Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Herstellen von Schlauchbeutelpackungen (1), die eine im wesentlichen rechteckige Querschnittsfläche mit in den Eckbereichen ausgebildeten Verstärkungsnähten (3) und eine in einer Seitenwand (4) angeordnete Längsnaht (6) aufweisen, mit einer Formschulter (20) zum Formen eines Packstoffschlauchs (9) aus einer ebenen Folienbahn (18), einer Längsnahtsiegeleinrichtung (26) zum Bilden der Längsnaht (6), Längskantensiegeleinrichtungen (25) zum Bilden der Verstärkungsnähte (3), einem Formrohr (21), einer Schlauchvorzugseinrichtung (27), einer Quernahtsiegeleinrichtung (30) zum Bilden von Quernähten (2), einer Trenneinrichtung zum Abtrennen von einzelnen Schlauchbeutelpackungen (1) von dem Packstoffschlauch (9) und einer Formeinrichtung (35) zum Ausbilden von flossenartigen, die Verstärkungsnähte (3) ausbildenden Schlaucheckbereichen (67), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formeinrichtung (35) Faltelemente (61, 62) aufweist, die von außen auf den Packstoffschlauch (9) einwirken und dabei den Packstoffschlauch (9) im Bereich der Schlaucheckbereiche (67) gegeneinanderlegen, dass das Formrohr (21) im Bereich der Faltelemente (61, 62) einen im Wesentlichen rechteckigen, dem Querschnitt der Schlauchbeutelpackung (1) ohne dessen Verstärkungsnähte (3) entsprechenden Querschnitt aufweist und dass der Packstoffschlauch (9) in Förderrichtung vor den Faltelementen (61, 62) betrachtet eine im Wesentlichen rechteckige Querschnittsfläche mit einer Breite (B) aufweist, dessen Umfanglänge der Umfangslänge des Packstoffschlauchs (9) im Bereich der Faltelemente (61, 62) entspricht, wobei die Breite (B-2L) des Packstoffschlauchs (9) im Bereich der Faltelemente (61, 62) um die doppelte Breite (2L) der Verstärkungsnähte (3) verringert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltelemente als Faltplatten (61, 62) ausgebildet sind, die das Formrohr (21) an seinem Umfang unter Ausbildung eines umlaufenden Spaltes vollständig umschließen und daß die Faltplatten (61, 62) an einem gemeinsamen, das Formrohr (21) umgreifenden Faltrahmen (38) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltplatten (61, 62) schwenkbar an dem Faltrahmen (38) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einen Faltplatten (62) über die ihnen zugewandten Seitenwände des Formrohres (21) hinausragen, so daß Überlappungsbereiche (65) mit den anderen. Faltplatten (61) ausgebildet werden, in denen die Schlaucheckbereiche (67) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlauchbeutelpackung (1) einen in deren Kopfbereich verlaufenden, sich quer zur Längsrichtung erstreckenden Zip-Streifen (8) aufweist und daß zwischen dem Formrohr (21) und einer Faltplatte (62) ein Zwischenraum (66) zum Durchführen des Zip-Streifens (8) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formeinrichtung (35) in Förderrichtung des Packstoffschlauchs (9) betrachtet vor den Faltbacken (61, 62) zwei innerhalb des Packstoffschlauchs (9) angeordnete Formelemente (36, 37) aufweist und daß das Formrohr (21) zumindest im Bereich der Faltelemente (61, 62) und der Formelemente (36, 37) eine konstante, dem Querschnitt der Schlauchbeutelpackung (1) angepasste rechteckige Querschnittsfläche aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formelemente als am Formrohr (21) befestigte, rahmenartige Formplatten (36, 37) ausgebildet sind, daß die Formplatten (36, 37) Außenkonturen (46, 47) mit Umfangslängen aufweisen, die der Umfangslänge der Schlauchbeutelpackung (1) an deren Querschnittsfläche entsprechen und daß die der Formschulter (20) zugewandte eine Formplatte (36) dieselbe Querschnittsform aufweist wie der von der Formschulter (20) geformte Packstoffschlauch (9).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Formplatten (36, 37) auf der dem Zip-Streifen (8) zugewandten Seite jeweils ein Abweiskörper (56) für den Zip-Streifen (8) angeordnet ist.
- Vor:richtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsnahtsiegeleinrichtung (26) und die Längskantensiegeleinrichtungen (25) auf demselben Längenabschnitt des Formrohrs (21) angeordnet sind.
