Abstract
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine derartige Sprühvorrichtung zu schaffen, die die Verstopfungsgefahr spürbar reduziert.
Gelöst wird das dadurch, indem die Düsenöffnungen 2 der Sprühvorrichtung einen sich in Strömungsrichtung vergrößernden Querschnitt aufweist. Dabei ist der Rand 3 einer Düsenöffnung 2 auf der Innenwand eines Sprührohres 1 durch einen nach innen überstehenden Wulst oder Grat ausgebildet.
Description
Claims (3)
- Sprühvorrichtung zum Versprühen eines flüssigen Mediums, insbesondere für eine Druckmaschine, mit einem wenigstens eine Düsenöffnung aufweisenden Sprührohr, dein das flüssige Medium unter Überdruck stehend zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenöffnung (2) einen sich in Strömungsrichtung vergrößernden Querschnitt hat und daß der Rand (3) der Düsenöffnung (2) auf der Innenseite des Sprührohrs (1) durch einen nach innen überstehenden Wulst oder Grat gebildet ist.
- Sprühvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Sprührohr (1) ein Filter vorgeschaltet ist, das Partikel zurückhält, die gleich oder größer sind als die Düsenöffnung (2).
- Sprühvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flüssige Medium dem Sprührohr derart pulsierend zugeführt wird, daß auf eine Überdruckperiode jeweils eine Unterdruckperiode folgt.
