Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zubehör für eine Warenreihe in einer Rutschauslage.
Ein Laufwagen L nimmt die zwei hintersten Flaschen einer Warenreihe auf. Dies verhindert ein Umfallen der davorstehenden Flaschen beim Nachrutschen.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zubehör für eine Warenreihe in einer Rutschauslage.
Aus der DE 299 00 372.8 U ist ein Kühlregal mit einer Rutschauslage bekannt. Solche Verkaufsmöbel finden vor allem zum Präsentieren von Getränken in Form von Dosen oder Flaschen Verwendung. Die Auslagen, genauer gesagt die Böden der Auslagen, sind dabei leicht schräg angeordnet, und weisen normalerweise Fachteiler auf, die eine Art Kanäle für die Warenreihen bilden. Die Waren rutschen von hinten nach vorne nach, wenn der Kunde die vorderste Ware herausnimmt. Diese Präsentationsmöbel bieten also automatisch die Ware immer vorne - direkt vor dem Kunden - an, auch wenn schon ein großer Teil der Waren entnommen wurde. Der Kunde muß nicht nach hinten ins Regal langen, sondern kann die Waren vorne ergreifen.
Ein Problem bei diesen Rutschauslagen ist, insbesondere bei der Verwendung relativ neuer PET-Flaschen, daß diese durch ihre schlanke Bauform relativ kopflastig sind und leicht umkippen können. Die Kippneigung wird dadurch verstärkt, daß diese Flaschen einen Fünfnoppenboden haben, der relativ weit nach innen gezogen ist, so daß die Aufstandsfläche relativ klein ist. Die ist insbesondere der Fall bei neuen 0,5 Liter-Limonadeflaschen. Das seitliche Umkippen kann relativ einfach durch etwas höhere seitliche Fachteiler verhindert werden, die zum Beispiel 90 mm hoch sind. Gegen das Umfallen nach vorne sind solche Einbauten allerdings nicht geeignet, da sie ja das Nachrutschen verhindern würden. Sie verhindern also nicht das Umfallen nach vorne.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, ein Zubehör für Warenreihen in Rutschauslagen vorzuschlagen, welche ein Umkippen der Waren nach vorne zuverlässig verhindert.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst von einem Schlitten oder von einem Laufwagen, welcher eine Schubkraft auf die davor stehenden Waren oder die davor stehende Warenreihe erzeugt. Beim Auflegen des erfindungsgemäßen Zubehörs hinter die entsprechende Warenreihe wird so eine Schubkraft von hinten erzeugt, welche verhindert, daß die Flaschen umkippen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführung ist das Zubehör so aufgebaut, daß es eine, zwei oder mehrere der zu verkaufenden Waren aufnehmen kann. Auf diese Weise kann der Schlitten oder Laufwagen sehr leicht und billig aufgebaut sein, da das für die Erzeugung der Schubkraft nötige Gewicht von den aufgenommenen Waren selbst erzeugt wird.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform stehen die aufzunehmenden Waren hintereinander, das heißt in Rutschrichtung auf dem Zubehör. Durch die Aufnahme von zwei oder mehr Waren hintereinander rutscht der Schwerpunkt des beladenen Zubehörs relativ weit nach hinten, wodurch ein Umkippen des Zubehörs selbst verhindert wird. Die Ware, an die das Zubehör von hinten anstößt, wird so gleichmäßig nach vorne gedrückt und schiebt die Reihe ausreichend kräftig nach vorne, so daß ein Umfallen der vordersten Ware verhindert wird.
In einer weiteren Ausführung ist das Zubehör so ausgebildet, daß seine Unterfläche einen geringeren Reibungskoeffizienten hat als die Unterflächen der Waren oder daß das Zubehör mit Rädern oder Rollen versehen ist, so daß eine besonders geringe Reibung des beladenen Zubehörs vorliegt. Gerade bei der Verwendung von Rädern oder Rollen ist die Reibung ja extrem vermindert, wodurch die Schubkraft auf die davor stehende Waren wesentlich erhöht wird.
In einer Ausführung ist das Zubehör durch einen Rahmen mit einer flachen Aufstandsfläche für die Aufnahme der Waren und durch einen frontseitigen hochgezogenen Bügel zum Abstützen der vorderen aufgenommenen Ware gekennzeichnet. Bei dieser Ausführung stehen die Waren nur einen geringen Betrag höher, zum Beispiel 3 -4 mm, was dem Kunden kaum auffällt. Die auf dem Zubehör stehenden Waren integrieren sich so in die Warenreihe vor dem Zubehör.
Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels anhand zweier Zeichnungen. Es zeigen:

Figur 1 zeigt oben den Laufwagen L in Seitenansicht, im wesentlichen bestehend aus einem flachen Rahmen mit einer niedrigen Aufstandsfläche F, einem frontseitig aufragenden Bügel 8 und hier zwei Rollen. Eine Rolle ist vorne angeordnet die andere hinten. Der Laufwagen L eignet sich hier dafür, zwei 0,5 Liter PET-Flaschen aufzunehmen. Seine Breite beträgt in dieser Ausführung ca. 68 mm, seine Länge 154 mm, sein Bügel ist 96 mm hoch.
Figur 1 zeigt unten eine Frontansicht des erfindungsgemäßen Laufwagens L mit dem Bügel B, der Aufstandsfläche F und einer Rolle, die beidseitig vom eigentlichen Rahmen des Laufwagens L gehalten wird.
Figur 2 zeigt oben einen erfindungsgemäßen Laufwagen L in der Rutschauslage R. Die Rutschauslage R ist hier mit den Waren W belegt. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel sind es acht Limonadeflaschen, von denen die beiden hintersten auf dem Laufwagen L stehen. Da der Laufwagen L relativ flach gebaut ist, ragen diese Flaschen nur wenige Millimeter über die davor stehenden Flaschen heraus. Der Laufwagen L verhindert zuverlässig ein Umkippen der Warenreihe, wenn ein Kunde die vorderste Ware (Flasche) herauszieht. Die vom Laufwagen L erzeugte Schubkraft schiebt dann die restlichen Flaschen nach vorne, ohne daß diese umkippen.
Figur 2 zeigt unten einen Blick aus der Richtung A, nämlich von hinten auf vier Warenreihen, wobei jede der Warenreihen auf der Rutschauslage R mit jeweils einem Laufwagen hinten versehen ist. Zu erkennen sind in Figur 2 auch die seitlichen Fachteiler, die ein Verkippen der Waren zur Seite verhindern.

Claims (5)

  1. Zubehör für eine Warenreihe in einer Rutschaustage (R), kennzeichnet durch einen Schlitten oder einen Laufwagen (L), welcher eine Schubkraft auf die davor stehenden Waren (W) erzeugt.
  2. Zubehör nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine oder mehrere der zu verkaufenden Waren (W) aufnehmen kann.
  3. Zubehör nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aufgenommenen Waren (W) hintereinander stehen.
  4. Zubehör nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seine Unterseite einen geringeren Reibungskoeffizienten hat als die Unterflächen der Waren (W) oder daß es Räder oder Rollen hat.
  5. Zubehör nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Rahmen mit flacher Aufstandsfläche (F) zur Aufnahme der Ware (W) und einen frontseitigen hochgezogenen Bügel (B) zum Abstützen der vorderen aufgenommenen Ware (W).
