Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sitzmöbel (Sessel, Sofa) mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
Derartige Sitzmöbel sind an sich bekannt. Sie weisen einen Sitz und eine Rückenlehne auf, wobei es bekannt ist, die Rückenlehne in der Neigung verstellbar auszubilden.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den Sitzkomfort eines derartigen Sitzmöbels zu erhöhen.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Die Rückenlehne des erfindungsgemäßen Sitzmöbels vergrößert eine freie Sitztiefe des Sitzes, wenn die Rückenlehne stärker geneigt wird, die Rückenlehne bewegt sich beim Neigen in bezug auf den Sitz nach hinten, dadurch verlängert sich eine Gesäß- und Beinauflage des Sitzes beim stärkeren Neigen der Rückenlehne, also beim Zurücklehnen des Körpers/Oberkörpers, was allgemein als angenehm empfunden wird.
Des weiteren weist das erfindungsgemäße Sitzmöbel eine Kopfstütze auf, die sich mit zunehmender Neigung der Rückenlehne aufstellt. Bei steilgestellter Rückenlehne ist die Kopfstütze vorzugsweise versenkt oder weggeklappt, damit sie optisch nicht in Erscheinung tritt und dem Sitzmöbel ein weniger wuchtiges Aussehen gibt. Wird die Rückenlehne geneigt, also ein Körper/Oberkörper einer auf dem Sitzmöbel sitzenden Person zurückgelehnt, stellt sich die Kopfstütze auf, so dass der Kopf angelehnt werden kann, was die Bequemlichkeit des Sitzmöbels bei geneigter Rückenlehne erhöht.
Um die Rückenlehne beim Neigen in bezug auf den Sitz nach hinten zu bewegen, kann die Rückenlehne in an sich bekannter Weise mit Schiebe- oder Kurvenführungen, Schwenkhebelführungen oder dgl. am Sitzmöbel beweglich geführt sein. Ein Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht einen Schwenkbelag vor, mit dem die Rückenlehne rück- und vorschwenkbar am Sitzmöbel angebracht ist. Der Schwenkbelag ist so angeordnet und ausgebildet, dass sich die Neigung der Rückenlehne beim Rückschwenken der Rückenlehne vergrößert. Das Vorsehen eines Schwenkbelags als Führung für die Rückenlehne bedeutet eine einfache, preisgünstige und stabil ausführbare Führung der Rückenlehne.
Die Kopfstütze kann beispielsweise anheb- und absenkbar an der Rückenlehne geführt sein. Eine Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht ein Schwenkgelenk für die Kopfstütze vor, das in einem oberen Bereich der Rückenlehne angebracht ist und mit dem die Kopfstütze zwischen einer nach hinten oder nach unten geschwenkten Stellung in eine nach oben stehende, die Rückenlehne in etwa verlängernde Stellung schwenkbar ist. Des weiteren weist diese Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ein Schwenkhebelgetriebe zum Aufstellen der Kopfstütze auf. Das Schwenkhebelgetriebe wird durch das Neigen der Rückenlehne angetrieben und schwenkt die Kopfstütze beim Neigen der Rückenlehne nach oben.
Bei einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist das Sitzmöbel ein Getriebe für den Sitz auf. Dieses Getriebe wird von der Rückenlehne angetrieben und bewegt den Sitz bei zunehmender Neigung der Rückenlehne in bezug auf die Rückenlehne nach vorn. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass sich die freie Sitztiefe des Sitzes mit zunehmender Neigung der Rückenlehne vergrößert. Diese Bewegung des Sitzes nach vorn bei zunehmender Neigung der Rückenlehne kann zusätzlich zu einer Bewegung der Rückenlehne nach hinten mit zunehmender Neigung erfolgen, wodurch sich eine entsprechend größere Verlängerung der freien Sitztiefe des Sitzes ergibt. Die Bewegung des Sitzes nach vorn bei Neigung der Rückenlehne kann auch ohne Bewegung der Rückenlehne nach hinten erfolgen. Die größere Verlängerung der freien Sitztiefe steigert den Komfort des Sitzmöbels.
