Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Entsäuerung von Büchern oder dergleichen, wobei die Buchseiten in einer nach außen abgeschlossenen Behandlungskammer im Vakuum mit einem zur Laugenbildung befähigten Pulver beaufschlagt werden, wobei das Pulver in Luftströmen über Düsen zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen (12, 13) eine nicht-runde Austrittsquerschnittsfläche aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen (12, 13) unterschiedliche Austrittsquerschnittsflächen aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen (12, 13) eine kreisbogenförmige Austrittsquerschnittsfläche aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsquerschnittsfläche im Mittelbereich (20, 22) eine andere Breite aufweist als im Randbereich (21, 23).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsquerschnittsfläche durch ein Kreissegment gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anstellwinkel der Düsen (12, 13) variabel einstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einstellbereich bei ca. 6° bis 20° liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behandlungskammer eine Austrittsöffnung mit einer sich anschließenden Auslaßleitung aufweist, in der ein saugender Ventilator (Axialgebläse 10) angeordnet ist, wobei der Auslaßleitung Rückführleitungen zu den Düsen (12, 13) unter Ausbildung eines geschlossenen Kreislaufes zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen (12, 13) mit einer Vorratskammer für zur Laugenbildung befähigtes Pulver indirekt verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Bücher auf einem hin- und herbewegten Wagen angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit des Wagens programmgesteuert veränderbar ist.
