Claims (22)
- Schaumkopf (20) für einen handbetätigten, zu verschäumende Flüssigkeit enthaltenden Druckbehälter miteinem Abgabeventil, das einen rohrförmigen Ventilschaft aufweist, wobei der Schaumkopf (20) umfaßt:einen rohrförmigen Auslaßstutzen (22), durch den sich ein Auslaßkanal (24) erstreckt und der zur Betätigung des Abgabeventils auf dessen Ventilschaft aufsteckbar ist;einen Expansionsraum (26) zur Verschäumung der Flüssigkeit, mit einem Boden (28), einer den Expansionsraum (26) begrenzenden Seitenwand (30) und einer Abgabeöffnung (32) oberhalb des Bodens (28) des Expansionsraumes (26), wobei der Auslaßkanal (24) des Auslaßstutzens (22) an seinem oberen Ende (32) mit mindestens einer radialen Durchtrittsöffnung (34) versehen ist, die den Auslaßkanal (24) mit dem Expansionsraum (26) verbindet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie einzige Abgabeöffnung (32), in Draufsicht auf den Schaumkopf (20) gesehen, überwiegend im Abstand über dem Boden (28) des Expansionsraumes (26) angeordnet ist; undeine Vielzahl von Verschäumungselementen (36; 36a; 36b; 36c; 36d; 36e) sich in geringem seitlichen Abstand voneinander vom Boden (28) bis in den Bereich der Abgabeöffnung (32) erstreckt, um Verschäumungskanäle (38) zwischen den Verschäumungselementen in zum Auslaßstutzen (22) etwa radialer und achsparalleler Richtung zu bilden. - Schaumkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe des Expansionsraumes (28) und der zugehörigen Verschäumungselemente (36) in mindestens einer radialen Richtung vom Auslaßstutzen (22) zur Seitenwand (30) des Expansionsraumes (26) abnimmt.
- Schaumkopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verringerung der Höhe des Expansionsraumes (26) und seiner zugehörigen Verschäumungselemente (36) in einer Richtung vorgesehen ist, die senkrecht zu einer Ebene (42) verläuft, die tangential an die Seite des Auslaßstutzens (22) angelegt ist, die der Richtung abgekehrt ist, in der die Höhe des Expansionsraumes (26) reduziert ist.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschäumungselemente (36) in Richtung ihres äußeren, freien Endes verjüngt sind, so daß die Verschäumungskanäle (38) nach außen erweitert sind.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschäumungselemente (36) etwa parallel zum Auslaßstutzen (22) gerichtet sind.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschäumungselemente (36) in zum Auslaßstutzen (22) radialer Richtung gegeneinander versetzt sind.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschäumungselemente (36) auf unterschiedlichen Radien bogenförmig um den Auslaßstutzen (22) herum angeordnet sind.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschäumungselemente (36) jeweils einen runden Querschnitt haben.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschäumungselemente (36b, 36c) jeweils plattenförmig gebogen sind.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die plattenförmige Biegung der Verschäumungselemente (36b; 36c) etwa dem Ausschnitt eines Kreisbogens entspricht.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Verschäumungselemente (36a) mehreckig ist.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschäumungselemente (36d) im Abstand voneinander in Ebenen angeordnet sind, die im Abstand etwa parallel zueinander und zum Auslaßstutzen (22) verlaufen.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschäumungselemente (36d) in Richtung ihrer Hauptebenen wellenförmig gestaltet sind.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschäumungselemente (36b) bogenförmig und konzentrisch zum Auslaßstutzen (22) angeordnet sind.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschäumungselemente (36e) rippenförmig ausgebildet sind und sich vom Auslaßstutzen (22) strahlenförmig radial erstrecken.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auslaßkanal (24) des Auslaßstutzens (22) im Bereich seines oberen Endes und auf gleicher Höhe durch mehrere, in Umfangswinkelabständen angeordnete Durchtrittsöffnungen (34) mit dem Expansionsraum (26) verbunden ist.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radialen Durchtrittsöffnungen (34) des Auslaßkanals (24) im Auslaßstutzen (22) über einen Umfangswinkel von etwa 180° des Auslaßstutzens (22) verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe des Expansionsraumes (26) im Bereich der Durchtrittsöffnungen (34) des Auslaßstutzens (22) am größten und in bezug auf diesen radial nach außen verringert ist.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (28) des Expansionsraumes (26) sich jeweils vom Fuß der Durchtrittsöffnungen (34) bis zu der Seitenwand (30) des Schaumkopfes (20) erstreckt und mit dieser einen Rand (50) der Abgabeöffnung (32) bildet.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (28) des Expansionsraumes (26) nach oben und radial nach außen schalenförmig gekrümmt ist.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auslaßkanal (24) am oberen Ende durch eine Prallwand (46) begrenzt ist, die an ihrem Umfangsrand mit axialen Durchtrittsöffnungen (48) versehen ist, die sich etwa parallel zur Hauptachse des Schaumkopfes (20) durch den Expansionsraum (26) bis zur Abgabeöffnung (32) erstrecken.
- Schaumkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prallwand (46) im Auslaßstutzen (22) das untere Ende eines zapfenförmigen Verschäumungselementes (36) bildet, das sich koaxial zum Auslaßstutzen (22) durch den Expansionsraum (26) nach außen erstreckt.