Das Getriebe für den Sitz ist bei einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung als Schwenkhebelgetriebe ausgebildet und dadurch preisgünstig und stabil herstellbar.
Bei einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung senkt das Getriebe für den Sitz zugleich mit der Bewegung des Sitzes nach vorn beim Neigen der Rückenlehne den Sitz in dessen hinterem Bereich, also im Bereich der Rückenlehne ab. Es wird dadurch mit der Neigung der Rückenlehne auch der Sitz geneigt, was ebenfalls den Komfort des Sitzmöbels steigert.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

eine vereinfachte Schemadarstellung dreier Ausführungsformen eines erfindungsgemäßen Sitzmöbels in Seitenansicht, wobei die Figuren a das Sitzmöbel jeweils mit steiler und die Figuren b das Sitzmöbel mit geneigter Rückenlehne zeigen.
Das in Figur la dargestellte, erfindungsgemäße Sitzmöbel 10 (Sessel oder Sofa) weist einen in etwa horizontal angeordneten und auf einem Auflager 11 verschiebbaren Sitz 12 sowie eine Rückenlehne 14 auf. Die Rückenlehne 14 ist mit einem Schwenkbeschlag schwenkbar am Sitzmöbel 10 angebracht. Der Schwenkbeschlag umfasst zwei oder mehr Schwenkhebel 16, die parallel und deckungsgleich nebeneinander angeordnet sind, so dass in der dargestellten Seitenansicht nur ein Schwenkhebel 16 sichtbar ist. Der Schwenkhebel 16 ist um ein Schwenkgelenk 18 mit horizontaler Schwenkachse schwenkbar, welches feststehend unterhalb des Sitzes 12 in dessen rückwärtigem Bereich angeordnet ist. Der Schwenkhebel 16 ist rechteckig zu einem C-förmigen Bügel um einen hinteren Rand des Sitzes 12 herumgebogen. Von einem oberen Ende des C-förmigen Bügels steht rechtwinklig ein Gestell 20 der Rückenlehne 14 ab, welches im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel einstückiger Bestandteil des Schwenkhebels 16 der Rückenlehne 14 ist.
An einem oberen Rand der Rückenlehne 14 ist mit einem Schwenkgelenk 22 eine Kopfstütze 24 schwenkbar an der Rückenlehne 14 angebracht. Die Kopfstütze 24 weist ein Gestell 26 auf, von welchem ein kurzer Schwenkhebel 28, der im Bereich des Schwenkgelenks 22 angeordnet ist, zur Unter- bzw. Rückseite der Kopfstütze 24 absteht. Am Schwenkhebel 28 der Kopfstütze 24 ist ein zur Unterscheidung nachfolgend Steuerhebel 30 genannter Schwenkhebel angelenkt, der um ein festes Schwenkgelenk 32 schwenkbar ist, weiches ortsfest in einem unteren Bereich der Rückenlehne 14 und hinter dieser angeordnet ist.
Der Steuerhebel 30 weist eine mit ihm einstückige Verlängerung 33 über das ortsfeste Schwenkgelenk 32 hinweg nach unten auf und ist dort über ein Schwenkgelenk 34 schwenkbar mit einem Verbindungshebel 36 verbunden, der fest an einem hinteren Rand des Sitzes 12 angebracht ist.
Die Funktion des erfindungsgemäßen Sitzmöbels 10 ist folgende:
In einer in Figur la dargestellten Grundstellung des Sitzmöbels 10 steht die Rückenlehne 14 mit geringer Neigung nach hinten verhältnismäßig steil nach oben vom Sitz 12 ab, die Rückenlehne 14 befindet sich ein kurzes Stück vom hinteren Rand des Sitzes 12 nach vorn versetzt, es ergibt sich eine freie Sitztiefe a des Sitzes 12 von dessen vorderen Rand bis zur Rückenlehne 14. Der das Gestell 20 der Rückenlehne 14 umfassende Schwenkhebel 16, an dessen oberem Ende die Kopfstütze 24 schwenkbar angebracht ist, der Schwenkhebel 28 der Kopfstütze 24 sowie der Steuerhebel 30, der den Schwenkhebel 28 der Kopfstütze 24 schwenkbar mit dem ortsfesten Schwenkgelenk 32 verbindet, bilden ein Schwenkhebelgetriebe 16, 20, 28, 30 für die Kopfstütze 24, das die Kopfstütze 24 in der steilen, in Figur la dargestellten Stellung der Rückenlehne 14 in etwa horizontal von der Rückenlehne 14 nach hinten abstehend hält.
