Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Wärmeübertragung auf ein Fluid in einem Mikrostrukturkörper mit einer Vielzahl von Mikrokanälen für die Ab- und Zufuhr des Fluids, sowie einem die Wärmeenergie auf das Fluid übertragenden Energieträger. Dazu wird ein Teil des Mikrostrukturkörpers durch direkte oder indirekte ohmsche Erwärmung elektrisch aufgeheizt und die entstandene Wärme durch Wärmeleitung innerhalb des Mikrostrukturkörpers auf das zu erwärmende Fluid übertragen. Zur Erzeugung eines aufgeprägten Temperaturprofiles in Strömungsrichtung des zu erwärmenden Fluides wird mit unterschiedlicher elektrischer Leistung geheizt, um dadurch unterschiedliche Wärmemengen übertragen zu können.
