquelle le doigt (22) est en contact avec une première partie extrême (24) de la rampe (23), et n'exerce aucun effort sur la rampe (23), le crochet escamotable (9) étant engagé dans l'orifice (13) ou l'évidement de la cuve (4), etune position active dans laquelle le doigt (22) est en contact avec une deuxième partie extrême (25) de la rampe (23) et exerce un effort sur celle-ci, le crochet escamotable (9) étant désengagé de l'orifice (13) ou de l'évidement de la cuve (4),
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il est protégé du contenu de la cuve (4) par un carter (12) fixé sur la face interne (2a) du couvercle (2) et présentant une ouverture (11) de laquelle fait saillie le crochet escamotable (9) du levier (8d).
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le carter (12) forme butée pour la pièce coudée (7), limitant ainsi son déplacement en direction opposée à la face interne (2a) du couvercle (2).
- Dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un dispositif de protection (26) du crochet escamotable (9), fixé à la cuve (4) du bac (1), ledit dispositif ayant la forme d'un canal faisant saillie vers l'extérieur de la cuve (4) et comprenant une ouverture (27) coopérant avec l'orifice (13) ou l'évidement de la cuve (4), une extrémité (29) du dit canal étant située au-delà de l'extrémité (9a) du crochet escamotable (9), lorsque le bac (1) est en position de remplissage et le couvercle (2) fermé, le dit dispositif de protection comprenant en outre des moyens (31) destinés à empêcher l'obstruction de l'orifice (13) lors du vidage.
- Bac pour la collecte de déchets comportant un dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
