Definitions
- the invention relates to an espagnolette lock according to the preamble of claim 1 with main and auxiliary lock, wherein at Hauptschbetuschist to precede a bolt of the main lock one cooperating with the auxiliary lock drive rod is displaced to a conclusion of a bolt provided in the additional lock bolt, which cooperates with a festritten glassen locking swivel bracket, wherein the drive-actuated inference is due to a sliding of a counter-control surface on a key-operated control surface and the provision is made possible by means of a separate handle.
- the DE 195 22 641 A1 describes a drive rod lock with an additional lock.
- the additional lock has a locking bolt, which can be withdrawn from attacking springs from a forward position into a retracted position.
- a blocking member is provided, with which the additional lock bolt is tied in its leading position. The blocking member can be retracted by displacing a drive rod to release the remind gleichterrorism the additional lock bolt. This is done in conjunction with a change operation of the main castle.
- the invention has for its object to improve the generic espagnolette lock.
- a drive rod lock is specified, in which the drive rod is displaced only with voryedem locking bolt of the auxiliary lock by the main lock. Otherwise, the main lock works like a normal mortise lock. This looks so that when vorroseem latch of the main lock by means of the handle of the locking bolt is vorschhosbar along with a displacement of the drive rod. As a result, the control rod associated counter-control surface passes into the sphere of action of the latch-side control surface. Since the control surface and counter-control surface are within the main lock, this leads to a simpler construction of the espagnolette lock. Furthermore, the drive rod can be aligned so that it extends over a wide area behind the faceplate.
- the cutouts for picking up The faceplate and drive rod can be made flat. Also, the drive rod leads to no broadening of the main lock and additional lock connected with narrow lock pockets in the door itself. If the locking bolt of the auxiliary lock its sudschITAgna, so control surface and counter-control surface do not affect each other, so that the bolt of the main lock as often back and forth can be. It is not necessary every time the drive rod mitverlagert associated with a reduction in the closing forces. An advantageous development is that the movement of the control surface derived from the locking movement and the counter-control surface is associated with the protruding into the main lock drive rod section.
- the counter-control surface is moved out of the effective range of the locking-side control surface via the drive rod and the associated drive rod section protruding into the main lock.
- this looks like that the control surface is associated with a control cam associated with the bolt. The latter is cost-saving to assign the bar.
- the counter-control surface is associated with a in the RagschlieBterrorism of the bolt from a stop position resiliently evading, hinged to the drive rod pivoting lever.
- the espagnolette lock shown in the figures is designated as a whole by the reference numeral 1.
- the espagnolette lock has an attached to an elongated cuff rail 2 main lock 3 and above a connected to the faceplate 2 additional lock. 4
- the main lock 3 is designed substantially like a normal mortise lock. It has an attached to the faceplate 2 lock bottom 5 and a fixed parallel to this lock cover 6. Between lock bottom 5 and lock cover 6 extends the Schmiees se. This is a guided in the lower region of the lock housing latch 7, which is closed by means of a not shown lock cylinder and back. To accommodate the lock cylinder lock bottom 5 and Sch naturedekke 6 form a contour of the lock cylinder adapted mounting hole 8.
- the latter forms an inclined in the direction of the bolt tail control surface 23, which cooperates with the pivot lever 17 and its counter-control surface 18.
- a drive rod 24 is attached, the face plate 2 facing flat surface rests flat against the rear side.
- the drive rod 24 leads to the additional lock 4 and is connected to a vertically displaceable, ie parallel to the faceplate 2 extending slider 25.
- the auxiliary lock 4 takes on the faceplate cross latch bolt 31.
- latch tail 32 has an extending in the direction of displacement of the locking bolt 31 slot 33 for passage of an additional lock side stud 34.
- the underside of the latch tail 32 forms a rack 35.
- a rack 36 is further formed by the vertical trailing edge of the slider 25, which rack 35, 36 with the outer teeth 37 of a handle handle 38 comb. This is carrier a arranged on the inside of the door, not illustrated handle.
- the locking bolt 31 is equipped at its head end with a circumferential groove 46.
- the groove 46 extends at the level of a dot-dash illustrated festrahmen glassen locking pivot bracket 47.
- this is provided with an inlet opening for the locking bolt 31, to which inlet a narrower formed longitudinal slot connects, so that a Verbundeingriff between locking swivel bracket 47 and Lock bolt 31 can be produced.
- Fig. 1 the bolt 7 of the main lock 3 and the locking bolt 31 of the auxiliary lock 4 are closed back.
- the locking bolt 31 can be turned counterclockwise in the position according to FIG Fig. 3 be preconnected.
- the slider 25 is displaced in the downward direction and thus the drive rod 24 and the pivot lever 17.
- the guide pins 29, 30 limit in conjunction with the longitudinal slots 26, 27, the downward displacement of the slider 25, so that is held by the energy storage K of the locking bolt in its pre-closed position.
