Claims (5)
- Einrichtung zur Regelung des Schmieröldruckes einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem thermostatisch überwachten Öldruckregelventil, dessen Ventilkörper durch eine Druckfeder in Schließrichtung beaufschlagt ist, wobei der Ventilkörper in Abhängigkeit von der Ölfördermenge und der Öltemperatur eine Öffnung im Öldruckregelventil freigibt, über die das Öl auf die Saugseite der Ölpumpe zurückströmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das thermostatisch geregelte Öldruckregelventil (14) Mittel aufweist, durch die der Ventilkörper (16) die Öffnung (30) im Öldruckregelventil (14) mit steigender Schmieröltemperatur später freigibt und umgekehrt, so daß der Öldruck im kalten Betriebszustand der Brennkraftmaschine abgesenkt wird.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckfeder (24) ein Dehnstoffelement (26) in Reihe vorgeschaltet ist, das mit steigender Schmieröltemperatur die Gesamtlänge (x) von Druckfeder (24) und Dehnstoffelement (26) vergrößert.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckfeder (24') als Thermobimetall ausgebildet ist, dergestalt, daß die Federkennlinie in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur des Schmieröls verändert wird, indem die Federrate der Druckfeder (24') mit zunehmender Temperatur des Schmieröls vergrößert wird und umgekehrt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckfeder (24'') aus einer Legierung besteht, bei der ab einer bestimmten Temperatur eine Gefügeumwandlung auftritt, die dazu führt, daß die Federrate der Druckfeder (24'') mit zunehmender Temperatur des Schmieröls vergrößert wird und umgekehrt.
- Verfahren zur Regelung des Schmieröldruckes einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem thermostatisch überwachten Öldruckregelventil, dessen Ventilkörper duch eine Druckfeder in Schließrichtung beaufschlagt wird, wobei der Ventilkörper in Abhängigkeit von der Ölfördermenge und der Öltemperatur einer Öffnung im Öldruckregelventil freigibt, über die das Öl auf die Saugseite der Ölpumpe zurückströmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkörper (16) die Öffnung (30) im Öldruckregelventil (14) mit steigender Schmieröltemperatur später freigibt und umgekehrt, so daß der Öldruck im kalten Betriebszustand der Brennkraftmaschine abgesenkt wird.
