Claims (10)

  1. Combinaison :
    d'un capuchon (10) de fermeture pour bouteilles, comprenant un corps de capuchon (1) pour l'essentiel en forme de corps de cylindre, et un fond de capuchon (2) recouvrant le corps de capuchon (1) sur un côté, avec des éléments de fermeture intégrés (3) pouvant être fermés ou ouverts de manière indépendante, le corps de capuchon (1) ne comprenant pas de filetage femelle,
    et d'un goulot de bouteille (20) comprenant un filetage mâle de fermeture (21) et, en dessous du filetage (21), au moins une saillie de maintien (22) pour une bande de garantie, orientée vers l'extérieur, ladite saillie de maintien (22) présentant une surface de maintien inférieure (25) située à une distance (d) par rapport au bord d'embouchure (26) du goulot de bouteille (20),
    la paroi intérieure du corps de capuchon (1) comportant au moins une saillie (4) orientée vers l'intérieur et présentant une surface de maintien (5) qui est disposée à une distance (d') de la face intérieure (6) du fond de capuchon (2) qui dépasse la longueur axiale habituelle d'un filetage, correspondant au filetage (21) du goulot de bouteille (20), ladite distance (d) étant sensiblement égale à la distance (d'), de sorte que la surface de maintien (5) de la saillie (4) du capuchon (1) vient en prise d'enclenchement avec la surface de maintien inférieure (25) de la saillie de maintien (22) du goulot de bouteille (20) lorsque le capuchon (10) est assemblé au goulot (20), la face intérieure (6) du fond de capuchon (2) étant alors appuyée sur le bord d'embouchure (26) du goulot de bouteille (20).
  2. Combinaison selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la distance (d') entre la face intérieure (6) du fond de capuchon (2) et la surface de maintien (5) du capuchon de fermeture est d'au moins 6 mm, de préférence d'au moins 8 mm et notamment d'au moins 10 mm.
  3. Combinaison selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la ou les saillies (4) du capuchon de fermeture sont prévues à proximité du bord inférieur du corps de capuchon (1).
  4. Combinaison selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la saillie (4) du capuchon de fermeture est configurée en tant que boudin circulaire en forme d'anneau.
  5. Combinaison selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les saillies (4) du capuchon de fermeture sont configurées par des parties d'un boudin pour l'essentiel circulaire en forme d'anneau mais présentant des creux.
  6. Combinaison selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la saillie ou les saillies (4) du capuchon de fermeture présentent une section transversale en forme de nez avec une surface de rampe (7) inférieure s'étendant inclinée vers le haut vers l'intérieur et une surface de maintien (5) pour l'essentiel radiale ou légèrement inclinée vers le haut vers l'extérieur.
  7. Combinaison selon l'une des revendications 1 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fermeture intégré dans le fond de capuchon (2) est configuré comme un élément de ce que l'on appelle une fermeture push-pull.
  8. Combinaison selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la saillie de maintien (22) sur le goulot de bouteille (20) est configurée en tant que boudin circulaire en forme d'anneau avec une section transversale sensiblement en forme de nez, avec une surface de rampe supérieure (24) inclinée vers le haut vers l'intérieur et une surface de maintien (25) inférieure pour l'essentiel radiale ou inclinée vers le haut légèrement vers l'extérieur.
  9. Combinaison selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'en dessous de la saillie de maintien (22), un collet d'appui (23) circulaire est disposé sur le goulot de bouteille (20), le diamètre extérieur dudit collet d'appui (23) circulaire étant plus grand que le diamètre extérieur du corps de capuchon (1).
  10. Combinaison selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la distance entre la surface de maintien (25) de la saillie de maintien (22) du goulot de bouteille (20) et le collet d'appui (23) correspond sensiblement à la distance entre la surface de maintien (5) de la saillie (4) et le bord inférieur (8) du corps de capuchon (1).
