Definitions
- the invention relates to a rotor for a stock preparation machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention relates to a wear protection element according to the preamble of Claim 7 to protect a rotor blade on a rotor Paper preparation machine.
- a rotor of the type mentioned above for a stock preparation machine is known. In most cases, it not only serves to circulate the stock suspension, but also at the same time also for crushing the material contained in the stock suspension Paper stock. If it is moved directly past a sieve, it keeps it from Blockages free; it therefore serves as a sieve clearer.
- this known rotor seen in the direction of rotation of the rotor, leading front surface of each rotor blade Wear protection is applied by welding wear-resistant material.
- This task is performed in a rotor of the type mentioned in the Characteristic of claim 1 mentioned features solved.
- the task is further accomplished by solved a wear protection element with the features of claim 7, the Protection of a rotor blade serves.
- the wear protection element from the base body and wear-resistant armor made separately and only then on the rotor wing welded on This means that thick welding can now be carried out on the currently customary process Armor on the rotor blades can be dispensed with, due to the material structure of the Rotor blade is adversely affected.
- the executed according to the invention Welded connection is only used to fasten the wear protection element and is therefore much more gentle to manufacture.
- Another advantage is that the Edges on the wear protection element are pre-processed accordingly before installation are, so that a time-consuming grinding of the edges on the rotor is eliminated.
- the hydraulic Effectively influence the effect of the rotor blade for example the To change flow movements within the stock suspension or To increase or decrease the size reduction effect of the rotor.
- the stock preparation machines for different Equip operating conditions without leaving the basic rotor concept ought to.
- the rotor 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a total of six curved rotor blades 3 on.
- the rotor blades are provided with wear protection elements 5, which on the, in Rotation direction R of the rotor 1 seen, leading front surfaces 4 welded are.
- wear protection element is not on a rotor blade 3 shown so that the leading front surface 4 is exposed. It makes sense When using the rotor in the stock preparation machine, all rotor blades 3 provided with wear protection elements 5. These bear on their front surfaces wear-resistant work surfaces 7.
- Fig. 2 shows a section through both a rotor blade 3, and through a Wear protection element 5 is placed.
- the Wear protection element 5 consists of a base body 6 to which the wear-resistant work surfaces 7 are attached. These are expedient Work surfaces 7 generated by cladding.
- the Cladding welded to the base body 6 before it is attached to the rotor wing 3 is welded. This construction of the rotor results in very good ones Possibilities to design the wear-protected work surfaces 7 so that they Requirements when using the rotor are sufficient.
- the illustration in Fig. 2 is too understand that in the installed state the lower side of the rotor of the container wall is facing, while the upper side faces the container interior volume.
- the lower front edge 9 is of particular importance to the rotor. If e.g. the Container is provided with a sieve, which is free of clogging by the rotor is to be held is the shape of this part of the wear-resistant work surface 7 and the leading edge 9 are particularly important. But the upper front edge 8 also works on the work result of the rotor. At the lower front edge 9 is the Work surface 7 with the angle a against the vertical. That is for him The clearing effect of the rotor is very beneficial. In other cases, it may be cheaper Adjust the work surface vertically, i.e. with an angle ⁇ of 0 °, or with a negative angle.
- Fig. 3 shows the part of a wear protection element 5 according to the invention, which has a cone-shaped curved back 10 and with something else wear-resistant work surfaces 7 than that in Fig. 2 is provided. It makes sense is the part of the rotor blade to be connected to this wear protection element 5 (not shown) tapered in the same manner to weld on facilitate and to be able to optimally intercept the occurring forces.
- FIG. 5 shows rotors with straight rotor blades are also possible in the embodiment of the invention.
- the wear protection elements are 5 " as straight strips and are also on straight front surfaces welded on. This is considerably cheaper, but only makes sense with rotors that can serve their purpose in this form.
- Pulp preparation machines required for the use of the invention Rotors are provided, in particular paper pulp solvents.
- the secondary substance solver e.g. 6, what is the wear resistance and the hydraulic effect of the rotors used in it, particularly demanding. This is because of the Compactness of such machines and the high throughput.
- Substance in Secondary material is processed, especially waste paper, usually contains one considerable proportion of foreign matter, which can severely clog the rotor.
- the Reliable operation of such machines depends on the screens being reliable be kept free from constipation.
- there is also a Dissolving effect i.e. a further shredding of the suspended paper stock it is asked for.
- the secondary substance solver shown here has for the pulp suspension a central inlet 11 in the housing 2.
- the rotor 1 holds the screen 12 from Blockages free and creates the material circulation in the housing 2 (arrows 13).
- the part of the Suspension that has passed through the sieve 12 leaves the housing through the accept opening 14, while the rejected is discharged through the reject drain 15.
- the function such secondary substance dissolver is generally known.
- Variants are in the Flow guidance possible, e.g. a tangential inlet and central reject drain.
- FIG. 7 shows a typical primary substance solver. Its function is also general known. It can be seen that the rotor 1 rotates at the bottom of the container 2 ' and thereby keeps the sieve 12 sitting on the floor free. With a primary substance solver the paper pulp S together with water W over the free surface of the Suspension entered.
