Claims (10)
- Trag- und Aufhängevorrichtung für den Räumschild eines Schneepfluges mit
einer Anordnung (35), die am Vorderteil eines entsprechenden Fahrzeuges (30) befestigbar ist;
einer Einrichtung zum Lagern des Räumschildes;
einer ersten Antriebseinrichtung (70), die mit der Lagereinrichtung zum Absenken und Anheben des Räumschildes zusammenwirkt, so dass der Räumschild zwei Extrempositionen, nämlich eine Betriebsposition und eine Ruheposition, einnehmen kann;
einer zweiten Antricbscinrichtung (90) zum Einstellen der Neigung des Räumschildes relativ zur Fahrzeugbewegungsrichtung;
einer Einrichtung zum Stabilisieren des Räumschildes in der Ruheposition;
wobei mindestens ein oberer Arm (36) mit der Anordnung (35) verbunden und mit dem Räumschild (40) verbindbar ist;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stabilisierungseinrichtung eine im oberen Arm (36) ausgebildete und sich nach oben erstreckende Verlängerung (82) sowie eine Platte (80) aufweist, die an der Anordnung (35) befestigt ist und einen Sitz (81) bildet, der eine feste Verbindung mit der Verlängerung bildet, nachdem der Räumschild seine Ruheposition (I) erreicht hat. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlängerung eine kreisförmige Basis und einen konischen oberen Abschnitt aufweist und dass der Sitz kreisförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt der Verlängerung komplementär zum Profil des Sitzes ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt der Verlängerung polygonal und das Profil des Sitzes komplementär hierzu ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlängerung eine keilförmige Gestalt (103) aufweist und dass das Profil des Sitzes komplementär hierzu ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Kissen (103A, 103B) an den Außenseiten der keilförmigen Verlängerung und Platten (102A, 102B) an den Flächen des Sitzes, die den Außenseiten der keilförmigen Verlängerung entsprechen, befestigt sind.
- vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platten aus Kunststoff oder gummiähnlichem Material hergestellt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagereinrichtung umfasst:einen Pfosten (41) zur Lagerung des Räumschildes (40);eine erste und zweite Verbindungseinrichtung (37A, 37B) zum Verbinden des oberen Armes (36) mit der Anordnung (35) und dem Pfosten (11), wobei es sich bei der ersten verbindungseinrichtung (37A) um ein Kugelgelenk und bei der zweiten Verbindungseinrichtung (37B) um ein Doppelgelenk in Bezug auf eine Querachse und eine Vertikalachse handelt;einen unteren Arm (38), der entlang einer Querachse an die Anordnung (35) angelenkt und über eine vierte Verbindungseinrichtung (39B), die ein Doppelgelenk entlang einer Querachse und einer Vertikalachse (W) bildet, am Pfosten befestigt ist, wobei die Vertikalachse (W) mit der Vertikalachse der zweiten verbindungseinrichtung (37B) zusammenfällt und die vierte Verbindungseinrichtung (39B) ferner einen Bolzen (75) aufweist, der drehbar zwischen dem Doppelgelenk angeordnet ist und mit seiner Achse (K) senkrecht zur Vertikalachse (w) verläuft; undeine Einrichtung zum Begrenzen der Schwingung zwischen dem Bolzen (75) und dem Doppelgelenk.
- vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum Begrenzen der Schwingung zwischen dem Bolzen (75) und dem Doppelgelenk eine obere Halbschale (76), die am Doppelgelenk befestigt ist, und eine untere Halbschale (77) aufweist, die in der gleichen Ebene wie die obere Halbschale liegt und am unteren Arm (38) befestigt ist, wobei die Summe der von den beiden Halbschalen gebildeten Winkel kleiner ist als 360°.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Antriebseinrichtung (70) zwischen der Anordnung (35) und dem oberen Arm (36) angeordnet und mit letzterem über entsprechende Verbindungseinrichtungen verbunden ist, bei denen es sich um Kugelgelenke handelt.
