Abstract
Ein Verfahren und eine Schleifmaschine dienen zum spitzenlosen Schräg-Einstechschleifen an einem um eine erste Achse (35) drehbaren Werkstück (34). Das Werkstück (34) umfaßt im wesentlichen zylindrische Abschnitte (50, 54) unterschiedlichen Durchmessers und mindestens eine zwischen den Abschnitten (50, 54) liegende Schulter (52). Eine an ihrem Umfang konisch ausgebildete Schleifscheibe (16) ist um ihre, zur Werkstückachse (35) um einen vorbestimmten Winkel geneigte Achse drehbar angeordnet. Mindestens eine Mantellinie des Umfanges wird in Eingriff mit dem Werkstück (34) gebracht. Die Schleifscheibe (16) und das Werkstück (34) sind um ein vorbestimmtes Aufmaß (A) relativ zueinander zustellbar, und zwar in mindestens zwei Schritten. In einem ersten Schritt (74/1) wird im wesentlichen in radialer Richtung (X) und in einem zweiten Schritt (74/2) im wesentlichen in axialer Richtung (Z) zugestellt, derart, daß im ersten Schritt im wesentlichen das Aufmaß (80, 82) im Bereich der zylindrischen Abschnitte (50, 54) und im zweiten Schritt im wesentlichen das Aufmaß (84) der Schulter (52) abgetragen wird. A method and a grinding machine are used for centerless oblique plunge grinding on a workpiece (34) rotatable about a first axis (35). The workpiece (34) comprises essentially cylindrical sections (50, 54) of different diameters and at least one shoulder (52) lying between the sections (50, 54). A grinding wheel (16) which is conical on its circumference is rotatable about its axis inclined to the workpiece axis (35) by a predetermined angle. At least one surface line of the circumference is brought into engagement with the workpiece (34). The grinding wheel (16) and the workpiece (34) can be adjusted relative to each other by a predetermined allowance (A), in at least two steps. In a first step (74/1) the infeed is carried out essentially in the radial direction (X) and in a second step (74/2) in the axial direction (Z) in such a way that in the first step the oversize (80 , 82) in the area of the cylindrical sections (50, 54) and in the second step essentially the allowance (84) of the shoulder (52) is removed.