- the door can now be opened gap-wide. To fully open the door this is closed again and then retract by means of the handle or the handle nut 38 of the locking bolt 31, wherein after exceeding the dead center position TT of the energy storage in the in Fig. 1 illustrated end position occurs.
- the bolt 7 is initially to be locked by means of the lock cylinder associated with the main lock 3. Further, by means of the handle, the handle nut 38 to rotate counterclockwise connected so that the locking bolt 31 closes, so that thereafter the position according to Fig. 2 is present. Along with the downward displacement of the drive rod 24 and the pivot lever 17 is moved in the downward direction, so that its lower end is behind the control cam 22. Should, starting from the position according to Fig. 2 , the door opened gap-wide be, so the latch 7 is closed. During the return movement, the rear edge 22 'of the control cam 22 acts on the pivot lever, which deflects resiliently.
- the energy storage K occurs on the dead center line TT, whereupon the drive rod 24 is completely displaced in the upward direction by the energy storage K connected to a retraction of the locking bolt 31, so that then the position according to Fig. 4 is present.
- the height of the control cam 22 therefore only needs to be slightly larger than the displacement path of the wedge 44 from the position according to FIG Fig. 3 to the dead center line T. The remaining displacement path is then caused by the energy storage K. This means that the height of the control cam 22 is thus smaller than the total displacement of the drive rod 24.

The invention has for its object to improve the generic espagnolette lock.
The problem is solved by the invention defined in
According to such an embodiment, a drive rod lock is specified, in which the drive rod is displaced only with vorgeschlossenem locking bolt of the auxiliary lock by the main lock. Otherwise, the main lock works like a normal mortise lock. This looks so that when vorgeschlossenem latch of the main lock by means of the handle of the locking bolt is vorschließbar along with a displacement of the drive rod. The cutouts for picking up The faceplate and drive rod can be made flat. Also, the drive rod leads to no broadening of the main lock and additional lock connected with narrow lock pockets in the door itself. If the locking bolt of the auxiliary lock its Rückschließstellung, so control surface and counter-control surface do not affect each other, so that the bolt of the main lock as often back and forth can be. It is not necessary every time the drive rod mitverlagert associated with a reduction in the closing forces. An advantageous development is that the movement of the control surface derived from the locking movement and the counter-control surface is associated with the protruding into the main lock drive rod section. If the locking bolt of the auxiliary lock is closed back, then the counter-control surface is moved out of the effective range of the locking-side control surface via the drive rod and the associated drive rod section protruding into the main lock. In detail, this looks like that the control surface is associated with a control cam associated with the bolt. The latter is cost-saving to assign the bar. Then it is provided that the counter-control surface is associated with a in the RückschlieBbewegung of the bolt from a stop position resiliently evading, hinged to the drive rod pivoting lever. If both the locking bolt and the latch are precluded, then the closing of the lock of the main lock mainly from the outside of the door via the control cam causes a displacement of the pivot lever against its stop position, which consequently exerts no influence on the drive rod and thus on the locking bolt. With this return movement of the bolt of the main lock, however, the control cam reaches with its control surface in such a position to the pivot lever, that upon re-closing the bolt of the main lock of the pivot lever is acted upon in the direction of its stop position. Since the pivot lever can not escape, is raised via the control cam, the pivot lever together with the drive rod, which movement is used to bring the locking bolt of the auxiliary lock from its engaged position to the locking swivel bracket. The opening of the door then again requires a return movement of the main lock bolt. Locking it is favorable that the drive rod or the locking bolt is held in the vorgeschlossenen position according to exceeding a dead center of a force accumulator. There are consequently defined end positions of the drive rod. It is envisaged that the energy storage is brought by the Steuerflächenbeaufschlagung over the dead center and automatically retracts the locking bolt. This means that in vorgeschlossenem latch bolt and bolt when closing the bolt of the main lock still no espagnolette layer change occurs. This happens only with the Vorschließ of the bolt connected so that the control surface acts on the pivot lever on its counter-control surface, resulting in a small upward movement of the drive rod. This small way the drive rod brings the energy storage over its dead center, so that a further displacement of the drive rod is accomplished by the energy storage itself. Concurrently, the locking bolt is fully retracted. A favorable operative connection between the handle and locking bolt and drive rod is realized in that the deflection of the drive rod movement in the transversely directed thereto locking bolt movement via a pinion in conjunction with a toothed, the handle associated nut takes place. This design works reliably and requires only little space, so that enough space for the energy storage is given in the housing of the auxiliary lock. The energy storage can be conveniently articulated in additional lock housing swivel arm. It proves to be advantageous to provide a between the swivel arm bearing point and its point of application on the drive rod spring-loaded compression portion of the swing arm. Along with a displacement of the drive rod in the pre-closing of the locking bolt corresponding position takes a driving of the pivot arm instead of simultaneous shortening of the compression section. Here, the energy storage is charged, which force is then used to transfer the drive rod after its release in the other position. Finally, an advantageous feature of the invention is to be seen in the fact that the height of the control cam is smaller than the displacement travel of the drive rod. The control cam thus serves only to initiate the espagnolette movement.
