In der Praxis werden derartige Laminatetiketten bisher in der Weise hergestellt, daß eine Tragermaterialbahn mit einer darauf angeordneten endlos Etikettenbahn einer Laminatfolien-Aufbringstation zugeführt wird, in der die durchsichtige Laminatfolienbahn auf die Tragermaterialbahn in der Weise aufgebracht wird, daß die Etikettenbahn sandwichartig zwischen der Tragermaterialbahn und der Laminatfolienbahn aufgenommen ist. Da die zur Tragermaterialbahn weisende Seite der Laminatfolienbahn mit einer Klebebeschichtung versehen ist, haftet anschließend die Laminatfolie fest auf dem Trägermaterial. Daraufhin wird die aus der Laminatfolienbahn, der Etikettenbahn und der Tragermaterialbahn bestehende Laminatetikettenbahn einer Abtrennstation in Form einer Stanzstation zugeführt, in der aus der Laminatetikettenbahn mittels eines rotierenden Stanzzylinders einzelne Etiketten ausgeschnitten werden. Dieser Stanzzylinder weist hierzu an seiner Zylinder- umfangswand mindestens eine der Form bzw. Kontur des eigentlichen Etikettes entsprechende Messerkontur auf. Diese Vorgehensweise im Stand der Technik hat sich dahingehend als nachteilig erwiesen, daß für unterschiedliche Etikettengrößen, aber auch für unterschiedliche Etikettenformen bzw. -konturen verschiedene Stanzzylinder verwendet werden müssen. Da derartige Stanzzylinder in ihrer Herstellung verhältnismäßig aufwendig sind, erhöhen sich hierdurch die Kosten für eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Laminatetiketten. Da die Tragermaterialbahn häufig nicht von dem Benutzer der Herstellvorrichtung für Laminatetiketten selbst produziert wird, muß der Benutzer der Vorrichtung lediglich Rollen mit hinsichtlich Form und Größe unterschiedlichen Etiketten beschaffen und bereithalten, um verschiedene Etiketten herstellen zu können. Darüber hinaus bedarf es bei einem Wechsel von einer Etikettenart zu einer sich von dieser Etikettenart hinsichtlich Form und Größe unterscheidenden Etikettenart keines Montagevorganges zum Austauschen irgendwelcher Werkzeuge, wie dies beim Stand der Technik hinsichtlich des Stanzzylinders der Fall ist, sondern es muß lediglich die Rolle der Tragermaterialbahn mit den anderen Etiketten in die Herstellvorrichtung eingebracht werden. In der Abtrennstation 40 werden einzelne Segmente S der Etikettenbahn EB (vgl. Fig. 3) von der Etikettenbahn EB mittels eines im wesentlichen quer zur Längserstreckung der Etikettenbahn EB verlaufenden und in die Zwischenräume Z eingebrachten Schnitts abgetrennt. Dieser Schnitt wird durch ein nicht weiter dargestelltes, sich im wesentlichen quer zur Längserstreckung der Etikettenbahn EB erstreckendes sowie reversibel in vertikaler Richtung, bezogen auf Figur 1 , bewegbares Messer ausgeführt. Dieses Messer kann als Ober- bzw. Untermesser ausgebildet sein. Es wirkt mit einem entsprechend an der Ober- bzw. Unterseite der Etikettenbahn EB angeordneten Gegenmesser, das selbst wiederum beweglich, aber auch ortsfest angeordnet sein kann, zusammen. Anschließend können aus den abgetrennten Etikettensegmenten S die einzelnen Laminatetiketten LE mittels Abziehen des Trägermaterials im Bereich der Ausstanzung A und daraufhin durch Abziehen des übrigen Trägermaterials an dem zu etikettierenden Gegenstand aufgeklebt werden. Hierbei kann das Segment an dem Griffrand GR gehalten werden, so daß es nicht verschmutzt und die Klebebeschichtung des Etikettes E sowie der Laminatfolie L unbrauchbar wird. Da der Schnitt in dem Zwischenraum Z ausgeführt wird und sich das Trägermaterial vollständig von dem Etikette E und der Laminatfolie löst, überragt die Laminatfolie das Etikette E, wie es in Figur 3 dargestellt ist. Hierdurch kann das Laminatetikette LE besonders sicher ohne der Gefahr des Eindringens von Schmutz und oder Feuchtigkeit zwischen der Laminatfolie und dem Etikette E an einem zu etikettierenden Gegenstand angebracht werden. Patentansprüche claims
1 . Verfahren zum Herstellen von Laminatetiketten, bei dem eine Tragermaterialbahn mit darauf angeordneten Etiketten einer Laminatf olien-Auf bringstation zugeführt wird, in der eine Laminatfolienbahn auf die Tragermaterialbahn aufgebracht wird, und bei dem anschließend die so entstandene Laminatetikettenbahn einer Abtrennstation zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Zuführen der Tragermaterialbahn zu der Laminatfolien-Auf bringstation die Etiketten einzeln unter Einhaltung von in Längsrichtung der Tragermaterialbahn vorhandenen Zwischenräumen auf der Tragermaterialbahn aufgebracht werden und daß anschließend in der Abtrennstation einzelne Segmente der Laminatetikettenbahn mittels wenigstens eines im wesentlichen quer zur Längserstreckung der Laminatetikettenbahn verlaufenden und in den Zwischenräumen eingebrachten Schnitts abgetrennt werden.1 .
