Claims (8)

  1. Einstückige Befestigungsvorrichtung (1, 11, 21, 31), mit mindestens einer Spitze (2; 12a, 12b; 32a, 32b), die dazu bestimmt ist, in einen Holzpfahl (P) eingeschlagen zu werden, mit mindestens einer Schlagfläche (4, 14, 34), die im wesentlichen eben ist und der Spitze (2; 12a, 12b; 32a, 32b) gegenüberliegt, und mit mindestens einer Formgebung (6, 15; 35a, 35b) zur Aufnahme eines Drahtes (A, F), die zwischen der Spitze (2; 12a, 12b; 32a, 32b) und der im wesentlichen ebenen Schlagfläche (4, 14, 34) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsvorrichtung in einem einzigen Vorgang einstückig aus einem Band oder Blech geringer Dicke hergestellt wird, der ein umlaufendes Beschneiden oder einen Materialabtrag derart erzeugt, um die Vorrichtung mit einer im wesentlichen konstanten Dicke auszubilden.
  2. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der mindestens eine solche Spitze (2; 12a, 12b; 32a, 32b) ein Verankerungsorgan (3a, 3b; 13a, 13b; 33a, 33b) umfaßt, das eine Harpune ausbildet.
  3. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, ferner mit mindestens einem Anschlag (10a, 10b; 19, 20; 39, 40) zum Einschlagen, der zwischen der Spitze (2; 12a, 12b; 32a, 32b) und der Formgebung (6, 15, 35a, 35b) zur Aufnahme eines Drahtes (A, F) angeordnet ist.
  4. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der mindestens eine Formgebung zur Aufnahme eines Drahtes eine offene Formgebung (6, 35a) ist, die eine Aussparung (7, 37) zur Aufnahme eines abnehmbaren Hebedrahtes (A) bildet.
  5. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der mindestens eine Aufnahme-Formgebung eine Formgebung (15, 35b) darstellt, die durch die Fläche des Holzpfahls (P) geschlossen ist, um einen Spalierdraht (S) in einer ortsfesten Lage zu halten.
  6. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, hergestellt in einem einzigen Vorgang durch Schneiden, Schmieden, Ziehen oder Pressen eines Stahlbleches von im wesentlichen konstanter Dicke.
  7. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blech zur Bildung der Vorrichtung ein Blech geringer Dicke oder ein Band ist.
  8. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die aus einem korrosionsbeständigen Material, z. B. aus feuerverzinktem Stahl oder rostfreiem Stahl, ausgeführt ist.
