Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Einlesen von Fäden (F), insbesondere von Kettfäden, in Führungsorgane (2) einer Behandlungsvorrichtung (1) zum Behandeln der Fäden (F), insbesondere in Kämme oder Riete einer Schlichteanlage, wobei die Fäden (F) in wenigstens einen Einlesekamm (11) eingelesen und auf diesem befestigt werden und anschliessend mit dem Einlesekamm (11) durch die Behandlungsvorrichtung (1) gezogen werden, wobei die Fäden (F) an die Führungsorgane (2) übergeben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlesekamm (11) schrittweise durch die Vorrichtung (1) gezogen wird, wobei die Bewegung des Einlesekamms (11) jeweils nach dem Passieren eines Führungsorgans (2) zeitweise unterbrochen wird und wobei der Einlesekamm (11) bezogen auf die Führungsorgane (2) positioniert wird, bevor die Fäden (4) an das Führungsorgan (2) übergeben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsorgane vor dem Einlesen aus dem in der Behandlungsvorrichtung für die Fäden (F) gebildeten Weg (W) entfernt, insbesondere abgesenkt werden und dass die Führungsorgane (2) nach dem Passieren des Einlesekamms (11) in den Weg (W) der Fäden (F) zurückbewegt werden, wobei die Fäden (F) von den Führungsorganen (2) übernommen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, mit einem Einlesekamm (11), der Einleselücken (13) zur Aufnahme der Fäden (4) aufweist, deren Anordnung der Anordnung von Lücken (3) in den Führungsorganen (2) entspricht und der mit Ausrichtvorsprüngen (14) versehen ist, welche mit den Eineleselücken (13) fluchten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlesekamm (11) dadurch auf die Führungsorgane (2) ausgerichtet wird, dass die Ausrichtvorsprünge (14) des Einlesekamms (11) mit den Lücken (3) der Führungsorgane (2) in Eingriff gebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Zurückbewegen der Führungsorgane (2) in den Weg (W) für die Fäden (F) die Lücken (3) der Führungsorgane (2) über die Ausrichtvorsprünge (14) geschoben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlesekamm an Restfäden (R) aus einem vorangehenden Behandlungsvorgang befestigt und mit diesen durch die Behandlungsvorrichtung (1) gezogen wird.
- Hilfsvorrichtung zum Einlesen von Fäden (F), insbesondere von Kettfäden, in Führungsorgane (2) einer Vorrichtung (1) zur Behandlung der Fäden (F), insbesondere in Kämme oder Riete einer Schlichteanlage, insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Hilfsvorrichtung als Einlesekamm (11) mit einer Anordnung (13, 15, 27) zum geordneten Befestigen der Fäden (F) am Einlesekamm (13) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichent, dass der Einlesekamm (11) Ausrichtelemente (14; 4, 20) zum Ausrichten des Einlesekamms (11) auf die Führungsorgane (2) aufweist.
- Hilfsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlesekamm (11) mit einer Mehrzahl von nebeneinander angeordneten Einleselücken (13) zur Aufnahme der Fäden (F) versehen ist.
- Hilfsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtelemente als Ausrichtvorsprünge (14) ausgebildet sind, die auf die Einleselücken (13) ausgerichtet sind, vorzugsweise sich von diesen erstrecken und die mit den Lücken (3) in den Führungsorganen (2) in Eingriff bringbar sind.
- Hilfsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlesekamm (11) als Stapel (16) von Plättchen (17, 18) ausgebildet ist,
wobei erste Plättchen zum Bilden der Einleselücken (13) im Abstand (a) zueinander angeordnet sind und
wobei zweite Plättchen (18) als Abstandhalter zwischen den ersten Plättchen (17) angeordnet sind. - Hilfsvorrichtung nach 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Plättchen (18) eine Auflagefläche (19) für Fäden (F) in den Einleselücken (13) bilden.
- Hilfsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Plättchen (18) als Ausrichtelemente dienende Vorsprünge (14) aufweisen.
- Hilfsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlesekamm (11) Halteelemente (20) zur zeitweisen Aufnahme und Halterung des Einlesekamms (11) in den Führungsorganen (2) zugeordneten Aufnahmevorrichtungen (4) aufweist.
- Behandlungsvorrichtung zum Behandeln von Fäden (F), insbesondere Vorrichtung zum Schlichten von Kettfäden, mit wenigstens einem Führungsorgan (2), insbesondere einem Kamm oder einem Riet, durch welches die Fäden (F) durchführbar sind, und mit wenigstens einem Einlesekamm (11), insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 13, welche der Vorrichtung (1) zugeordnet ist, und auf welchem die Fäden (F) geordnet befestigbar sind und von welchem die Fäden (F) von den Führungsorganen (2) übergebbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlesekamm Ausrichtelemente (14; 4, 20) zum Ausrichten des Einlesekamms (11) auf die Führungsorgane aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Führungsorganen (2) wenigstens je eine Aufnahmevorrichtung (4) zum zeitweisen Halten des Einlesekamms (11) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsorgane (2) aus dem gebildeten Weg (W) für die Fäden (F) bewegbar, insbesondere absenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung wenigstens zwei Gestelle (5, 5') zur Aufnahme von Kettbäumen aufweist, wobei die Fäden (F') wenigstens eines Gestells (5') in einen Einlesekamm (11) einlesbar sind, während die Fäden (F') eines anderen Gestells (5) durch die Vorrichtung (1) führbar sind.
