Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Abrichtrollen an
einem gemeinsamen Rollenträger gelagert sind, der um eine Achse schwenkend

Abrichtposition zustellend angeordnet ist.
Gemäß zweckmäßigen Ausgestaltungen verläuft die Schwenkachse des Rollenträgers
parallel zur Schleifspindelachse, wobei die Abrichtrollen parallel zur zentralen
Schwenkachse um 1800 versetzt zueinander am Rollenträger gelagert sind. Vorzugsweise
sind die Schleifscheiben achsgleich auf einer gemeinsamen Schleifspindel
angeordnet.
Weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen, den Rollenträger mit seiner parallel zur Schleifspindelachse
verlaufenden Schwenkachse über den vertikal verfahrbaren Schleifspindelträger
anzuordnen.
Es ist außerdem von Vorteil, wenn die Schwenkachse des Rollenträgers als
CNC-Schwenkachse ausgebildet ist, wobei der Schwenkantrieb des Rollenträgers
als NC-Teilapparat ausgebildet ist, so dass eine kompakte, hochpräzise und spielfrei
arbeitende Einheit erhalten wird, deren hohe Steifigkeit für die Übertragung
eines hohen Drehmomentes geeignet ist.
Eine stabile Lagerung und ein leichtes und schnelles Auswechseln der Abrichtrollen
ist nach einem weiteren Vorschlag dadurch gewährleistet, dass die Abrichtrollen
tragende Rollendorne zweiseitig in einem Getriebegehäuse und in abziehbaren
Gegenlagern gelagert sind.
Zum Zweck einer optimierten, gedrängten Bauweise ist eine gemeinsame Rollenantriebsachse

Ein Schleifkopf 1 bestehend aus zwei auf einer gemeinsamen Schleifspindel 2
montierten Satzschleifscheiben 3, 4 ist mit seinem Schleifspindelträger 6 vertikal an
einer Maschinensäule 7 verfahrbar.
Auf dem Schleifspindelträger 6 ist ein Abrichtgerät 8 installiert, welches zwei den
Satzschleifscheiben 3, 4 umfangsseitig zugeordnete Abrichtrollen 9 und 11 aufweist,
die auf Rollendornen 12 bzw. 13 montiert sind. Die Rollendorne 12, 13 sind
einerseits antriebsseitig in einem Getriebegehäuse 14 und andererseits in abnehmbaren
bzw.schnell wechselbaren Gegenlagern 16 bzw. 17 gelagert. Alle genannten
Elemente sind als kompakte Einheit an einer Plattform 18 befestigt, so dass ein
Rollenträger 19 erhalten wird, der um eine für die Abrichtrollen gemeinsame zentrale
CNC-Achse 21 schwenkbar ist, welche parallel zur Schleifspindelachse 22
verläuft und zu der die Abrichtrollendorne 12, 13 mit den Abrichtrollen 9 und 11
parallel und um 180° versetzt zueinander gelagert sind und die darüber hinaus eine
Gegenlagerstelle zur Aufnahme von Kräften in die Schleifscheibenschutzhaube
bildet.
Der Schwenkantrieb des Rollenträgers 19 ist als NC-Teilapparat 22, beispielsweise
vom Typ EA-430 der Firma Peter Lehmann, Schweiz mit zugeordnetem direktem
inkrementalem Meßsystem 23 ausgebildet.
Eine für beide Abrichtrollen 9, 11 gemeinsame Antriebswelle 24 ist durch die als
Hohlwelle ausgebildete Achse des Teilapparats 22 zu einem Getriebekasten 26
hindurchgeführt, an den ein Antriebsmotor 27 für die Abrichtrollen 9, 11 angeflanscht
ist.

Gemäß Figur 3 ist der Rollenträger 19 um die Achse 21 in eine Abrichtposition 29
verschwenkt, in der die Abrichtrolle 11 die gerade aktive bzw. mit einem nicht dargestellten
Werkstück im Eingriff befindliche Schleifscheibe 4 kontaktiert, während
die andere Schleifscheibe 3 unbeaufschlagt bleibt.
Gemäß Figur 4 nimmt der Rollenträger 19 in einer entgegengesetzten Schwenkstellung
eine Abrichtposition 31 ein, in der die Abrichtrolle 9 die gerade aktive
Schleifscheibe 3 abrichtet, während die andere Abrichtrolle 11 von der Schleifscheibe
4 abgehoben ist.
Das wechselweise Abrichten der Schleifscheiben 9, 11 kann jeweils auch intervallmäßig
in einem Zwischenstadium zwischen zwei Schleifzyklen erfolgen.
Auf diese Weise wird ein unnötiges Abrichten vermieden und der Schleifscheibenverbrauch