Zum Neigen der Rückenlehne 14 wird diese um das ortsfeste Schwenkgelenk 18 unter dem Sitz 12 nach hinten in die in Figur 1b dargestellte Stellung verschwenkt. Dabei wird über das Schwenkhebelgetriebe 16, 20, 28, 30 die Kopfstütze 24 in eine die Rückenlehne 14 verlängernde, nach oben stehende Stellung geschwenkt, d. h. die Kopfstütze 24 wird durch das Neigen der Rückenlehne 14 aufgestellt, wie in Figur 1 b dargestellt. Außerdem verschiebt die Rückenlehne 14 beim Neigen den Sitz 12 vorn. Das Verschieben des Sitzes 12 erfolgt über die Verlängerung 33 des Steuerhebels 30 über dessen ortsfestes Schwenkgelenk 32 nach unten. Da die Rückenlehne 14 beim Neigen den Steuerhebel 30 nach hinten verschwenkt, verschwenkt dessen Verlängerung 33 unterhalb des ortsfesten Schwenkgelenks 32 nach vorn und schiebt dadurch den Sitz 12 über den Verbindungshebel 36 nach vorn. Da die Rückenlehne 14 beim Neigen nach hinten bewegt/geschwenkt und der Sitz 12 in soeben beschriebener Weise nach vorn verschoben wird, ergibt sich eine Verlängerung der freien Sitztiefe des Sitzes 12 um Aa, wie in Figur 1b angegeben. Die Feststellbremse kann beispielsweise als Kolben/Zylinder-Einheit 38 mit einem von Hand öffn- und schließbaren Absperrventil 40 ausgebildet sein, wobei die Kolben/Zylinder-Einheit 38 ortsfest am Sitzmöbel 10 angebracht ist und gelenkig am Schwenkhebel 16 der Rückenlehne 14 angreift. Die Feststellbremse 38 stellt über die Feststellung der Rückenlehne 14 und das Schwenkhebelgetriebe 16, 20, 28, 30 die Kopfstütze 34 und über die Verlängerung 33 des Steuerhebels 30 und den Verbindungshebel 36 des Sitzes 12 den Sitz 12 fest.
Bei der in Figur 2a und 2b dargestellten, abgewandelten Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Sitzmöbels 10 ist der Sitz 12 nicht verschieblich, sondern er ist um ein ortsfestes Schwenkgelenk 42 schwenkbar, welches von seinem vorderen Rand ein Stück weit nach hinten versetzt an dessen Unterseite angeordnet ist. Nahe seines hinteren Randes stützt sich der Sitz 12 mit einem nach unten stehenden Stützhebel 44 über ein Schwenkgelenk 46 am Schwenkhebel 16 der Rückenlehne 14 ab. Wird die Rückenlehne 14 aus ihrer steilen, in Figur 2a dargestellten Stellung in die in Figur 2b dargestellte Stellung geneigt, ist mit dem dadurch bewirkten Schwenken des Schwenkhebels 16 der Rückenlehne 14 nach hinten auch ein Absenken des Schwenkhebels 16 verbunden. Da sich der Sitz 12 über seinen Stützhebel 44 am Schwenkhebel 16 der Rückenlehne 14 abstützt, sinkt der hintere Teil des Sitzes 12 ab, der Sitz 12 verschwenkt um ein Schwenkgelenk 38, er bekommt eine Neigung hinten nach unten.
