Claims (5)

  1. Selbsthemmende Schutzvorrichtung (1) von dem Typ eines Schutzgeländers, welche an einem Bauwerk (2) aufgestellt ist, gegebenenfalls in provisorischer Weise, und welche mindestens zwei Träger oder Pfosten (3) umfasst, die jeweils zwei Enden aufweisen und die entlang einer Achse (β) angeordnet sind, welche im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ebene (α) des mit Schutzvorrichtungen auszustattenden Bauwerkes verläuft, und die mit Hilfe von einem Befestigungselement (4) an das Bauwerk befestigt werden, wobei die Schutzvorrichtung ferner mindestens einen Geländerriegel (5) aufweist, der eine Verbindung zwischen den zwei Trägern oder Pfosten (3) gewährleistet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (4) eine Öffnung (6) aufweist, die auf solche Weise bewerkstelligt wird, dass ein Ende (13) des Trägers oder Pfostens (3), das einen Ansatz (14) besitzt, mit diesem Ansatz (14) nach einer ersten Richtung (V1) in die Öffnung (6) hineinragt und dass es nicht mehr aus dieser Öffnung (6) heraustreten kann und/oder sich von dem Befestigungselement (4) lostrennen kann, anschließend an eine Drehung um eine Achse (β'), die parallel zu der Achse (β) ist, welche im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Ebene (α) des Bauwerkes verläuft, bis einer zweiten Richtung (V2), wobei der Ansatz (14) in einem senkrechten Schnitt zu der ersten Richtung (V1) mindestens eine Dimension (D1) aufweist, die weniger ausgeprägt ist als die Dimension (D2), die sich aus einem senkrechten Schnitt zu der zweiten Richtung (V2) ergibt.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Geländerriegel (5) an den Trägern oder Pfosten (3) über solche Hilfsmittel befestigt ist, die die Verbindung des Geländerriegel mit den Trägern oder Pfosten (3) erlauben durch die Verhinderung der Drehung der Träger oder Pfosten (3) um ihre Drehachse (β') und demzufolge durch die Verhinderung des Heraustretens des Ansatzes der Träger oder Pfosten (3) aus dem Befestigungselement (4), in dessen Inneres der Ansatz gebracht worden ist.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Geländerriegel (5) in Anschläge (15) eingefügt wird, die in dem oberen Teil der Träger oder Pfosten (3) angeordnet sind, wobei die Anschläge (15) eine derartige Geometrie aufweisen, dass der Geländerriegel nur nach einem Anheben und einem Drehen abmontiert werden kann.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Leiste (9) umfasst, die zwischen die zwei Träger oder Pfosten (3) angeordnet wird, die bereits in Anschläge (16) befestigt sind, welche an dem unteren Teil der Träger oder Pfosten (3) angeordnet sind.
  5. Verfahren zum Montieren einer Schutzvorrichtung (1) entsprechend irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man mindestens zwei Befestigungselemente (4) an einem mit Schutzvorrichtungen zu versehenden Bauwerk befestigt, vorzugsweise in bleibender Weise, dass man in eine in jedem der Befestigungselemente (4) vorgesehene Öffnung (6) ein Ende (13) des Trägers oder Pfostens (3) anordnet, durch Einführung des Endes (13) in die Öffnung (6) des Befestigungselementes (4) nach einer ersten Richtung (11), dass man eine Drehung um eine Rotationsachse hin auf eine zweite Richtung (12) durchführt und auf diese Weise den Träger oder Pfosten (3) in dem Befestigungselement (4) blockiert, dass man alsdann einen Geländerriegel (5) aufhängt um die Verbindung zwischen wenigstens zwei der Träger oder Pfosten (3) dadurch zu gewährleisten, dass man die Drehung der Träger oder Pfosten (3) und demzufolge deren Demontage verhindert, und dass man gegebenenfalls eine Leiste(9) direkt auf das Bauwerk (2) zwischen den Trägern oder Pfosten (3) anordnet.
