Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a grinding roller for granular pressure reduction Good, especially for roller presses for material bed shredding, with one Roller jacket with wear-resistant surface armor that alternates Zones of highly wear-resistant material and intermediate zones other wear resistance. The invention also relates to a Process for producing the grinding roller.
In the case of roller mills, granular, brittle ground material is placed in the roller gap, through the two rotatably mounted counter-rotating rollers are separated from each other, drawn in and there a pressure comminution subject. The so-called material bed crushing is also known in the Roll nip of a high-pressure roller mill or roller press in which the individual particles of the frictionally drawn into the nip Grist in a bed, d. H. in one between the two roller surfaces compressed material filling when using a high pressure can be crushed. It goes without saying that the roller surfaces of a high load and a high Are subject to wear.
Such roller surfaces have at least the following requirements : They should have a high wear resistance, can be produced inexpensively by the operator or Customers can be repaired, and also good feed behavior for possess the goods to be shredded.
It is known the roll surfaces of material bed crushing roll mills or to make roller presses more wear-resistant by a large number of prefabricated carbide bodies on the roller surface such as B. studs is arranged in the corresponding grooves or blind holes in the roll shell can be embedded (EP-B-0516952 Figure 2). Stand with this so-called grid armor the stud bolts with such a large height to the outside of the roller surface in front and they are spaced from each other that the operation of the roller mill on the surface of the roller Gaps between the stud bolts with the pressed together fine-grained good material remain filled, which is an autogenous Wear protection for the roller surfaces forms and due has a good pull-in behavior due to its roughness.
While prefabricated welding is used to manufacture the grid armor Stud bolts only with a weldable bolt material such as e.g. B. structural steel or the like would be possible, on the other hand, the attachment Prefabricated studs in appropriate blind holes of the roll shell as a result of machining in terms of production technology relatively complex and in the event of damage by an operator practically impossible to repair.
In addition, from EP-B-0659108 a surface armor of Press rolls known, with zones of highly wear-resistant material and Clearance zones with a material of another, e.g. B. lower wear resistance, the highly wear-resistant zones are characterized by hot isostatic Pressed platelet-shaped hard body formed are like the space material made of sinterable composite material through a hot isostatic pressing process on the roller body are attached. By faster wear of the less wear-resistant Intermediate material should be one in the rolling operation Set roller surface profiling with arranged between the hard bodies Troughs or gaps in the operation of the roller press are filled with compressed fine-grained material, which as autogenous wear protection during the roller revolutions in the troughs or gaps between the hard bodies remains. It understands that this surface armor of press rolls by one Operator cannot be repaired at all.
Furthermore, EP-B-0563564 is a grinding roller for a material bed roller mill known in which the roller shell made of a wear-resistant Chilled cast iron exists. Thereby are on the outer surface of the chilled cast iron jacket Profiled welding beads welded on, which cross can, so that then a diamond-shaped weld bead grid pattern for the purpose of achieving autogenous wear protection. Except that it is problematic to weld chilled iron properly, especially if the hard cast material contains a high proportion of carbon, Contains chromium etc, is the production of this chilled cast iron roll cover subsequent special build-up welding is complex. The service life the build-up welding bead is limited.
The invention is based on the object, in particular for the grinding rollers of high-pressure roller mills or roller presses for pressure reduction granular good one for the autogenous wear protection with application surface armor suitable for raster armor technology to create a high through wear and pressure resistance Has durability and yet relatively simple and overall is inexpensive to manufacture and repair.
This object is achieved according to the invention with the device Features of claim 1 and manufacturing with the measures of claim 9 solved. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are shown in specified in the subclaims.
In the case of the surface armor of grinding rollers or Press rolls are in the outer surface of the roll shell from each other spaced-in depressions molded in, which is particularly easy then is accomplished when the roller shell is made of a cast metal body so that any machining operations such as attachment of grooves, holes, etc. can be omitted. Viewed from above the recesses of the roller shell can be circular, elongated, polygonal, Rectangular, square or also shaped like a circle with tips in the circumferential direction of the roller or also with tips in the axial direction. In these recesses are corresponding prefabricated, highly wear-resistant hard bodies especially made of sintered metal. The reason of the deepening and the bottom of the hard body are z. B. by hammering with a certain Roughing depth has been made so that there is between the bottom the hard body to be fitted and the bottom of the recesses Can form cavities. Before fitting the hard body into their respective Indentations of the roller surface will be on the bottom of the indentations and / or on the underside of the hard body in a simple manner Adhesive applied, which then when fitting the hard body fills cavities formed by the roughness. Then the fitted ones Hard body pressed into their recesses using a tool and initiated an adhesive printing process that resulted in a very firm Connection leads.
The tool for performing the adhesive printing process can be a hydraulic one or mechanical press. It is particularly advantageous the tool is a hot one put over the fitted hard body Shrink ring, which is at a temperature of z. B. 200 ° C has been heated and which after cooling, d. H. after its shrinkage from the pressed hard bodies is removed again, for which purpose as a tool serving shrink ring from at least two parts z. B. two ring halves is composed.
So that the shrink ring, which serves as a tool, performs its function of pressing the hard body well into the recesses of the roll shell can and the shrink ring on the tops of the hard body to be pressed Fits tightly, it can be advantageous that the shrink ring on his Inside in the zones opposite the hard bodies to be pressed, corresponding radially inward elevations has, in the same shape as the hard metal body to be pressed.
According to a further feature of the invention, the adhesive can Production of the adhesive connection between the hard bodies and the Because of the depressions with hard metal splinters such. B. hard metal carbide chips be provided, whereby the strength of the adhesive bond is still increased.
The surface armor according to the invention is highly wear-resistant and but comparatively easy to manufacture. Should be in the operation of the roller press or Gutbett roll mill an adhesive connection of a hard body can solve the roller surface in such a case of damage be repaired by the operator himself. The clearance zones of the roll shell between those fitted in the roll shell recesses Hard bodies can be in operation when the roller machine through the entrance protected auto wear protection against wear become.

According to Figure 1 are in the outer surface of a

It is important that - as can be seen in FIG. 2 - the

In Figure 1 it can still be seen that the shrink ring serving as a tool