Da der Sitz 12 bei dem in Figur 2a und 2b dargestellten Sitzmöbel 10 nicht verschoben wird, sind bei dieser Ausführungsform der Erfindung die Verlängerung 33 des Steuerhebels 30 sowie der Verbindungshebel 36 des Sitzes 12 nicht vorhanden. Die Verlängerung der freien Sitztiefe Da ist wegen der fehlenden Verschiebung des Sitzes 12 kleiner als beim Sitzmöbel gemäß Figur la und lb. Das Aufstellen der Kopfstütze 24 durch Neigen der Rückenlehne 14 erfolgt bei dem in Figur 2a und 2b dargestellten Sitzmöbel 10 in gleicher Weise wie bei dem in Figur la und 1b dargestellten Sitzmöbel 10, es wird insoweit auf die vorstehenden Ausführungen zu Figur la und 1 b verwiesen.
Bei der in Figuren 3a und 3b dargestellten, abgewandelten Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Sitzmöbels 10 wird der Sitz 12 durch die Neigung der Rückenlehne 14 sowohl nach vorn verschoben als auch an seiner Rückseite abgesenkt. Der Sitz 12 ist über einen Schiebe- und Schwenkbeschlag 48 in seinem vorderen Bereich abgestützt. Der Steuerhebel 30 weist eine schräg nach unten und hinten abgewinkelte Verlängerung 50 auf, an der ein Schwenkhebel 52 angelenkt ist, der über ein Schwenkgelenk 54 schwenkbar mit einem unteren, hinteren Rand des Sitzes 12 verbunden ist.
Durch Neigung der Rückenlehne 14 aus der in Figur 3a dargestellten, steilen in die in Figur 3b dargestellte, geneigte Stellung wird der Steuerhebel 30 nach hinten und seine abgewinkelte Verlängerung 50 nach vorn und unten verschwenkt. Über den Schwenkhebel 52, der den Sitz 12 gelenkig mit der Verlängerung 50 des Steuerhebels 30 verbindet, wird der Sitz 12 sowohl nach vorn verschoben als auch an seiner Rückseite abgesenkt. Das Verschwenken der Kopfstütze 24 erfolgt bei dem in Figuren 3a und 3b dargestellten Sitzmöbel 10 wie zu Figuren la und 1 b beschrieben. Es wird insoweit auf die Beschreibung zu Figuren 1 a und 1 b verwiesen.

Claims (6)

  1. Sitzmöbel, mit einem Sitz und mit einer in der Neigung verstellbaren Rückenlehne, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich mit zunehmender Neigung der Rückenlehne (14) eine freie Sitztiefe (a) vergrößert, und dass das Sitzmöbel (10) eine Kopfstütze (24) aufweist, die sich mit zunehmender Neigung der Rückenlehne (14) aufstellt.
  2. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückenlehne (14) einen Schwenkbeschlag (18) aufweist, mit dem sie rück- und vorschwenkbar geführt ist, wobei sich die Neigung der Rückenlehne (14) beim Rückschwenken vergrößert.
  3. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopfstütze (24) mit einem Schwenkgelenk (22) in einem oberen Bereich der Rückenlehne (14) angebracht ist, und dass das Sitzmöbel (10) ein Schwenkhebelgetriebe (16, 20, 28, 30) aufweist, das von der Rückenlehne (14) angetrieben wird und das die Kopfstütze (24) beim Neigen der Rückenlehne (14) nach oben schwenkt.
  4. Sitzmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzmöbel (10) ein Getriebe (30, 33, 36; 30, 50, 52) für den Sitz (12) aufweist, das von der Rückenlehne (14) angetrieben wird und das den Sitz (12) mit zunehmender Neigung der Rückenlehne (14) relativ zur Rückenlehne (14) nach vorn bewegt.
  5. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe (30, 33, 36; 30, 50,52) für den Sitz (12) als Schwenkhebelgetriebe (30, 33, 36; 30, 50, 52) ausgebildet ist.
  6. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe (30, 50, 52) für den Sitz (12) zugleich mit der Bewegung des Sitzes (12) nach vorn beim Neigen der Rückenlehne (14) den Sitz (12) in seinem hinteren Bereich absenkt.
