Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- Brennkraftmaschine mit einer Entlüftungseinrichtung, die zur Kurbelgehäuseentlüftung dient, mit einem Ölabscheider zusammenwirkt sowie an eine Ansaugleitung der Brennkraftmaschine angeschlossen und darüber hinaus mit Drosseln versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entlüftungseinrichtung (21) sowohl die Kurbelgehäuseentlüftung (22) wie auch eine Turboladerentlüftung (23) wenigstens eines Turboladers (17) umfaßt und die Kurbelgehäuseentlüftung (22) und die Turboladerentlüftung (23) an eine dem Ölabscheider (25) zugeordnete Verteilereinheit (27) angeschlossen sind, die eine erste Drossel (28) und eine zweite Drossel (29) aufweist, wobei die erste Drossel (28) vorzugsweise unter Zwischenschaltung des Ölabscheiders (24) mit einer mit der Ansaugleitung (10) verbundenen ersten Leitung (30) und die zweite Drossel (29) mit einer zweiten Leitung (32) an die Ansaugleitung (7) angeschlossen ist, dergestalt, daß die Entlüftungseinrichtung (21) im Saugbetrieb über die zweite Leitung (32) und im Laderbetrieb über die erste Leitung (31) wirksam ist.
- Entlüftungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die zweite Leitung (31) ein Rückschlagventil (33) geschaltet ist.
- Entlüftungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Turboladerentlüftung (23) von einem Ölbehälter (18) des Turboladers (17) aus erfolgt und zwischen Ölbehälter (17) und Verteilereinheit (26) eine Leitung (dritte Leitung 34) vorgesehen ist.
- Entlüftungseinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verteilereinheit (27) mit den Drosseln (28, 29) eine vorgefertigte Baueinheit bilden.
- Entlüftungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kleinsten Durchmesser (DI und DII) der ersten und der zweiten Drossel (28, 29) unterschiedlich groß sind, dergestalt, daß der Durchmesser (DI) der ersten Drossel (28) größer ist als der Durchmesser (DII) der zweiten Drossel (29).
- Entlüftungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser (DI) der ersten Drossel (28) 2,6 bis 3,4 mm und der Durchmesser (DII) der zweiten Drossel (29) 1,3 bis 1,7 mm beträgt.
- Entlüftungseinrichtung mit einer Turboladereinrichtung die zwei Turbolader aufweist nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Turboladerentlüftung (23) beider Turbolader an die Entlüftungseinrichtung (21) angeschlossen ist.
- Entlüftungseinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ölabscheider (24) Bestandteil eines Ölbehälters (25) einer Trockensumpfschmierung der Brennkraftmaschine (1) ist.
- Entlüftungseinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ölabscheider (24) Bestandteil eines Brennkraftmaschinengehäuses, z.B. Zylinderkopfs (5) ist.
