A door set including a fixed frame to which a mobile panel is connected in rotation by means of at least two hinges (1; 101, 201) including a frame hinge member (3; 103, 203) carrying means (24; 124, 224) for fixing it to the door frame and including a cylindrical axial bore (20; 120, 220) open at one end at least, a panel hinge member (2; 102, 202) carrying means (7; 107, 207) for fixing it to the mobile panel and including a cylindrical axial housing (8; 108, 208) open at one end at least, a first shoulder (12; 112, 212) inside said housing (8; 108, 208), and a cylindrical hinge pin (4; 104, 204) connecting in rotation the panel hinge member (2) and the frame hinge member (3), wherein one end of the hinge pin (4; 104, 204) is disposed in the bore of the frame hinge member, the other end is disposed in the housing of the panel hinge member, and the hinge pin is adapted to cooperate with the first shoulder (12; 112, 212) in the panel hinge member housing, at least one hinge (1) is adjustable, the bore (20) in its frame hinge member (3) is threaded and cooperates with a thread on a rod (14) of the hinge pin (4) which includes adjustment means (16) accessible from the outside, characterized in that the bore (120, 220) of the frame hinge member (103, 203) of at least one other hinge (101, 201) contains a spring member (130, 230) adapted when compressed to apply to the hinge pin (104, 204) a thrust force adapted to balance the weight of the mobile panel, which rests on said hinge pin (104, 204) through the intermediary of said panel hinge member (102, 202).
  2. A door set according to claim 1, characterized in that the spring member is a spring (130, 230).
  3. A door set according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the hinge pin (104, 204) has a second shoulder (117, 217) adapted to cooperate with the first shoulder (112, 212) inside the panel hinge member housing, said second shoulder (117, 217) separates a cylindrical middle part (115, 215) of the hinge pin (104, 204) which penetrates partly into the bore (120, 220) in the frame hinge member from a centering rod (114, 214) of smaller diameter which is disposed totally inside the housing (108, 208) of the panel hinge member when the first shoulder (112, 212) rests on the second shoulder (117, 217).
  4. A door set according to claim 3, characterized in that the diameter of the centering rod (114, 214) is substantially equal, allowing for the necessary clearance, to that of a first area of the panel hinge member housing into which it is fitted.
  5. A door set according to claim 4, characterized in that the diameter of the middle part (115, 215) of the hinge pin (104, 204) is substantially equal, allowing for the necessary clearance, to that of the panel hinge member housing in a second area separated from said first area by the first shoulder (112, 212).
  6. A door set according to any of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the hinge pin (104, 204) has a guide pin (113, 213) disposed at the opposite end of its middle part to the centering rod (114, 214).
  7. A door set according to claim 6, characterized in that the guide pin (113, 213) is cylindrical and its diameter is less than that of the middle part (115, 215) of the hinge pin (104, 204).
  8. A door set according to claim 5, characterized in that the housing (108, 208) includes a third area whose diameter is greater than that of the second area and which is defined inside a skirt (106, 206) which overlaps the adjacent end of the frame hinge member (103, 203) when the spring member (130, 230) is compressed.
  9. A door set according to claim 8, characterized in that the end of the frame hinge member (103, 203) is externally cylindrical and the diameter of the third area of the housing (108, 208) is substantially equal, allowing for the necessary clearance, to the outside diameter of the end of the frame hinge member.
  10. A door set according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the bore (120, 220) of the frame hinge member has two successive areas separated by a third shoulder (121, 221), namely a first area which receives the middle part (115, 215) of the hinge pin (104, 204) and a second area of smaller diameter.
  11. A door set according to claims 2, 6 and 10 in conjunction, wherein the spring member is a coil spring (130, 230), characterized in that the diameter of the second area of the bore (120, 220) is greater than the diameter of the guide pin (113, 213) to provide a space for the spring between said guide pin and the wall of the second area of the bore (120, 220).
