Claims (10)
- Leitwalze mit einer Einrichtung zum Kompensieren von Laufstörungen bei Bahnen (9; 66), wobei die Leitwalze (1) mindestens zwei durchmesserveränderbare, druckmittelbetätigte Aufweitelemente (13 bis 17; 67) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Aufweitelemente (13 bis 17; 67) ringförmig ausgestaltet sind, daß die Aufweitelemente (13 bis 17; 67) direkt an eine Mantelfläche (21) der Leitwalze (1) anschließend angeordnet sind, daß in einer drucklosen Ruhestellung (A) eine Außenfläche der Aufweitelemente (13 bis 17; 67) auf Niveau einer Mantelfläche (21) der Leitwalze (1) zwischen den Aufweitelementen (13 bis 17; 67) liegt und daß in dieser drucklosen Ruhestellung (A) eine Innenfläche der Aufweitelemente (13 bis 17; 67) auf Stützelementen (31) aufliegt.
- Leitwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Außenring (24) der Aufweitelemente (13 bis 17; 67) aus gummielastischem Material besteht.
- Leitwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens drei Aufweitelemente (13 bis 17; 67) angeordnet sind und daß das dritte Aufweitelement (15) bezüglich der beiden anderen Aufweitelemente (13; 14) mittig zur Führung einer halbbreiten Bahn (9; 66) angeordnet ist.
- Leitwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens fünf in axialer Richtung annähernd gleichen Abstand aufweisende Aufweitelemente (13 bis 17; 67) zur Führung einer viertel- bzw. dreiviertelbreiten Bahn (9; 66) angeordnet sind.
- Leitwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens je ein Aufweitelement (13 bis 17; 67) im Bereich der Seitenkanten der Bahn (9; 66) angeordnet ist.
- Leitwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufweitelemente (13 bis 17) über elektro-pneumatische Proportional-Druckregelventile (58; 59) und einen elektro-pneumatischen Proportionalregler (88) mit einer photoelektrischen Bahnkantenabtasteinrichtung (93) in Verbindung stehen.
- Leitwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Aufweitelement (13 bis 17) aus einem in einer ersten Ringnut (19) des Mantels (21) der Leitwalze (1) befindlichen druckmitteldurchlässigen Innenring (22) besteht, welcher auf seiner Außenseite (23) mit einem aus elastischem Material bestehenden Außenring (24) überdeckbar ist, daß mindestens ein Randbereich (26; 27) des Außenringes (24) in einer zweiten und dritten Ringnut (28; 29) des Mantels (21) befestigbar ist, daß die Außenseite (31) des Außenringes (24) in Ruhestellung (A) auf gleichem Niveau (C) mit der Außenseite (32) des Mantels (21) der Leitwalze (1) liegt.
- Leitwalze nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der druckmitteldurchlässige Innenring (22) über einen Druckmittelverteiler (37) mit einem Druckmittelanschluß (39) in Verbindung steht, daß der Druckmittelanschluß (39) über eine pneumatische Leitung (41 bis 45) und eine Dreheinführung (56; 57) mit einem Anschluß (Pl; P2) für Druckmittelspeicher verbindbar ist.
- Leitwalze nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bahnkantenabtasteinrichtung (93) jeweils eine Lichtschranke (94; 96) aufweist.
- Leitwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitwalze (1) unmittelbar vor einer Trichtereinlaufwalze eines Falzapparates angeordnet ist.
