Abstract

Um eine Mehr-Kartuschen-Verpackung für Mehrkomponentengebinde bereitzustellen, wobei trotz Verwendung von Einzelgebinden aus flexiblem Material dennoch bei wirtschaftlicher Herstellung eine gesicherte Dosierung und weitestgehende Restentleerung ermöglicht sind, wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen eine Vorrichtung für die Bereitstellung von aus wenigstens zwei fließfähigen Komponenten bestehende Medien, wobei wenigstens zwei jeweils eine Komponente enthaltende Einzelgebinde mit einer gemeinsamen Ausgabeeinheit versehen sind, wobei jedes der Gewinde ein Auspreßelement aufweist, welches bei Vorschub einen hohen Grad an Restentleerung gewährleistet, wobei alle Auspreßelemente über eine gemeinsame Handhabe bedienbar sind, wobei wenigstens eines der Gebinde aus einem ein Volumen einschließendes flexiblen Material gebildet ist, und jedes der Gebinde einen Streifen, zur Ausgabeeinheit hin zu öffnenden Verschluß aufweist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung für die Bereitstellung von aus wenigstens zwei fließfähigen Komponenten bestehenden Medien.
Im Stand der Technik ist es bekannt, fließfähige Medien, beispielsweise pastöse Massen wie Silikon, Kautschuk, sonstige Kunststoffe, aber auch Fette und dergleichen in Kartuschen bereitzustellen. Diese Kartuschen werden in Ausgabevorrichtungen durch Aufbringen von Druck ausgepreßt.
Es ist auch bekannt, aus mehreren Einzelkomponenten bestehende Gemische herzustellen, indem die einzelnen Komponenten in einzelnen Kartuschen angeordnet sind und beim Auspressen relativ zueinander dosiert und miteinander vermischt werden. Solche Mehrkomponentenkartuschen sind beispielsweise als sogenannten Doppelkartuschen-Verpackungen bekannt.
Im Stand der Technik werden solche Mehrkomponenten-Kartuschen-Verpackungen üblicherweise aus mehreren eigensteifen, festen Kartuschen zusammengestellt. Diese einzelnen Kartuschen sind miteinander über Verbindungsleitungen verbunden, so daß beim Auspressen die einzelnen Komponenten in eine gemeinsame Ausgabeleitung geführt werden. Die festen Kartuschen werden durch entsprechende Ausgabevorrichtungen jeweils mit dem Druck versorgt, der einen Kolbenvorschub bewirkt.
In neuerer Zeit sind auch sogenannten Foliengebinde bestehend aus Folienkartuschen bekannt geworden, die hinsichtlich des Auspressens problematischer sind. So wurde eine im wesentlichen zylindrische Kartusche aus zwei aus Folie gebildeten halbkreisförmigen Beuteln gebildet, die zusammengeklappt eine runde Kartusche ergeben. Beide Beutel sind an der Austrittsseite mit Spritzgußteilen versehen, so daß eine gemeinsame Ausgabeöffnung beliefert werden kann. Ein Nachteil dieser vorbekannten Verpackungen besteht darin, daß bei Aufbringung von Druck am hinteren Ende der Doppel-Beutel-Gebinde die Beutel sich in undefinierter Weise zusammenquetschen lassen, so daß eine kontrolliert dosierte Ausgabe der Mehrkomponenten erschwert ist.
Ausgehend vom vorbeschriebenen Stand der Technik liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Mehr-Kartuschen-Verpackung für Mehrkomponentengebinde bereitzustellen, wobei trotz Verwendung von Einzelgebinden aus flexiblem Material dennoch bei wirtschaftlicher Herstellung eine gesicherte Dosierung und weitestgehende Restentleerung ermöglicht sind.
Zur technischen Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen eine Vorrichtung für die Bereitstellung von aus wenigstens zwei fließfähigen Komponenten bestehende Medien, wobei wenigstens zwei jeweils eine Komponente enthaltende Einzelgebinde mit einer gemeinsamen Ausgabeeinheit versehen sind, wobei jedes der Gewinde ein Auspreßelement aufweist, welches bei Vorschub einen hohen Grad an Restentleerung gewährleistet, wobei alle Auspreßelemente über eine gemeinsame Handhabe bedienbar sind, wobei wenigstens eines der Gebinde aus einem ein Volumen einschließendes flexiblen Material gebildet ist, und jedes der Gebinde einen steifen, zur Ausgabeeinheit hin zu öffnenden Verschluß aufweist.
Mit der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, Einzelgebinde mit Volumenhüllen aus flexiblem Material bereitzustellen, die jedes für sich ein Auspreßelement aufweisen. Diese Auspreßelemente können über gemeinsame Handhaben bedienbar sein, aber auch einzeln betätigt werden. Jedes Auspreßelement gewährleistet für das ihm zugeordnete Gebinde einen hohen Grad an Restentleerung und einen definierten Vorschub und damit einen definierten Materialauswurf. Alle Gebinde sind an eine gemeinsame Ausgabeeinheit angeschlossen und haben einen steifen, zur Ausgabeeinheit hin zu öffnenden Verschluß.
Die Erfindung läßt sich mit einfachen Mitteln und geringem wirtschaftlichen Aufwand realisieren und umfaßt eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten. So können Gebinde ineinander verschachtelt werden, wobei wesentlich ist, daß die Auspreßelemente separat ausgebildet sind. Bei sogenannten Folienkartuschen ist es wesentlich, daß das Auspreßelement bei Vorschub entlang der Innenwandung der Volumenhülle streift und dabei einen hohen Grad an Restentleerung gewährleistet und ein undefiniertes Einquetschen der Hülle verhindert. Nur durch beide Maßnahmen zusammen kann eine definierte Komponentenmischung realisiert werden.
Mit der Erfindung ist auch vorgeschlagen, mehrere Gebinde hintereinander anzuordnen. Jedes Gebinde hat seinen Verschluß und ist damit an die gemeinsame Ausgabeeinheit angeordnet. Eines der Gebinde kann als Auspreßelement für das andere Gebinde vorgesehen sein.
Mehrere Gebinde können über einzelne Auspreßelemente verfügen, aber gemeinsam an ein mehrteiliges Verschlußelement angeschlossen sein, welches ein Teilelement einer Ausgabeeinheit ist oder diese selbst darstellt.
Weitere Vorteile und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung anhand der Figuren. Dabei zeigen:

Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist eine 2-Komponenten-Einheit 1 gezeigt, bestehend aus zwei Kartuschen 2 und 3, die über einen T-Verbinder 4 verbunden sind, welcher in eine gemeinsames Ausgaberohr 5 mündet.
Jede der Kartuschen besteht aus einer Folie 6, die an einem Ende mit einem Ausgabeelement 7 mit einer zentralen Öffnung und am anderen Ende mit einem Auspreßelement 8 verbunden ist. Bei Vorschub des Auspreßelementes 8 streift dieses entlang der Innenwandung der Folie 6, wobei sich die Folie hinter dem Auspreßelement 8 umstülpt. Das Auspreßelement 8 streift restentleerend die Folie 6 ab und preßt das Medium zum Ausgabeelement 7.
Obwohl Folienkartuschen verwendet sind, weist jede einzelne für sich ein Auspreßelement auf, welches für seine Kartusche weitestgehende Restentleerung gewährleistet.
Das beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel dient der Erläuterung und ist nicht beschränkend.

Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung für die Bereitstellung von aus wenigstens zwei fließfähigen Komponenten bestehende Medien, wobei wenigstens zwei jeweils eine Komponente enthaltende Einzelgebinde mit einer gemeinsamen Ausgabeeinheit versehen sind, wobei jedes der Gewinde ein Auspreßelement aufweist, welches bei Vorschub einen hohen Grad an Restentleerung gewährleistet, wobei alle Auspreßelemente über eine gemeinsame Handhabe bedienbar sind, wobei wenigstens eines der Gebinde aus einem ein Volumen einschließendes flexiblen Material gebildet ist, und jedes der Gebinde einen steifen, zur Ausgabeeinheit hin zu öffnenden Verschluß aufweist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei separate Gebinde mit jeweils einem Auspreßelement über ein gemeinsames T-Stück als gemeinsame Ausgabeeinheit gekoppelt sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere, jeweils ein eigenes Auspreßelement aufweisendes Gebinde an einem gemeinsamen, mehrteiligen Verschluß angeordnet sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Gebinde im Inneren eines anderen Gebindes angeordnet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Gebinde hintereinander angeordnet sind, wobei das in Druckrichtung vorne liegende Gebinde durch den vom hinten liegenden Gebinde ausgeübten Druck auspreßbar ist.
