The invention relates to an elevator car with a Facility for performing work in one Elevator shaft in which the elevator car with one in the floor the lift can be stowed away in the maintenance platform from which the work can be carried out.

From the document JP 05097357 is a device for the Maintenance of shaft equipment of an elevator system known become. In an elevator car there is one out of the Cabin wall folding platform provided that as Stand space for the maintenance staff during the Serves maintenance work. In the roof of the elevator car a hatch that can be closed by means of a lid is provided granted access to the shaft equipment. The Maintenance personnel stand on the pedestal and can join in work in the shaft protruding from the cabin To run.

A disadvantage of the known device is that the cabin wall supporting the platform is mechanically reinforced must be and also fittings for folding and locking of the pedestal are necessary on which the elevator users get caught with clothing or objects because the platform is in the lounge area of the Elevator user is located.

Nach Erreichen der gewünschten Höhe muss je Pantograph und Seite mindestens eine Stütze ausgeschwenkt werden, wobei die Stützen die Plattform vertikal stabilisieren.JP 09309677 has one in the bottom Elevator cabin stowable work platform became known, which is based on the pantograph principle. to Use of the work platform must remove a base plate and the guided by means of pantographs Working platform be pulled up, the pantograph be stretched. The disadvantage of this device is the cumbersome Construction and the cumbersome assembly or disassembly of the Platform. There are at least two for assembly / disassembly People necessary. In addition, the work platform increases that Weight of the elevator car or more expensive the elevator car too much.

Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention seeks to remedy this. The invention, as characterized in claim 1 solves the problem to avoid the disadvantages of the known device and a facility for working in an elevator shaft too create that neither for the maintenance staff nor for the Elevator users in the elevator car pose a danger.

The advantages achieved by the invention are in essential to see that for the Elevator cabin users are at no risk of sticking to parts to injure the maintenance platform because the maintenance platform itself outside the lounge area of the Elevator car user is located. There are also Cabin walls are no targets for vandalism like for example edges, hinges, joints, etc. The The maintenance platform does not change the cabin interior impaired. The sales strategy is aesthetic Presentation of the cabin interior of large economic importance. The inventive Maintenance platform meets this requirement, for example the invisible arrangement of the maintenance platform in the floor is full and completely opposite. The maintenance platform according to the invention has also increased load-bearing capacity, so that in the shaft too assembling or disassembling parts on the maintenance platform can be stored temporarily. The location of the hatch or Ceiling opening in the roof of the elevator car for the execution of the Working in the elevator shaft can be chosen so that the Luke not from the one located in the shaft head Shaft equipment is towered, in which case the Maintenance platform lies in the projection of the hatch and also has a sufficiently large stand area. The location the hatch, the sufficient footprint and the increased The load capacity of the maintenance platform ensures that Security of maintenance personnel. In addition, it is Maintenance platform extremely easy to use and without Effort ready for operation quickly.

In the following the invention is based on a Exemplary embodiment drawing closer explained.

Es zeigt:

Fig. 1
It shows:
Fig. 1
is a schematic representation of an elevator car standing on the top stop with a maintenance platform in an elevator shaft with a shortened shaft head.

In Fig. 1 with 1 is a through shaft walls 1.2 limited elevator shaft in which one Elevator car 2 is movable. In the shaft head 3 is one Traction sheave 5 arranged with a not shown drive is connected. The traction sheave 5 and / or the drive is for example one Wall bracket 6 worn. A suspension cable 7 does not have one shown rope course for example from a fixed point via a deflection roller of the elevator car 2 or at one Slingshot over two pulleys, further over the Traction sheave 5, further via a pulley one represented counterweight and on to another Fixed point.

A maintenance platform designated 10 is in the Elevator car 2 arranged and is used for the maintenance of Shaft equipment, such as traction sheave 5, Drive, suspension cable 7, guide rails, shaft switch, etc .. A stand from which the work in Elevator shaft 1 are executed in the following Podium 10.1 designated. For the transport of people and Goods is the maintenance platform 10 with a broken line Stored cabin floor 13 shown. For maintenance work in Elevator shaft 1 is the maintenance platform 10 as in FIG. 1 shown buildable.

The maintenance platform 10 is in the collapsed form Floor 13 of the elevator car 2 stowed. When building the Maintenance platform 10, the floor 13, for example, around the first pivot point D1 opened to the cabin wall 2.1. The maintenance platform 10 is now in a folded form for the structure accessible. The platform 10.1 is depending on the width on at least one on the back of the unfolded Base 13 located attachment point B1 connectable, the floor 13 serves as a support for the pedestal 10.1. On the opposite side is at least one prop 10.2 articulated on the pedestal 10.1, the support 10.2 can be folded around a second pivot point D2. to Stabilization of the maintenance platform 10 is at least one Strut 10.3, such as a pole or rope provided, as shown in Fig. 1 between the Pivots D1, D2 is arranged.

In a further embodiment variant, the platform is 10.1 adjustable in height. The attachment point is B1 for example on a vertically running rail Slidably arranged back of the floor. After choosing the The desired height is the fastening point B1 on the Fixed rail. The support 10.2 and the strut 10.3 are for example, constructed telescopically and are on the desired length extendable or collapsible.

In a further embodiment variant, the bottom 13 in the Be removable area of the maintenance platform 10. In this case the maintenance platform 10 has supports 10.2 and 10 on each side at least one strut per diagonal 10.3. As pedestal 10.1 then serves the removable bottom part.

In a further embodiment variant, the Maintenance platform 10 to be inflatable, the floor 13 as Pedestal 10.1 serves. Pressurized, foldable lifters for example in bellows form serve as a platform lift and as Support and bring the pedestal 10.1 into working position.

A hatch 14 is provided in the roof of the elevator car 2, which can be closed by means of a hatch cover 14.1. How 1 shows the hatch cover 14.1 by a third Pivot D3 foldable, it can also be used as a removable one Hatch cover 14.1.

The position and size of hatch 14 is chosen so that the hatch 14 is not arranged in the shaft head 3 Shaft equipment such as the traction sheave 5 and / or is towered over by the drive. The one shown machine room-less elevator planning offers with your shortened shaft head 3 for the maintenance of the cabin roof from insufficient height H for a proper Crossing (distance between cabin ceiling 2.2 and Shaft cover 1.1) of, for example, one meter. With the Maintenance platform 10 according to the invention in the shown Working position is for the safety of the Maintenance staff 17 catered for and required Crossing Ü reached because no longer the distance between determining the cabin ceiling 2.2 and the shaft ceiling 1.1 but the distance between the pedestal 10.1 and the Shaft cover 1.1 and because no shaft equipment in the Shaft head 3 overlooks hatch 14.
