Claims (13)
- Nebelgeneratorkopf zum Erzeugen eines Nebels aus in einem Gasstrom verteilten Flüssigkeitströpfchen zum Erzeugen eines Flüssigkeitsfilmes bzw. einer Schicht benachbarter Flüssigkeitströpfchen auf der Oberfläche eines Werkstückes, mit einem Gehäuse (66, 96), in welchem ein Flüssigkeitsspeisekanal (130) und ein Gasspeisekanal (90) ausgebildet sind, und mit einer mit dem Flüssigkeitsspeisekanal (130) und dem Gasspeisekanal (60) in Verbindung stehenden Vernebelungseinrichtung, welche eine mit dem unter Druck stehenden Flüssigkeitsspeisekanal (130) verbundene Flüssigkeitsdüse (74) aufweist, wobei der Flüssigkeitsstrom durch die Flüssigkeitsdüse (74) durch ein intermittierend betätigbares Ventil (76, 78) steuerbar ist, wobei das Gehäuse (66, 96) eine Gasdüse (102) trägt, die mit dem Gasspeisekanal (90) in Verbindung steht, und wobei sich die Richtcharakteristiken von Flüssigkeitsdüse (74) und Gasdüse (102) überlappen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkörper (78) des Ventiles (76, 78) mit einer Frequenz von etwa 10 bis etwa 100 Hz arbeitet.
- Nebelgeneratorkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkörper (78) mit einer Frequenz von etwa 60 Hz arbeitet.
- Nebelgeneratorkopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck im Flüssigkeitsspeisekanal (130) zwischen 2 und 8 bar, vorzugsweise zwischen etwa 4 und 5 bar beträgt.
- Nebelgeneratorkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck in der Gasspeiseleitung (92) zwischen etwa 2 und 4 bar beträgt.
- Nebelkopfgenerator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gasdüse (102) die Flüssigkeitsdüse (74) in radialer Richtung umschließt.
- Nebelgeneratorkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkörper (78) axial außerhalb der Flüssigkeitsdüse (74) angeordnet ist.
- Nebelgeneratorkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gasdüse (102) in Strömungsrichtung gesehen stromab der Flüssigkeitsdüse (74) angeordnet ist.
- Nebelgeneratorkopf nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gasdüse (102) einlaßseitig einen Sammeltrichter (100) aufweist.
- Nebelgeneratorkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine zylindrische Außenfläche aufweisende Kraftstoff-Einspritzdüseneinheit (70) in eine zylindrische Bohrung (68) eines Gehäusehauptteiles (66) eingebaut ist, wobei sie in einem einer freien Austrittsöffnung der Bohrung (68) benachbarten Abschnitt von der Bohrungsinnenfläche radial nach innen beabstandet ist, so daß ein mit dem Gaseinlaß (90) in Verbindung stehender Ringraum (88) erhalten wird.
- Nebelgeneratorkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine freie Stirnfläche des Gehäuses (66, 96), in welcher die Gasdüse (102) ausmündet, mindestens zwei in Umfangsrichtung gleichförmig verteilte Steuergasdüsen (126, 128) aufweist.
- Nebelgeneratorkopf nach Anspruch 10, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung (106) zum Einstellen des Steuergasstromes.
- Nebelgeneratorkopf nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Einstellen des Steuergasstromes ein Nadelventil (106) umfaßt.
- Nebelgeneratorkopf nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (106) zum Einstellen des Steuergasstromes durch einen Servomotor (130) betätigbar ist.
