The invention is characterised in that the frame hinge (103) bore (120) contains an elastic member (130) capable, when it is compressed, of exerting on the male connector (104) a thrust force for balancing the mobile panel weight, which is applied via said strap hinge (102) on said male connector (104). The invention also concerns the use of said pin hinge for mounting a rotating panel and the door unit comprising it.
