B e s c h r e i b u n g
VERFAHREN ZUM BEFESTIGEN VON PLAKATEN AUF EINEM BAND
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Befestigen von Plakaten oder dgl. auf einem beleuchteten Band aus lichtdurchlässigem Material, das von einer ersten Rolle abrollt und auf eine zweite Rolle aufrollt und umgekehrt, bei dem das einzelne Plakat an seinen sich quer zur Rollrichtung erstreckenden Kanten mit dem Band elastisch verklebt wird und die Kanten zweier benachbarter und auf Abstand angeordneter Plakate jeweils in eine Tasche eingreifen, die von Zungen eines sich quer zur Rollrichtung des Bandes erstreckenden und mit dem Band längs eines streifenformigen Klebebereichs fest verklebten Führungselements aus lichtdurchlässigem Material gebildet werden.
Bei dem aus der EP 0 333 820 B1 bekannten gattungsgemäßen Verfahren läuft beim Wechsel der einzeln auf dem von hinten mit Leuchtstoffröhren beleuchteten Band aufgeklebten Plakate im Sichtfeld der Reklame - oder Anzeigevorrichtung zwischen zwei auf dem Band benachbarten Plakaten ein vertikaler Lichtstreifen durch das Sichtfeld, wobei unter Umständen die hinter dem Band angeordneten Leuchtstoffröhren erkannt werden können; dies wird von den Betrachtern der Reklamevorrichtung als störend empfunden werden kann.
BESTÄΠGUNGS OPIE Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Verfahren der gattungsgemäßen Art anzugeben, bei dem ein solcher Lichtstreifen zu mindest gedämpft wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß das eine Plakat in eine von dem Band und einer ersten Zunge begrenzten ersten Tasche und das andere Plakat in eine von der ersten Zunge und einer mit der ersten Zunge verbundenen zweiten Zunge begrenzten und oberhalb der ersten Tasche liegenden zweiten Tasche eingeschoben wird derart, daß sich die in der Tasche befindlichen Kantenbereiche der Plakate überlappen.
Auf diese Weise wird das Auftreten eines Lichtstreifens beim Plakatwechsel im Sichtbereich der Reklame- oder Anzeigevorichtung zumindest gedämpft, ohne daß die Möglichkeit der Einzelbefestigung der Plakate auf dem Band behindert oder unmöglich gemacht wird. Hierbei ist es möglich, daß durch die Überlappung der Plakate sogar kein gegenüber den Plakaten hellerer Lichtstreifen, sondern ein gegenüber den beleuchteten Plakaten dunkelerer Streifen zu beobachten ist, der von den Betrachtern aber nicht mehr als störend empfunden wird. Die überlappenden Bereiche können so bedruckt sein, daß ein Lichtdurchgang weitgehenst vermieden wird.
Die Erfindung richtet sich auch auf eine Bandeinheit zur Durchführung des Ver ahrens. Diese ist erfindungsgenmäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 2 gekennzeichnet.
Weitere Unteransprüche betreffen bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen der Bandeinheit und ein Führungselement zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anpruch 1.
Der Stand der Technik soll zunächst an Hand der Fig.1. genauer erläutert werden, um das Verständnis der Vorteile der Erfindung zu erleichtern.
Die Erfindung selbst wird an Hand der Fig.2. näher beschrieben. Soweit als möglich sind in beiden Figuren dieselben Bezugszeichen verwendet worden. Die Fig. 1. zeigt einen schematischen Horizontalteilschnitt durch eine Bandeinheit 1 mit einem einer Trägerfolie oder -band 2 aus einem lichtdurchlässigem Material und einem mit dem Band 2 dauerhaft verklebten Führungselement 3. Das Führungselement 3 besteht aus einem streifenformigen Klebereich 4 und zwei sich daran anschließendfen undin der Fig.1.1. nach links und rechts erstreckenden gewölbten Zungen (Oberflaps) 5 und 6, die einstückig mit dem Klebebereich 4 ausgebildet sind. Das Führungselement besteht vorzugsweise aus lichtdurchlässigen demselben Material wie das Band 2 und ist mit diesem über eine lichtdurchlässige Klebeschicht 7 dauerhaft verklebt.
In dem von den Zungen 5 bzw. 6 überdeckten Bereich sind auf der den Zungen zugewandten Seite des Bandes 2 zwei streifenförmige Piakatträger 8 und 9 (Unterflaps) vorzugsweise an vorgebenen Stellen ihrer Längserstreckung dauerhaft mit dem Band 2 verklebt. Auf diesen Plakatträgern 8 und 9 sind zwei Plakate 10L bzw.10R elastisch, d.h. schwimmend, und lösbar aufgeklebt, um durch den erreichten Federeffekt der Unterflaps das beim Auf - und Abrollen auftretende leichte Verschieben des einzeln Plakats relativ zum Band 2 zu gewährleisten. Die dauerhafte Verklebung des Führungselements 3 liegt mittig zwischen den beiden Plakatträgern 8 und 9.
Wie aus der Fig. 1. ersichtlich ist, erstrecken sich die freien Kanten der Plakate 10L und 10R nicht bis zum Boden der von dem Band 2 und den Zungen 5 bzw. 6 gebildeten Taschen 11 bzw. 12 auf, so daß eine geringe Verschiebung der Plakate in den Taschen beim Auf- oder Abrollen des Bandes in den Taschen möglich ist. Der den beiden Zungen zugeordnete Doppelpfeil D deutet an, daß sich die Zungen federnd auf die überdeckten Plakate auflegen können.
