Abstract
Description
- un boítier de distributeur comportant une première partie fixe et une seconde partie mobile montée articulée par rapport à la partie fixe entre une position ouverte de rechargement du distributeur et une position fermée dans laquelle elle délimite, avec la première partie, un logement supérieur de stockage en position verticale du rouleau à dévider ;
- une plaque inférieure, portée par la partie fixe du boítier, qui supporte verticalement une extrémité axiale inférieure du rouleau et qui comporte un trou de passage de la bande ;
- et une buse fixe de distribution qui est disposée en dessous de la plaque support, qui délimite un passage, de forme générale tronconique, convergent vers le bas, dont l'ouverture supérieure d'entrée est sensiblement dans le prolongement du trou de la plaque support, pour guider la bande vers son ouverture inférieure de sortie de diamètre réduit, et qui comporte une découpe, en forme générale de fente, d'orientation générale verticale qui s'étend entre les ouvertures supérieures d'entrée et inférieure de sortie pour faciliter l'introduction de l'extrémité libre de la bande d'un rouleau dans le passage de la buse de distribution.
- la découpe est formée dans une partie du passage qui est située vers un fond vertical arrière de la partie fixe du boítier par lequel ce dernier est fixé sur un mur ou sur un support, de manière que, en utilisation, le tronçon de la bande qui passe verticalement à travers la buse de distribution coopère avec une portion non découpée de la paroi interne du passage ;
- la buse de distribution comporte un élément de fermeture de la découpe, de forme complémentaire de cette dernière, qui est monté articulé par rapport au corps de la buse de distribution entre une position d'utilisation dans laquelle la découpe est fermée et dans laquelle le passage est délimité par une paroi interne continue, et une position de rechargement dans laquelle il est escamoté pour dégager la découpe en vue de l'introduction de l'extrémité libre de la bande ;
- l'élément de fermeture de la découpe est monté articulé par rapport au corps de la buse de distribution autour d'un axe supérieur horizontal situé verticalement sensiblement au droit de l'ouverture supérieure d'entrée de la buse de distribution, et l'élément de fermeture de la découpe est monté basculant entre une position haute d'utilisation et une position basse de rechargement ;
- l'axe d'articulation de l'élément de fermeture de la découpe est décalé radialement vers l'extérieur par rapport au tronçon du bord de l'ouverture supérieure d'entrée du passage qui comporte, de manière à provoquer le basculement par gravité de l'élément de fermeture de la découpe depuis sa position haute d'utilisation vers sa position basse de rechargement ;
- le distributeur comporte des moyens de verrouillage automatique de l'élément de fermeture de la découpe en position d'utilisation ;
- les moyens de verrouillage automatique de l'élément de fermeture de la découpe comportent une patte de verrouillage automatique, déformable élastiquement, qui comporte un bec d'accrochage qui coopère avec un cran complémentaire de la plaque de support du rouleau ;
- les moyens de verrouillage automatique de l'élément de fermeture de la découpe comportent un doigt de verrouillage et de positionnement agencé à l'extrémité libre inférieure de l'élément de fermeture de la découpe qui, en position d'utilisation, est reçu dans un logement complémentaire du corps de la buse de distribution ;
- la première partie fixe du boítier comporte un fond horizontal inférieur percé à travers lequel la buse de distribution s'étend verticalement vers le bas, de manière à donner accès, depuis l'extérieur du boítier, à l'élément de fermeture de la découpe en vue de sa manipulation entre ses positions d'utilisation et de rechargement ;
- le corps de la buse de distribution est fixé sous la face inférieure de la plaque de support du rouleau pour constituer un sous-ensemble qui prend appui verticalement vers le bas, par la périphérie extérieure de la plaque de support, contre une portion en vis-à-vis de la face supérieure du fond horizontal de la première partie fixe du boítier ;
- le corps de la buse de distribution comporte, à son extrémité supérieure périphérique, des moyens du type à baïonnette pour son montage et sa fixation sous la face inférieure de la plaque de support du rouleau ;
- la première partie fixe du boítier comporte une plaque verticale arrière de fixation et un fond horizontal inférieur, et l'ensemble des autres parois du boítier appartiennent à la seconde partie mobile du boítier qui est montée articulée sur la première partie fixe du boítier autour d'un axe horizontal d'articulation agencé en partie inférieure du boítier.
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective éclatée des principaux composants d'un distributeur selon l'invention avec la partie mobile du boítier formant capot de fermeture qui est représentée en position ouverte de rechargement ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective de dessous et à plus grande échelle qui illustre le sous-ensemble constitué par la plaque de support et la buse de distribution avec l'élément de fermeture de la découpe de cette dernière qui est représenté verrouillé en position haute d'utilisation ;
- la figure 3 est une vue partielle similaire à celle de la figure 2 sur laquelle le sous-ensemble est illustré en perspective en vue de dessus, c'est-à-dire depuis l'intérieur de la buse de distribution ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective de dessous de la buse de distribution avec l'élément de fermeture de la découpe de cette dernière qui est représenté en position basse de rechargement ; et
- les figures 5 et 6 sont des vues en section verticale, par un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe d'articulation de l'élément de fermeture de la découpe, qui représentent le sous-ensemble illustré respectivement aux figures 2 et 4.
