Claims (7)
- Dispositif de dosage et de distribution de fluides en circulation, notamment des colles à chaud, des colles à froid, des lubrifiants, des peintures ou semblables, avec une tête d'application comportant une surface de limitation, dans laquelle débouchent de nombreux canaux d'acheminement prévus pour un fluide en circulation, et au moins un module d'application placé sur la surface de limitation, qui est équipé d'une tête de buse pour l'application de points de collage ou de lignes de collage ou semblables sur un substrat passant devant, caractérisé en ce que la surface de limitation (20) comporte au moins deux boulons récepteurs (24) qui passent à travers des alésages du module d'application (12), et en ce qu'un élément de tension (34) agissant contre le module d'application (12) est placé au moins indirectement sur les régions terminales (29, 31) des boulons récepteurs (24) dépassant du module d'application (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque de contre-appui (30) entourant les deux régions terminales des boulons récepteurs (24) se trouve entre l'élément de tension (34) et le module d'application (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les régions terminales des boulons récepteurs (24) sont chacune pourvues d'une tête de tension (31) comportant un diamètre (d2) élargi en face d'une rainure d'engagement (29) placée juste devant, en ce que la rainure d'engagement (29) prévue pour la plaque de contre-appui (30) présente un diamètre rétréci (d1) en face du boulon récepteur (24), et en ce que la plaque de contre-appui (30) est formée comme une plaque coulissante, qui comporte des alésages allongés (32) dans le sens de la force de gravité pour recevoir les régions terminales des boulons récepteurs (24), comportant dans le sens inverse de la force de gravité une première zone avec un diamètre (d3), présentant un diamètre supérieur au diamètre (d2) de la tête de tension (31), tandis que dans le sens de la force de gravité, le diamètre (d4) des alésages allongés (32) dans une deuxième zone est à peine supérieur au diamètre (d1) du boulon récepteur (24) dans la zone de la rainure d'engagement (29).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de tension (34) est formé par une vis de pression (34) placée dans un alésage fileté (33) de la plaque de contre-appui / plaque coulissante (30) en s'appuyant contre une surface externe (39) du module d'application (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de tension (34) est placé sur la plaque de contre-appui / plaque coulissante (30).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de tension (34) est conçu comme un levier excentrique.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque coulissante (30) est équipée d'une tige de guidage (36) tournée vers le module d'application (12), qui s'engage dans une rainure (40) correspondante située dans la surface externe (39) du module d'application (12).
