Claims (9)
- Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket für ein elektrisches Schaltgerät (10), insbesondere für einen Leitungsschutzschalter und Motorschutzschalter, mit mehreren in Abstand zueinander angeordneten Lichtbogenlöschblechen, zwischen denen ein Lichtbogen in mehrere Teillichtbögen unterteilt wird, wobei in dem Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket Lichtbogenlöschbleche angeordnet sind, die um eine in Lichtbogenlaufrichtung verlaufende Kröpfungslinie (24, 43, 55) abgekröpft sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich bei den abgekröpften Lichtbogenlöschblechen zwei parallel verlaufende Lichtbogenlöschblechabschnitte (25, 26) bilden, und dass die Lichtbogenlöschbleche aneinander gelegt sind, wobei zwischen den sich berührenden Blechabschnitten eine Isolierschicht (29, 31) untergebracht ist, wogegen die anderen Blechabschnitte je zweier benachbarter Lichtbogenlöschbleche den üblichen Abstand, der zur Lichtbogenlöschung erforderlich ist, zwischen sich nehmen.
- Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wechselweise ein abgekröpftes Lichtbogenlöschblech und ein glattes, ebenflächiges sich berührend übereinander liegen.
- Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Berührungsflächen lediglich an einer Längskante angrenzen.
- Lichtbogenlöschpaket nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Berührungsflächen wechselweise an sich gegenüberliegenden Längskanten angrenzen.
- Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kröpfungslinien (24, 43, 55) aller abgekröpfter Lichtbogenlöschbleche in einer Ebene liegen, die in Stapelrichtung der Lichtbogenlöschbleche und in Richtung des Lichtbogenlaufes in der Mitte des Paketes liegt.
- Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kröpfungslinien außermittig angeordnet sind.
- Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Isolierung zwischen den sich berührenden Blechabschnitten der Lichtbogenlöschbleche durch eine Isolierbeschichtung gebildet ist.
- Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Isolierung durch Stege im Gehäuse des das Paket aufnehmenden Leitungsschutzschalters gebildet ist, wobei in die Zwischenräume dieser Stege die Lichtbogenlöschbleche eingelegt sind.
- Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein die Lichtbogenlöschbleche aufnehmendes eigenes Paketgehäuse vorgesehen ist, in dem sich Stege befinden, die zur Isolierung der sich im Paketgehäuse befindlichen Löschbleche geführt sind.