Claims (12)
- Distributeur (10) de feuilles individuelles par dévidage à partir du centre d'un produit en rouleau (20), sans mandrin central, constitué de plusieurs feuilles successives formant une bande (22) enroulée dont une extrémité libre (24) se projette vers l'extérieur du rouleau à partir dudit centre, du type comportant :un boítier (30) de distributeur comportant une première partie fixe (32) et une seconde partie mobile (38) montée articulée par rapport à la partie fixe entre une position ouverte de rechargement du distributeur et une position fermée dans laquelle elle délimite, avec la première partie (30), un logement supérieur de stockage en position verticale du rouleau à dévider ;une plaque inférieure (18) portée par la partie fixe (30) du boítier, qui supporte verticalement une extrémité axiale inférieure du rouleau et qui comporte un trou (52) de passage de la bande (22, 24) ;et une buse fixe (14) de distribution qui est disposée en dessous de la plaque support, qui délimite un passage (62), de forme générale tronconique, convergent vers le bas, dont l'ouverture supérieure d'entrée (70) est sensiblement dans le prolongement du trou (52) de la plaque support, pour guider la bande (22,24) vers son ouverture inférieure de sortie (72) de diamètre réduit, et qui comporte une découpe (80), en forme générale de fente, d'orientation générale verticale qui s'étend entre les ouvertures supérieures d'entrée (70) et inférieure de sortie (72) pour faciliter l'introduction de l'extrémité libre (24) de la bande d'un rouleau dans le passage (62) de la buse de distribution (14) ;
- Distributeur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la découpe (80) est formée dans une partie du passage qui est située vers un fond vertical arrière (32) de la partie fixe (30) du boítier (12) par lequel ce dernier est fixé sur un mur ou sur un support, de manière que, en utilisation, le tronçon de la bande qui passe verticalement à travers la buse de distribution (14) coopère avec une portion non découpée de la paroi interne (64) du passage (62).
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la buse de distribution (14) comporte un élément (16) de fermeture de la découpe (80), de forme complémentaire de cette dernière, qui est montée articulée (A3) par rapport au corps de la buse de distribution (14) entre une position d'utilisation dans laquelle la découpe (80) est fermée et dans laquelle le passage (62) est délimité par une paroi interne continue, et une position de rechargement dans laquelle il est escamoté pour dégager la découpe (80) en vue de l'introduction de l'extrémité libre (24) de la bande (22).
- Distributeur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (16) de la découpe (80) est monté articulé par rapport au corps de la buse de distribution (14) autour d'un axe supérieur horizontal (A3) situé verticalement sensiblement au droit de l'ouverture supérieure d'entrée (70) de la buse de distribution, et en ce que l'élément de fermeture (16) de la découpe (80) est monté basculant entre une position haute d'utilisation et une position basse de rechargement.
- Distributeur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (A3) d'articulation de l'élément de fermeture (16) de la découpe (80) est décalé radialement vers l'extérieur par rapport au tronçon du bord de l'ouverture supérieure d'entrée du passage qu'il comporte, de manière à provoquer le basculement par gravité de l'élément de fermeture de la découpe depuis sa position haute d'utilisation vers sa position basse de rechargement.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens (106,108,114,116) de verrouillage automatique de l'élément de fermeture (16) de la découpe en position d'utilisation.
- Distributeur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de verrouillage automatique de l'élément de fermeture (16) de la découpe (80) comportent une patte de verrouillage automatique, déformable élastiquement, qui comporte un bec d'accrochage (114) qui coopère avec un cran complémentaire (116,118) de la plaque (18) de support du rouleau (20).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de verrouillage automatique de l'élément de fermeture de la découpe comportent un doigt de verrouillage et de positionnement (106) agencé à l'extrémité libre inférieure de l'élément de fermeture (16,100) de la découpe (80) qui, en position d'utilisation, est reçu dans un logement complémentaire (108) du corps (66,74) de la buse de distribution (14).
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la première partie fixe (30) du boítier comporte un fond horizontal inférieur (34) percé (36) à travers lequel la buse de distribution (14) s'étend verticalement vers le bas, de manière à donner accès, depuis l'extérieur du boítier, à l'élément (16) de fermeture de la découpe (80) en vue de sa manipulation entre ses positions d'utilisation et de rechargement.
- Distributeur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le corps de la buse de distribution (14) est fixée sous la face inférieure (46) de la plaque (18) de support du rouleau (20) pour constituer un sous-ensemble qui prend appui verticalement vers le bas, par la périphérie extérieure de la plaque de support, contre une portion en vis-à-vis de la face supérieure (48) du fond horizontal (34) de la première partie fixe (30) du boítier.
- Distributeur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le corps de la buse de distribution comporte, à son extrémité supérieure périphérique, des moyens du type à baïonnette pour son montage et sa fixation sous la face inférieure (46) de la plaque de support (18) du rouleau (20).
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première partie fixe du boítier (30) comporte une plaque verticale arrière de fixation (32) et un fond horizontal inférieur (34), et en ce que l'ensemble des autres parois (40,42) du boítier appartiennent à la seconde partie mobile (38) du boítier qui est montée articulée sur la première partie fixe du boítier autour d'un axe horizontal d'articulation (A2) agencé en partie inférieure du boítier.
