Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Vliesanlage, bestehend aus mindestens einem Vliesleger (4) der einen von einem vorgeschalteten Florerzeuger (2) zugeführten Flors (3) in ein mehrlagiges Vlies (10) umfaltet, wobei mit einer Profilbildungseinrichtung (20) ein Profil des Vlieses (10) gebildet wird und das Vlies (10) nachfolgend an mindestens eine Verfestigungseinrichtung (12) abführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass hinter dem Auslass (19) des Vlieslegers (4) mit einer Messeinrichtung (13) die Dichte des Vlieses (10) bestimmt wird und die Profilbildungseinrichtung (20) entsprechend der Messwerte zur Erzeugung des gewünschten Vliesprofils eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilbildungseinrichtung (20) und die Erzeugung des Vliesprofils automatisch geregelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichte des Vlieses (10) radiometrisch, optisch, drucktechnisch oder über das Vliesgewicht gemessen wird.
- Vliesanlage, bestehend aus mindestens einem Vliesleger (4) zum Umfalten eines von einem vorgeschalteten Florerzeuger (2) zugeführten Flors (3) in ein mehrlagiges Vlies (10), wobei der Vliesleger (4) eine Profilbildungseinrichtung (20) für das Vlies (10) aufweist und das Vlies (10) nachfolgend an mindestens eine Verfestigungseinrichtung (12) abführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass hinter dem Auslass (19) des Vlieslegers (4) eine Messeinrichtung (13) zur Bestimmung der Dichte des Vlieses (10) und zur Einstellung der Profilbildungseinrichtung (20) angeordnet ist.
- Vliesanlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeinrichtung (13) mit der Profilbildungseinrichtung (20) in einem Regelkreis (21) verbunden ist.
- Vliesanlage nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeinrichtung (13) kontinuierlich oder zumindest intermittierend arbeitet.
- Vliesanlage nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeinrichtung (13) hinter der Verfestigungseinrichtung (12) angeordnet ist.
- Vliesanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeinrichtung (13) als optische, radiometrische oder drucktechnische Messeinrichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Vliesanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vliesleger (4) zwei in geschlossenen Bahnen umlaufende angetriebene Legebänder (6,7) und zwei davon getrennt steuerbare und angetriebene Hauptwagen (8,9) aufweist.
- Vliesanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilbildungseinrichtung (20) eine frei programmierbare Steuerung (5) zur Erzeugung von profilbildenden Geschwindigkeitsdifferenzen zwischen der Bandgeschwindigkeit und der Hauptwagengeschwindigkeit aufweist.
- Vliesanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vliesleger (4) mindestens einen Hilfswagen (16,17) zur Spannung mindestens eines Legebandes (6,7) aufweist.