In der Reklamevorrichtung werden das Band 2 und die Plakate auf dem Band von hinten durch eine Vielzahl von Lichtquellen, wie Leuchtstoffröhren 13, beleuchtet. Wenn nun das Band zum Wechsel eines Plakate aus dem Sichtbereich der Reklamevorrichtung heraus z.B. nach links in der Fig.1. bewegt wird, läuft der Klebereich 7 ebenfalls durch den Sichtbereich. Da das Band 2, das Führungselement 3 und die Klebeschicht 7 transparent oder milchigweiß sind, ist ein Lichtaustritt zwischen zwei auf Abstand angeordneten Plakaten nicht vermeidbar, die durch die Pfeile L angedeutet ist.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrensführung und Anordnung nach Fig.2. weist das Führungselement 14 eine mit der Zunge 5 des Führungselement 3 vergleichbare Zunge 15 auf, die das Plakat 10L in bekannter Weise übergreift und beim Aufwickeln auf einen Wickel sicher abdeckt und hält. Die Übergriffsweite der Zunge 15 ist jedoch etwas größer, um einen Versatz des streifenformigen Klebebereichs 16 in der Fig. 2. nach rechts zu ermöglichen, d.h. die Verklebung des Führungselements liegt nicht mehr mittig zwischen den beiden Plakatträgern 8 und 9.
An die freie Kante der Zunge 15 schließt sich eine ebenfalls gewölbte Zunge 17 an, die sich in der Fig.2. nach rechts, d.h. in Richtung auf den Klebereich16 und den Plakakaträger 9 erstreckt.
Auf diese Weise kommt es zur Ausbildung einer Aufnahmetasche 18 für das Plakat 10R, die oberhalb der zwischen Zunge 15 und dem Band 2 ausgebildeten Tasche 19 liegt. In die Tasche 19 wird das Plakat 10L und die Tasche 18 wird das Plakat 10R eingeschoben, bis sich die beiden Plakate überlappen. Die Plakate sind in diesem Bereich vorzugsweise so bedruckt, daß sie den Lichtdurchgang nicht nur vermindern können, sondern in Kombination einen störenden Lichtdurchgang verhinder können. Unter „Kombination,, wird verstanden, daß entweder der Druck auf einem Plakat ausreicht, einen Lichtdurchgang zu verhindern, oder daß der Druck auf beiden Plakaten dazu beiträgt. Die Einschubreihenfolge der Plakate 10R und 10L in die ihnen zugeordneten Taschen ist beliebig. Es ist selbstverständlich, daß die Plakate nicht bis zum Grunde 18a bzw.19a der Taschen vorgeschoben werden dürfen, da sonst die geringe relative Verschiebung in den Taschen behindert werden würde. Weiter dürfte klar sein, daß die Verklebung in der Fig.2 auch nach links versetzt werden könnte und die Tasche 18 sich dann nach rechts offen würde.

Patentansprüche
Verfahren zum Befestigen von Plakaten oder dgl. auf einem beleuchteten Band aus lichtdurchlässigem Material, das von einer ersten Rolle abrollt und auf eine zweite Rolle aufrollt und umgekehrt.bei dem das einzelne Plakat an seinen sich quer zur Rolirichtung erstreckenden Kanten mit dem Band elastisch verklebt wird und die Kanten zweier benachbarter und auf Abstand angeordneter Plakate jeweils in eine Tasche eingreifen, die von Zungen eines sich quer zur Rollrichtung des Bandes erstreckenden und mit dem Band längs eines streifenformigen Klebebereichs fest verklebten Führungselements aus lichtdurchlässigem Material gebildet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eine Plakat in eine von dem Band und einer ersten Zunge begrenzten ersten Tasche und das andere Plakat in eine von der ersten Zunge und einer mit der ersten Zunge verbundenen zweiten Zunge begrenzten und oberhalb der ersten Tasche liegenden zweite Tasche eingeschoben wird derart, daß sich die in der Tasche befindlichen Kantenbereiche der Plakate überlappen.
Bandeinheit zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Band (2) in durch die Plakatgrößen bestimmten Abständen sich quer zur Längsrichtung des Bandes (2) erstreckende Führungselemente (14) bestehend aus einem streifenformigen Klebebereich (16), einer von der Kante des Klebebereichs sich fort erstreckenden ersten Zunge (15) und einer sich von der freien Kante- der ersten Zunge sich in Richtung auf den Klebebereich (16) zu erstreckenden zweiten Zunge (17) dauerhaft verklebt sind.
3. Bandeinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (15) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
4. Bandeinheit nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zungen (15,17) gleichartig gewölbt ausgebildet sind.
5. Führungselement für die Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 , insbesondere für eine Bandeinheit nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einem streifenformigen Klebebereich (16), einer von der Kante des Klebebereichs (16) sich fort erstreckenden ersten Zunge (15) und einer sich von der freien Kante der ersten Zunge (15) sich in Richtung auf den Klebebereich (16) zu erstreckenden zweiten Zunge (17) besteht.
