Claims (6)
- Verkehrsüberwachungseinrichtung (10) zur Erfassung von Verkehrsübertretungen, welche Mittel (20) zum Ausleuchten eines Zielobjektes (24) und Bilderfassungsmittel (28) zum Speichern der Verkehrsübertretung aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch Mittel (22) zum Polarisieren des Lichtes, welches das Zielobjekt (24) ausleuchtet, und durch Mittel (30) zum Polarisieren des vom Zielobjekt reflektierten Lichtes.
- Verkehrsüberwachungseinrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Polarisierung des Lichtes als reflektierende und polarisierende Fläche ausgebildet sind.
- Verkehrsüberwachungseinrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Polarisierung des Lichtes als optische Polarisationsfilter (22, 30) ausgebildet sind.
- Verkehrsüberwachungseinrichtung (10) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Ausleuchten eines Zielobjektes (24) von einem Blitzlichtgerät (20) gebildet werden.
- Verkehrsüberwachungseinrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bilderfassungsmittel von einer photographischen oder digitalen Kamera (28) zum Aufzeichnen der Vekehrsübertretung gebildet werden.
- Verfahren zum Erfassen von Verkehrsübertretungen von Zielobjekten (24) mit einer Verkehrsüberwachungseinrichtung (10), welche Mittel (20) zum Ausleuchten des Zielobjektes (24) und Bilderfassungsmittel (28) zum Speichern der Verkehrsübertretung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Licht zum Ausleuchten mit einer definierten Polarisationsebene erzeugt wird und von der Bilderfassungseinrichtung (28) nur Licht mit dieser entsprechenden Polarisationsebene erfaßt wird.
